I decided to use a loaner since my service was estimated to take around 2 hours. The loaner was basically the same as my SUV which made it easy for me. I didn't spend anytime trying to figure out what was where, etc. Just as Ethan explained - my car was done within 2 hours. All was great! Lexus of Naperville is, by far, the worst dealership I have ever done business with…read more The finance representative who processed our lease: I believe he said he was a former Nissan employee--was, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional and incompetent. He appeared to be upset with my wife and me because we did not want to purchase any of the packages or accessories he was offering. This was evident from his swearing and from making assertions that I felt were both unprofessional and unwarranted. Although we specifically asked that the vehicle be placed in both of our names, he only put the vehicle in my wife's name on the title, despite running a credit check on both of us. Both of our credit scores were in the low- to mid-800s. More recently, we were at the dealership for service on our vehicle. While we were there, I asked one of the salespeople to show me an RX 350. Since it was a hot day, the salesperson literally stood under a tree in the shade while I walked the lot alone. I found this to be extremely disappointing and not at all the level of customer service I would expect from a Lexus dealership. On top of that, in our experience, it can take several days to a week just to get an appointment for something as routine as an oil change. You may want to take these experiences into consideration before purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership. If I could, I would give Lexus of Naperville zero stars. That said, buyer beware. If you decide to do business with this dealership, I strongly recommend proceeding with a great deal of caution. These are my personal experiences and opinions. I encourage others to do their own research and form their own conclusions.

From the moment I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Michael Fontana, I felt a sense of security in my mind and in my heart as I went through the entire purchasing process with this fine gentleman. He made my car purchasing experience seamless along with the other staff at Bill Jacobs. I hope I do not sound overly dramatic, but I felt compelled to write an outstanding review so that others know what a fine dealership this is. It is extremely difficult to find a good combination of respect and excellent customer service these days especially in a car buying environment. I will certainly be telling everyone I know about Bill Jacobs...truly a class act! Thank you!!

He was pleasant, knowledgeable about the QX80, and great to work with. After the test drive, we came back and talked for a bit and I told him I was interested. A few minutes later, Shawn, one of the managers, came in without Zach. I remember thinking, "Here we go, now comes the high-pressure sales guy." I couldn't have been more wrong. Shawn was a straight shooter from the beginning. No pressure, no endless back-and-forth price game. He simply wanted to find me the exact vehicle I wanted and give me the best deal he could. I had done quite a bit of homework and had already shopped several other dealers. They didn't have my exact color combination in stock, but by the next day Shawn had located one with the exact options I wanted. Here's what really impressed me: I knew exactly what this vehicle should cost because I had pricing from several other dealers on essentially the same QX80. Shawn beat the other pricing by about 5%. Even more surprising, his price came in roughly $3,000 below the number I had already told him he needed to reach to earn my business. He could have easily stopped at my number, but he didn't. That told me a lot about how he does business. Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire experience. From Zach, to Shawn, to the finance department, to how beautifully the vehicle was detailed when I picked it up, everything was first-class. Buying a $100,000+ vehicle can easily turn into an exhausting negotiation. This was exactly the opposite. Straightforward, professional, fair and actually enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Infiniti of Naperville, and especially Zach and Shawn, to anyone looking for an Infiniti. They earned my business.

To begin, I bought this car brand new at Toyota of Elgin, but every time I go in for a simple…read moreservice, they give me a dozen things it does not need and make it imperative that I have them done asap plus do not check for what I want done. And, the service check takes forever (think 2 hours on a Saturday): 1. New tires (I went elsewhere for half the price, but that place told me i had at least another year on the old ones, so I was switching them out early) $2500 at Toyota ($1130 for four locally, better brand, original equipment). 2. Brakes: they did not check them even though they said they would. Instead tried to sell me a front caliper cleaning $117, rear caliper $117 nope. What I did need was the supposedly free brake check that they "forgot" to do. At local shop, told I have 80% wear left. Free check. 3. Rodent Deterrent -$303 nope don't need that. I use bait boxes in garage. 4. A/C Heater Cleaning $205 nope, don't need that 5. Fuel Induction Clean $299 nope, don't need that 6. Wheel Alignment $159 nope, don't need that 7. PCV Valve Replacement $142 huh? 8. Brake Fluid Exchange $267 yes, local shop said I could use that but they charge $140 9. New rim (it's a large scratch, who cares) $994 So, I came in for a brake check that they forgot to do, windshield wipers, and a tire check, and they wanted to charge me $4143, but I got out for $77 for the wipers and what they termed a "basic car check" that does not include checking brake pads. Who can afford this larceny? And, how can a "basic car check" not include the size of the brake pad remaining? My car has 35K miles on it now (it had 33467 at the time of the Toyota basic car heck). Guess where I'm not going back to today, now that my car keeps saying I need the oil changed? And, how do I need the oil changed when it's only been 2000 miles. I'm guessing that's because it's been 6 months. So okay, that's fine, I had it done locally for $95.00 and $38 to rotate my almost brand new tires. At least Pinnacle will do the brake check for FREE. Note that terribly damaged (not) rim in the photo on back tire. If you buy a Toyota, do not have it serviced at Toyota of Naperville, unless you like throwing cash out the window.
