It wouldn't keep me from coming to this location, but it is a bit of a letdown to be served by someone who doesn't seem to want to serve. All in all, I enjoy this coffee and the employees more than the alternative around the bend from here, but it won't become my go-to stop for now. I didn't pay attention to the "roastery" portion of the name so I walked in expecting to buy a cup of coffee and use the wifi to work for a few hours. Everyone greeted me so kindly even though I had obviously NOT stumbled into a coffee shop, but a warehouse. Chris also made me a coffee in his office, answered all my questions about the different machines in the warehouse and told me multiple times to "make myself at home" until I could get into the wedding venue I was supposed to be at. Absolutely blown away by the customer service and so thankful to the team for turning a stressful few hours into a very pleasant afternoon!
