This claim was for a townhome with an HOA where the neighbor was at fault but the HOA requires you to file your own claim and the neighbors insurance is required to pay your deductible. Worst banking experience of my life. The service was absolutely terrible. I deposited money here a…read morewhile back. I had counted the amount three times and was pretty certain on the amount. The teller took my money, counted it, and was over a hundred dollars off. I asked her to recount and she told me no. I then politely asked for the money back so I could deposit it elsewhere. The manager came over and told me no, I could not have my money back. She said they would start an investigation into whether the money was counted wrong. I was told to leave and that I would be contacted. I was a little upset, but I didn't want to be unreasonable so I left.
