A glass of coffee with latte art and a bottle of Topo Chico mineral water are placed on a gray table in a cafe setting.

my favorite coffee place to get some work done! quick service and delicious coffee. It was so airy and bright in the shop with all the doors open. easy parking around the area. The barista was friendly and you can tell people come back for him because he knew the regulars by name.

I have been wanting to visit this place since they opened a little time ago. When you walk in you get the feeling of I wanna sit down and just enjoy my coffee. There is plenty seating free Wi-Fi outlets for charging your phone and even a reading area where they offer reading material for your enjoyment. The menu includes pastries and empanadas. I was greeted upon arrival and served my coffee within a short period of time they offer two options, small and large, and in my opinion go for the large it's worth the price on that note, the pricing is very reasonable, especially in what you will pay in comparison to a Starbucks or Dunkin. They even asked me if I wanted cinnamon to top my chai tea. They offer many dairy options for your coffee. If you're in the area, definitely stop by is a nice black owned coffee spot where you can work or just relax while drinking your coffee.

Stopped in here because Lime hosted an event their. They had an amazing strawberry muffin and matcha. The decor is super chic and the area is spacey. I believe this is a west side gem.

A modern waiting room features four chairs, a table, and a large potted plant, illuminated by a circular skylight in the ceiling.

Happily visited Monday Coffee and am eager to add them to my coffee shop rotation. A very unique and airy work space with plenty of tables and work areas. They had a concise menu that had variety and options to best customize your beverage in the ways that best meets your needs. While they did not have sugar free syrup options they did have sweetener alternatives which got the job done. The barista was friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. I ordered an iced matcha latte, as well as an iced latte, and both were crafted perfectly, bold and smooth in flavor. They also have fresh pastry options. The donut and the ham croissant were both delicious. I am happy Lawndale has this gem, and with plenty of parking, I cannot wait to get back!

Good coffee, have oat milk options. They ran out of cold brew but I get it, it's January lol. Good meeting place and one of a kind in the area. People here are open to talk to each other and meet new people.

A very friendly neighborhood coffee shop that also is a community! Good coffee with some pastries to choose from. If you are in the neighborhood this is a good option!

That being said, I found both the matcha and the cardamom latte too subtle for my taste.

While reading I saw that Metric in Chicago was on the list. And that was the sign this place had to be a must try! Came here on a Saturday morning. I walked a few miles from downtown to the neighborhood this place is in. It is in an industrial part town of area. Kind of reminds me of the west bank of the flats area or temont type of area we have in Cleveland. The shop itself is not very big. However the coffee, is absolutely incredible. While there I met Cara . She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I mentioned that the reason for making the walk to this place was to see how it measured with award of top 100 shop. From there I got my espresso. Amazing. Just amazing! Cara also took the time explain the cupping process. And how Metric gets their beans. The educational experience for a coffee nerd like myself was . And then getting a chance to do the cupping was icing on the cake!!! I'm very glad that I got to experience this gem of a shop. I truly understand why it's top . When in Chicago, for any coffee lover/nerd. Come here. I promise you will love it!!! https://theworlds100bestcoffeeshops.com/locales/metric/

They have the best morning bagels I have ever had! Sure, I could put cream cheese, onion, tomato and cucumber on one at home but it is NOT the same! I have tried! Whatever they do to make their bagels is so much better than the store bought ones I can find. Not to mention that I love their scones! I might sound like I have a food problem but I love their morning bagels with a blueberry scone for later and top it all off with a vanilla latte. The service is always pretty quick, the staff is very friendly and if you eat there they play pretty good music. There are only like 6 seats inside but they also have an outdoor area too for summer.

Today I got their turkey melt and broccoli soup and I loved it. The sandwich is huge and the soup is nice and thick. The veggies in the sandwich are so fresh too. They usually have a line out the door but they move through it pretty quickly.

It's fresh, a little sweet, and makes you feel like you've made a good life decision--even if you're just ordering coffee in pajamas. Everything arrived perfectly and tasted like someone actually cared while making it. 10/10, would absolutely order again and pretend I'm a sophisticated person with a refined palate.

She said "iced coffee is a lifestyle" and because she was so cool I did end up ordering an iced beverage on a 10 degree day in February. I went with the dalgona iced latte. This is espresso with a housemade crumbled Korean toffee and milk. It's pretty sweet, but mighty tasty! The toffee melts into the drink to add a toasty sweetness to the latte. The food here is INCREDIBLE! I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was so good. It came with crispy potatoes that were amazing too. Cannot wait to come back and explore more of the menu!
