There's typically a l-o-n-g wait time, but the result is well worth it. One suggestion I have for them is to wash the inside of the windshield before the vehicle gets out into the sun - every visit I've needed a "sparkle re-do" when to get rid of the sun-smears when arriving home - a small price to pay IMO. In all LOVE this place and the great people who work there.

When we got it back, the headliner was visibly damaged and now requires a full $900+ replacement. Our appointment was at 8 a.m. on July 22. From the start, the experience was unprofessional. We were told we could drop the car off the night before using a "key drop," which turned out to be an unsecured mailbox with no signage. They claimed it was safe and under surveillance. On the day of service, we had to repeatedly call for updates and didn't get the car back until nearly 6:30 p.m.--1.5 hours after closing. When we arrived, no one greeted us. We navigated to the back to pay, only to be told about a 4% card fee at checkout--something not previously disclosed. After paying, the staff walked off without providing aftercare instructions or our keys (they weren't in the car as claimed, but still in the shop). The pickup process felt rushed and uncomfortable. After a walk in the nearby park, we inspected the car more closely and noticed extensive damage to the headliner--particularly in areas where stains had been. Research confirmed this kind of fabric is delicate and can easily be damaged by aggressive scrubbing. I immediately texted them with photos and asked for a call. The manager, Nelly, later claimed the car "came in like that"--which is false. She insisted their staff would've reported any damage and said if they'd caused it, the entire headliner would be affected. That made no sense, as only stained areas would've been scrubbed. I suggested perhaps the damage was unintentional but asked them to take responsibility and help resolve it. Nelly refused and said they wouldn't accept blame for something they "didn't do." I followed up the next morning with more photos and again requested to speak with the owner, Alejandra. Nelly said it wouldn't make a difference and instead texted me their lawyer's number. No one even asked to inspect the damage. We took the car as few days later to a reputable interior repair shop in Naperville to get an idea of how much a fix would be. They confirmed the damage was clearly due to overscrubbing and could only be fixed by replacing the headliner. Even more concerning, I found reviews from others with similar experiences--one customer reported damage the same day as ours (a cracked windshield) and was also referred to their lawyer instead of being helped. Multiple reviews on Google and Yelp reflect a pattern of damage and zero accountability. El Diamante claims on their website: "Your vehicle is one of your most expensive possessions and should be treated with love and care." Our experience was the opposite. We paid $180 for the detail plus a $20 tip--and now face over $900 in repair costs, potentially leaving us $1,100+ out of pocket. We regret trusting this business and want to warn others so they don't go through what we did.

I take in for diagnosis, they said engine needs replacement because engine oil was low, $8,000 to replace. I'm thinking "I've driven 1,000 miles since my last oil change with you guys". Then an older-older sales guy says "it happens", $5,000 for you car if you buy a car today. Then he follows me to the service department and stands there quietly not allowing me to speak with service tech. Then he takes the print out of my diagnostic reports. Walks me to cashier. The whole process was odd. I've lost all trust in this place and will never return. Under current leadership and conditions, this place will be closed in the near future. Also, paid $160 for a diagnostic report, but didn't receive a report, just a note on the receipt. After years of loyalty, I will no longer return.

I agreed to this arrangement. I was also told that paying the balance in cash would qualify me for a discount. However, as soon as I provided my credit card information, communication completely stopped. Instead of charging only the agreed deposit, Montway charged my credit card for more than the full agreed amount without my authorization. As a result, my credit card exceeded its limit. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Montway by phone and email, but I have received no meaningful response. The only emails I continue to receive are automated messages demanding that I approve my credit card payment. To be fair, the carrier that Montway assigned was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. They are not responsible for this issue. My complaint is entirely about Montway's billing practices and customer service. It is also concerning that the transportation proceeded normally while the payment dispute remained completely unresolved. At this point, I genuinely don't know how to resolve the situation. I expected clear communication and honest billing, but instead I was left with an overcharged credit card and no way to get answers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Montway.

*1 Year After Purchase Review*…read more I had been in the market to buy a Porsche of some sorts, I couldn't figure out which one met my needs. The 911 is too sporty and not an ideal daily driver, the Cayenne's fuel economy is atrocious, the Panamera felt like a boat to me, but I had finally came across a model that fit my needs.... 2015 Porsche Macan Turbo in Rhodium Silver. This car had every option Macans from that year came with including Sport Chrono and Sport Exhaust (Rare on the 2015 macans). I purchased the car under the understanding that it would be similar to my previous vehicle (2017 MB C63S Sedan) yet everything I've tried to compare I enjoy more in my new car. From the jump, the car is VERY fast, not only that I have since installed an aftermarket Cobb Tuning device and custom ECU Map. My Macan was doing 0-60 in around 4 seconds prior, and is now closer to 3.3 seconds. Absolutely nuts. Anyway, that being said, I would assume my car would break a fair bit and what not because it's a sporty car, but no! No gimmicks, no scams, A+ car off the lot. I've owned the car since January 2023 and we're going on January 2024, I need to change my break pads soon. Other then that I've had an issue with the High Pressure Fuel Pump which took me 3 hours, $200, and some wrenching away to fix. Awesome! I love how these cars are designed without a million quirks and you can perform simple service yourself! Another small issue was I had blown my coolant reservoir, not to worry, I found one for $30 and was able to swap it in 15 minutes! This car has done me nothing but right so far and I'm very happy I chose this dealership to purchase with! Don't waste your time with other dealerships selling junk cars. This place is epic! My salesperson Ian was on point, very nice, professional, and even lowered the price by about $1,000 or so which in todays day and age is pretty commonly known that that is a chunk of the salesman's commission. We need more salespeople willing to get someone out the door happy, over trying to milk people for that extra $500-$1000. It was a very nice experience from the second I sat down and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle that day, I chose to which was a very nice feeling. Overall this dealership is a very nice one, and I recommend giving them a try over anyone!
