My Toyota Corolla started making a loud rumbling noise above 40 mph, so I called EDS, and explained my situation. I live in Bartlett, and work in Wisconsin, so I need my car to be reliable. Because Geneva is the opposite direction from where I work, I had to drop my car off after hours, as well as pick it up again after hours. They told me I needed my right front wheel bearing replaced, and after they did that, they called to tell me that the left front bearing was making noise too, so they ended up replacing both of these bearings, for a total of $940. I am not a trouble maker by nature, and as I stated, I chose EDS because of the high number of positive reviews, so maybe they just had a bad day, but this time they CLEARLY got it wrong, and it cost me a lot of money.
