However there were some title snafus that took 6-8 weeks to work out with the DMV - and I wasn't able to get my car out of there until quite recently. They neither charged me for looking at the car to diagnose the issue nor did they ever try to charge me for the over 2 month period where they allowed me to leave my car on their property or insist that I have it towed. Having a car die and needing to purchase a replacement is a stressful event and Kyle and team were so kind and patient.
