During the process, the manager called to say my car needed additional work and quoted me $2,092 -- which I agreed to. When I went to pick up my vehicle , the total was over $2,900. When I questioned the price difference, I was told they would "pull the call" to prove I agreed to it -- but I know I never did. On top of that, the free tire rotation discount plus discount oil change for $49.99 that was supposed to be included with my oil change never showed up anywhere on the invoice. Nothing about the pricing or discounts added up. The whole experience felt shady and misleading, and it's made me lose trust in this location. I won't be getting any major work done here again unless I have the full quote in writing beforehand. I'm sharing this so others can be aware before doing business here.

On 2 occasions when I had dropped off my car at the shop, didn't have a ride and was going to take an Uber, David offered to drive me home so I didn't have to pay for an Uber and he also picked me up once so I didn't have to get an Uber.
