I did online searching and everyone advised to get your financing through the credit unions. They will almost always be cheaper (And thank God for the internet they were right! The dealership wanted to charged me 15%!! interest on a used car! crazy!) When I arrived at First Financial, I was greeted by Ariana. She explained the basics of how financing with a credit union worked. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She said I had been approved. I came back when I had finally gotten the bill of sale from the dealership. Ariana wasn't there so I spoke with the other loan officer Nancy. They approved me, and gave me a terrific interest rate. They even insisted on sending the check directly to the dealership. Some problems arose, and Nancy was extremely helpful. In short, the dealership could not find the check and Nancy helped track it down and insured they received. She is also probably the promptest person I have ever encountered, she replied back to every one of my emails in minutes! All in all I'm very pleased with the service at this location, and look forward to continuing to do business with you.

When they took over the previous bank, they spent many, many thousands of dollars redecorating it. What a joke. No one is ever there. The most other customers I've ever seen there besides me is 2. BUT *What bank does not have rolls of quarters on a Friday? *They have no change counting machine. *They use a machine to read the checks you deposit. The teller did NOT VERIFY THE AMOUNTS on the checks to what the machine recorded so she deposited the wrong amount. The only reason I stay with them is that they are literally across the street from where I live.

Finally I got out of my car and walked around to the main entrance. Apparently she passed my deposit off to another teller who was already busy with another customer. When I asked her why she left me waiting there for so long she told me she was in the middle of something. So I guess customers are out of luck if she decides she has something more important than finishing a transaction that she already started. When Don was the branch manager this stuff never happened. I'm talking lots of missed checks that were deposited but I can't get access to, personal checks that they won't allow to be deposited, and charging me $ to do a balance inquiry, and then sending a overdraft notice afterwards. After 30 days of dealing with incompetence, I called my local Chase bank. I explained the situation and told them that I really needed to see someone today. I needed to have a new account and routing number today so I can updated all my business accounts. When I tell you that Wendy accommodated me, she saw me the same day! The team there also looked up all of my info so all I had to do was show 2 forms of i.d. and send over my agreement info. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I can not believe that I wasted about 30 days with Netspend when the team here was able to help me out with less than a business day's notice. Wendy and team, I am so appreciative of you and I really look forward to our business relationship. I'm not sure how else, I can thank you. But you really made my day.

These checks are stamped with a name of Henry Madison. They put deposits into your account totalling the money you have in there, then tell you you have 30 minutes to wire them their funds back as a show of good faith. I caught them pretty quickly but it still put my financial situation in a spin. My bank will deal with it but if Midwest title loan is for real they need to be aware!!!
