If I could, I wouldn't even give this shop one star! There is so many things wrong with their service I'm shocked they're still in business. To start off, I took my car there to get some body work done and ended up picking my car up with more problems than when I had dropped it off. First, the manager went over everything he was going to do, including painting over the entire bumper where there was a chip in the paint, paint the entire car to cover any scratches/chips, remove any rust on the car,buff the entire car(especially the carbon fiber hood), as well as some work on my headlights. Now for all the things that went wrong with their service. When I got my car back from the shop I noticed that the drivers side headlight was busted, the fog light was dismantled and just being held in place by double sided tape, there was several chips all over the carbon fiber hood that were not there when I brought it in, the front bumper was not aligned properly, the rust was not cut out like we had discussed rather they just put Bondo over it and painted it (and on top of that the paint is now bubbling around where the Bondo is!), the bumper had only been painted over the chipped area rather than in its entirety like discussed (they just faded the paint to try and make it look like they painted it all...a very poor paint job to say the least!), they busted the molding on both sides of the car and then just secured them with double sided tape instead of the clips that are supposed to hold them in place, they said they would paint the entire car but instead spot painted over sections that had chipped paint which also made parts of my car look dull, and last but not least, they left my car outside in area that cars were not supposed to be parked so I ended up getting a parking fine mailed to me. Not once did the manager tell me about any of these issues or the parking fine! I discovered them all on my own and the worst part is that when I confronted him about everything, he denied all of it! Not only did the shop cut corners when it came to quality of work and doing the work that they say they will do, but they also do terrible work and do not take responsibility if they do something wrong. On top of all that, they were not willing to fix any of the problems they had caused! All in all this is a horrible shop and I would recommend anyone who does not want any additional problems added onto any car repairs, to look else were at all costs! STAY AWAY! read more
