BEWARE! I purchased a Chevy 11 months ago. The sales men were disrespectful and acted like "frat bros" from "the tower." I should have never purchased a car from them. The car now has a major defect that costs 4k + dollars. I have only put 9k miles. They lied about the car features and tires. They tried to add on 2k worth of "extra features" that were not real, available for this vehicle, or unable to be used in my area. PLEASE Stay away from Napleton unless you like throwing away money to scammers. read more

Juanita Soto used high-pressure tactics to get me to put a down payment on a vehicle. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to come pick it up. Their sales manager, Jake Martin, personally confirmed the appointment. Tonight , I got a call saying the car had been sold -- and that "it's just part of the business." That's not how business should be done. When a salesperson tells you a deposit will hold the car, you expect them to honor that. This was a shady experience, and I wouldn't trust or recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

I've been bringing my Suburbans exclusively to this dealership since 2001. There's an old saying that every good thing must come to an end. Well, in this case: the bad thing has come to an end. After nearly a quarter of a century and tens of thousands of dollars worth of service and repair, I will never return to this dealership. They could care less about whether or not they provide a decent service. Every time I have gone there in the past year or so...delays, delays, delays. The time before I went there, I set up an appointment for an oil change. Once I got there and got checked in, they told me it would be two hours before they could look at my car. Add another hour (plus!) to the oil change and it would have cost me over 3 hours for a simple oil change. Of course I had to re-schedule and come back another day. Today, a very similar experience. I set up an 8:00 appointment for an oil change on a car with 12,000 miles. The first thing that happens is the customer service rep proposes two different options for me. One being a $400 "oil change," and the other being nearly a $500 "oil change." When I refused and opted for the $112 oil change, I asked for confirmation on how long it would take. It was confirmed that it would take an hour. Important to me because I had a chiropractor appointment to get to next. They give you a phone number to "text me anytime during your service visit." When I texted an hour and fifteen minutes later and again an hour and twenty three minutes later simply asking for an update, I was ignored. When I finally walked into the bay area looking for an update, the paperwork was done and sitting there. God knows for how long! Frustrated that I now am going to miss and have to pay for my chiropractor appointment, I explained to the customer service rep Rafael (note: I am and was very polite) that after nearly 25 years of getting service at this dealership that I would not be returning. I explained just the last two horrible experiences I had. As bad as all of what is written above is, it gets worse. After I explained to Rafael that I would not be coming back, his response was to hand me the invoice and tell me to put my card in credit card machine. He didn't even acknowledge a single thing I said to him! Absolutely could have cared less. He acted like I never said anything to him, completely ignoring me and directing me on how to pay with my credit card. As bad as the service consistently is, not giving a darn or even acknowledging my complaint is worse. I want to reiterate, I was very respectful and polite toward Rafael when I made my complaint. This is a dealership that will never see me again. read more

Our 2016 Equinox had 2 tires installed and an oil change on 10/16/2024. also needed was a repair to the the tire pressure system as the right rear sensor was not reading. The diagnosis was that the sensor was DEAD. No mention of just replacing the bad one; replace ALL 4 sensors at the the price in excess $1000.00. Work was declined. HALF of the work of replacing the front sensors was done when the front tires were demounted. After spending 47 years in the car business I understand "flat rate" etc. but a little salesmanship might have a deal. By the my car may still has 1 bad sensor and 3 good ones; I will never know as the system is not working after be diagnosed. read more

I took my 2023 Chevy Camaro SS in here for an oil change (23-Feb-2024). Not that happy with the pricing. It was $201.77 for simply an oil change, filter, fluid top-off, and tire pressure set. Car had 5133 miles at entry and exit. Look, I realize car maintenance has become more expensive, but this was definitely a little out of whack. Not unhappy with the personnel or expertise, just the pricing. I've checked with other Chevy dealers, it sounds like it should have been closer to $125. I guess I'll be having my service done elsewhere, but I leave the door open to Napleton. If their response to this review includes some sort of discount on the next oil change, I will update this review and raise the stars ... after all none of us are communists. :-) read more

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. My husband has purchased more than a dozen cars since we've been together, and we have never had one single issue until this place. He purchased the car and had to go back a week later because they screwed up paperwork. They sent us a check for...??? Who knows! But it bounced, overdrew our account, and then after being reassured we were meant to have it and to try cashing it at Chase bank we were told there was a stop payment on the check. They promised to issue us a new one. A month later we got a new check for 1/8 of the amount because they screwed up the first time. As of today, February 27, he still does not have license plates for the car he purchased on 11/2/23. He was been told four separate times that they were ordered or just ordered last week. The last he was told that was 1/31. We checked with the Wisconsin dmv yesterday who had no record of the paperwork or his car. I called today and it turns out the paperwork was filed 2/22. More than three months after the purchase of the car. Luckily we now have picture proof it was done. Last but not least, the employees are RUDE or just plain don't give a crap about their jobs/customer service. The woman who answers the phone acts like she's guarding Fort Knox and interrogates you before you can get anywhere. All while sounding snippy. The other employees are bored and don't seem to know what's going on. I have no idea how this place is in business, but stay far far far away from it. read more

In November 2023, I was in a serious car accident that totaled my car. I found a used car from Napleton Chevrolet which I ended up purchasing. The salesman that helped me was good but the manager Chris Behlke scammed me out of my down payment that went to a warranty that was NOT previously discussed with me prior to signing the contract for my vehicle. Two months later, I called to have the warranty returned because the money needed to go to the loan of the car. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for this to be returned and reflected on my loan. I waited and it was NOT returned. I tried calling multiple times and the financial mangers would NOT even take my calls. I then took the time to go to the dealership (an hour away and my day off wasted) and the financial manger Mike Mancano had me sign a form to physically process the return of the warranty. Again I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process. Three months later, it still hasn't been processed because he NEVER EVEN SIGNED THE FORM (I have the proof) and the money still hasn't gone back to my loan. I was scammed out of my down payment, disappointed and disrespected. I was in a horrible car accident and was completely taken advantage of. This was a complete waste of my time and I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again. read more

Get your estimate in writing. Twice we were given estimates over the phone by Bill our service agent, and when we pick up our vehicle the total is two to three hundred dollars more. The first time this happened the dealership was Don Mccue. We had paper work that shown what the agreed upon price was. The service manager apologized for the mistake and reimbursed the difference. Now that the dealership is Napleton, there is a new service manager named Omar. We brought the issue up with him, and he blamed us for the "miscommunication." The paperwork we received also didn't have any record of the agreed upon cost. Also when I asked where the keys were for our vehicle, Omar ignored us and walked away. We want to support local business but not be taken advantage of for it. read more
