After sitting down, about 10 minutes went by without anyone acknowledging me. I eventually had to wave someone down just to ask if I could get a drink, and the response was that they hadn't seen me there. Later, when my drink was empty, I had to wave someone down again to order another. When my friend and I decided we wanted appetizers, we once again had to flag someone down to place the order. This was on a Tuesday night and there were only about 6-7 people sitting at the bar, which is a pretty slow night for them. To be fair, once we did receive our drinks and appetizers, everything was excellent as usual. However, the service throughout the night felt inattentive. I stayed from about 6 PM until 8:15 PM, so it wasn't a quick stop, it was a full evening, and the lack of attentiveness stood out. I still enjoy this place and the food and drinks are great, but on a slower night the service really should be more attentive. Every customer deserves to feel acknowledged and taken care of.

The space is cozy yet elevated, perfect for a date night or catching up with friends over a great bottle of wine. Highlights? The bacon-wrapped dates (stuffed with house chorizo!) were next-level. The roasted beets with pomegranate molasses were fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. And the charred beef tagliata? Chef's kiss. Cocktails were just as impressive. "Blueberry Skies" was bright and layered, and the Aperol Spritz was honestly one of the best I've ever had -- citrusy, bubbly, and not too sweet. If you're looking for a spot that nails both ambiance and flavor, this is it. Will 100% be back!

Mimosas and Bloody Marys were both decent, nothing spectacular, which was fine. We ordered 4 Bruschetta Boards, a Classic Remix, a What The French, a Kids Grilled Cheese, and a Kids "Picnic". All meals were excellent, served hot, and of a perfect size. Everything was consumed at the restaurant. The Classic Remix consisted of scrambled eggs, homemade tater tots, and sausage. The tots were crispy and the sausage was mild. The What the French was torn up pieces of French toast covered with a honey based sauce. The Bruschetta Boards provided a full assortment of the items offered. The favorite was the Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jam & Goat Cheese. The kids enjoyed their meals as well. The Picnic is nice as it's just sliced chicken, grapes, and apples. They ate it all! We finished with two orders of Donut Dots which is donut holes that are deep fried a little longer to make them a little crispy in a good way. Dipping sauces are provide; chocolate, vanilla, and carmel. Great service was provided by Aleia and supported by other staff members. A return trip is definitely needed.

Between the four of us, we tried a wide variety of dishes, and every single one was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Each plate that came out somehow topped the last, thoughtful flavors, perfect portions, and clear attention to detail. You can truly taste the care and talent behind the food. The service was just as impressive, warm, attentive, and perfectly timed without ever feeling rushed. A big thank you to our server, Matt, who was fantastic and made the entire evening even more enjoyable. And compliments to Chef Savon, clearly he knows exactly what he's doing. The creativity, quality, and execution across everything we tried were outstanding. Highly recommend if you're looking for amazing food, great atmosphere, and an all-around wonderful dining experience. We'll absolutely be back!

The highlight of the evening was the superb service. Our waiter was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely diligent in making sure everyone at the table was comfortable and well cared for throughout the evening. His warmth and patience, especially with two tired young children in our party late in the evening, were greatly appreciated. The appetizers were excellent, and the bread was truly superb. Most of the meal was enjoyable, though a few dishes did not quite live up to their descriptions. The lentil soup, unfortunately, was rather bland and forgettable, lacking flavor and depth. Two entrées the tilapia specialty and a risotto-style dish also felt somewhat overstated compared to expectations and unfortunately they were way over salted. To the restaurant's credit, concerns were addressed politely and professionally, though the offer of a replacement felt a bit scripted as the evening was growing late. We did choose not to accept the replacement. Overall, however, the atmosphere, hospitality, and thoughtful service made for a very pleasant evening. With a bit more care from the kitchen in matching execution to presentation and description, this charming restaurant could truly shine. The service is great, super sweet and friendly, did not pressure or rush us! The food was great, so great, no photos. Apps: We tried the seasonal salad which was refreshing, but too light on the dressing. Eggplant: nice and crispy with such a delicious sauce pairing Brussels Sprouts: i loved the apple inclusion. Food: Ciopinno: the broth was super nice and light. Delicious seafood bites, wish it came with more noodles and a soup spoon. Wild Boar Pappedelle: great thick sauce with perfectly cooked noodles Shrimp Scampi: literally delicious and lighter than a typical alfredo heavy. Penne Alla Vodka: disliked the subdried tomatoes but everything else was great. The scallops were also a bit rubbery. Just left them on the side. Desserts: Affogato: chose chocolate as my ice cream/gelato Tiramisu: lovely and light, wish it was a bit heavier on espresso Chocolate Mouse: decadent and chefs kiss ending to a dinner.

It's a classy Italian restaurant. From the outside it looks like an average place in a strip mall, but when you enter the walls, decor, and ambiance change and teleport you to Italy. Well done. The beer menu is legendary with tons of amazing beers. The wine selection is really good. All the food here is really good. I always get too full and can't have dessert. The salmon and lasagna are exquisite. I'll come back for those. Service is great, attentive and quick.

I completely don't remember what everyone ordered but I DO remember all the things I tried at the table. Tater Tots - parmesan & chives / house onion sour cream - nothing outstanding about this but the kids/teens/young adults LOVED it and may have inhaled it in one breath. Roasted Cauliflower - saffron cream / chermoula / sumac / miso aioli / crispy onion - the saffron cream was a nice touch of essence and the crispy onion brought a good sweetness and texture to the dish. Honey Bourbon Wings - fried chicken wings / honey bourbon glaze / dill pickles - this was FABULOUS, good fry, not burnt and the glaze was perfect, not ooey gooey sticky, just sticky to the touch. Wild Boar Bucatini - wild boar ragu / cured egg yolk / parmesan / chives - this was my dinner order. I'm always excited when there's bucatini on the menu. It just holds enough sauce in the hollows to satisfy me. The ragu was cooked well, good sauce maybe it needed just a little pinch more of salt for my liking. Parking in the neighborhood is not difficult. We had an airbnb down the street and walked here in less than 5 minutes. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a covered patio-ish area. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Lafayette!
