Had to wait an additional 1/2 hour for them to print out the refund check for the overpayment. I had a spot hero parking spot for 2 and a half hours. I almost went over the time. I have had other closings that lasted a half hour. I don't believe in complaining and wouldn't have if my refund check had cleared at the bank. I would have chalked it up to a bad day for them and not written this. However, the closing was held on Friday of the previous week, it is now Thursday of the next week. Almost, a whole week has gone by and the overpayment check still has no funds. My down payment cleared way before the closing but I can't cash my overpayment. I don't know who asked for this title company but I will make sure I don't close with them in the future.

The agent was very professional regarding this transaction. I believe I was out within 10 minutes. This currency exchange is convenient in the Lincoln Park / Lakeview area. Very easy to walk to - limited parking in the area. The store has a huge sign with the fees for all of the transactions. The store could use a little updating, but it's very convenient. Yes, I'll be back for some odd reason.
