Some of the pieces I feel could be a bit better, however these are designer brands and the condition of all of the clothes were in good condition. Some of the shoes were questionable. There was so much wear on since of the bottoms of the shoes (size 11 specifically) that it was odd how they were even selected to be sold here. This may be because of limited inventory at the time, but the price seemed inflated considering the condition of some of these items. I wish they had a better selection of size xl and up but again, they're at the mercy of the inventory that they receive. Still, I managed to get a nice pair of Mignonne Gavigan earrings so I'm pleased.

The Yellow Rose store location did not disappoint! The staff is so welcoming and warm. They greeted me at the door and instantly began determining if I was a just looking or destination shopper. They offered me drinks and began to explain more about the over 160 store locations that serve customers as well as the newest brand extension: Yellow Rose. As a native Texan it felt like home. I made an instant connection with an associate who formerly lived in New York and moved here for family. She talked about family and Texas life and how excited she is to work for Kendra, having had recently met her, and being a part of the Dallas team. How rare it is to speak to someone who loves the people and place they work. She showed me so many items and asked more about my sister. She even showed me the next piece she would be getting and the range of great prices for items of various styles. The location offers onsite engraving as well to customize and level up the experience even more! As a third generation farm owner it felt like home. The assistant manager immediately said no you cannot, it's been monogrammed. I did not know or nothing was said that if monogrammed in the small tag you cannot return. I do remember seeing the green paper with the monogram design draft to get the tag monogram said Final Sale but wasn't told anything at all. "Hey this is going to be Final Sale"or something should have mentioned it to me in person. Anyways, when purchasing from this store yes they're nice and sweet but not sure if they so desperate for commission when they sell stuff and don't mention anything the customer should know. Just be careful, be aware of their store policy and return. Don't get your tag monogrammed if you're thinking of RETURNING. That's how they get you to not return. Oh well I have two bags now.
