    Fox launch pro knee pads, received two different sizes!

    The worst customer service!! I ordered fox launch knee pads in size large but received one medium and one large! WTF! This wouldn't be a big deal if fox's customer service would respond to emails. It's been two weeks since I sent my first email upon receiving the knee pads. Extremely frustrating. All I want is what I ordered Do not buy fox, there are so many better brands that have better products

    Damaged shipping box

    Absolutely terrible customer service. Gave many opportunities to make the situation right and they failed to do so (specifically customer service rep JR). Package came in damaged and would not refund the damaged item. After two phone calls and 6+ emails she asked me to rip up the item (cut it) and send a photo for proof. This was after sending email photos of the box and damaged hat. DO NOT BUY from FOX RACING.com

    Nice store at headquarters but no customer service. Can't return items bought online. Can't even match online prices at store.

He suggested a couple of shoes but highly recommended the ASICS Gel-Kayano 32 because they have the most support for the arch. He also assisted my wife with a selection although she came in sandals he had no problem giving her a new pair of socks to be able to try on some shoes. I personally don't like the thick sole but if that's what's going to get me moving so be it. This location is an outdoor mall and there is parking but depending on the time you go it may be difficult. I highly recommend this location due to the fact that the Ricky was polite, professional and knowledgeable, he helped me save an additional 10% by signing up for the newsletter. They have plenty of sizes in stock, they also have a BOGO 50% off. the value of the shoes are good if you plan to use them for the gym and running or even everyday wear. Staff members were present, but no one acknowledged me, offered assistance, or even asked if I needed help while I was browsing. It felt unwelcoming and disappointing, especially when you're ready to make a purchase and expect at least minimal customer attention. Good products alone aren't enough--customer service matters too. I hope management improves staff engagement so future customers feel valued.

A Friend recommended this location over the Arcadia one, as it is bigger and it was perfect because it happened to be on my route one day. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was able to return my online order quickly. The cashier was very kind and the return was quick. I never used the product, the sizing was just way off, even though I had followed the product's website video guide. When I visited, it just so happened to be Member Days so I took a look around. This location certainly has "everything." It feels rare to have a fully stocked store these days. Since I did not need anything at the moment, I plan on stopping by again in a few months when I have an idea of what to use my gift cards on. There were employees throughout the store and they often greeted me and asked if I needed help. Great customer service! There was also restrooms for customers to use. There was plenty of parking in shopping center and overall, had a great first experience.

EVA and manager AARON falsely accused me of returning the wrong item, even though the item matched my REI account, app, original tags, barcode, and product details. They made this accusation in front of my family and other customers, which was very embarrassing. I asked them a simple question: "What exactly is different?" They refused to answer. That tells me they had no real answer. They accused me first, then avoided explaining their own accusation. While EVA was still processing the return, AARON told me to leave and threatened security for no valid reason. After all that, they still processed the return. So the item was correct all along. This was a false accusation, poor judgment, zero accountability, and terrible management. REI leadership should review this incident seriously.

So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else.

Despite walking directly past the two male employees, neither acknowledged us, greeted us, nor asked if we needed assistance. Instead, they appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with one another. As we continued browsing, I spent time in the women's section while my husband looked at shoes. I walked past the two male employees a few times, and on one occasion, one of them made direct eye contact with me, yet still did not offer a greeting or assistance. Shortly afterward, a female employee came from the back of the store, walked directly past me, and likewise failed to acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. At that point, I became disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. After this treatment my family and I decided to leave the store. After exiting the store, I remained outside briefly and observed one of the same male employees assisting another customer who had entered after us. Wanting to give the store another opportunity, I returned inside and continued browsing in the women's section. Even then, several minutes passed before a female employee finally asked if I needed assistance. While I understand that employees may be busy, there was no indication that these employees were occupied with customer-related responsibilities. Instead, they appeared focused on socializing while completely ignoring my family and me. As a consumer, I should not have to repeatedly walk past employees, make eye contact, and spend time browsing before receiving even a basic greeting. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, welcomed, and treated with professionalism and respect.
