Highly recommend them. Very professional. They arrived on time & did a really good job. We have signed-up for a yearly contract for quarterly treatments. read more

Door to door sales person was super pushy and came back 3 times in one day. This is such a turn off for any company. Advertise and get your name out there some other way. Dont bother me at home. read more

Stop the door to door solicitation. Reps name drop neighbors they claim to be using their services only to find out those neighbors don't. Shady and pushy. Stop it read more

A Fox representative came to my door soliciting pest control services in a non-solicited 55+ neighborhood. He stated that he was running a pest control special for half-off. I agree to have the home treated for the agreed upon price of $175.00 plus tax. He asked me to sign for the CC charge which was on a electronic device. The following day my home was treated by a Fox representative and my CC was charged the appropriate amount. One month later my CC was charged by Fox for $65. I called Fox and asked them why my CC was charged. They stated that I entered into a contract for Fox Pest Control Services. At no time during the illegal solicitation did the Fox representative mention entering into a contract. I now find out that when he asked me to sign for the CC receipt, my signature was applied to a contract. This is clearly an illegal act by a Fox Pest Control representative preying on the elderly. read more

I have been using them for a year, mostly for ticks. I'm a frequent, on my knees, gardener and used to get a lot of bites. All last year I had two instead of twenty!! This year the ticks came early, before the first treatment for them. I emailed Fox and they were here the next day, did a complete job, bravely working when so many of the rest of us are hunkered down. Thanks John! read more

We've been with Fox for a few years now and have been quite pleased with their technicians and their work. Today we have Savion. He was efficient and thorough, took care of all the external needs with a smile on his face, exceedingly courteous, and happy for the opportunity to work for us. You can send Savion to my house any time! read more

Xavier was friendly and efficient and precise with spraying the targeted areas. Low pressure sales approach from Mark.

What I was told over the phone and what we actually got were not the same thing! I carefully explained that we had a bees nest, I told them how high it was off the ground, that it was wrapped around a light fixture. I was then asked the dimensions of the nest, which I gave them. The young man came today and didn't have a ladder, couldn't remove the bees nest completely because it was wrapped around the light fixture, didn't do any spraying at all! I was told when I hired them last week that they would spray and check areas around the house for any problems...he didn't. The leftover mess from the bees nest will now have to be taken care of either by me or my husband! We paid good money and believe we were completely mislead. I cannot recommend them after this experience! read more

I just had my first pest control treatment done by Xavier and was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of pests. He even took care of a wasp nest in a tree in my yard, without harming the honey bees that have also nested in the same tree. Paul, who sold me the service, was also very professional. Both men are pleasant , knowledgeable and professional. read more

I have been a Fox Pest control customer ever since they canvassed my neighborhood a couple of years ago! I'm extremely happy with their service as they are quick to respond if there's a problem in between scheduled visits and the they don't charge if they do have to come out! The technician,Oscar, is extremely pleasant and answers all my questions! read more

First off, Riley our customers service manager was outstanding. He was on top on my appointments, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond! Chris took care of our two large wasp nests professionally and safely. Highly recommend Fox Pest Control. read more

Door-to-door salesman was not wearing a mask. Not only are door-to-door sales annoying in 2021, but this company has managed to make them dangerous as well. read more

A Fox Pest control salesperson was in my neighborhood and solicited their help with wasps. I agreed and signed up for a year. The monthly spraying didnt seem to affect the wasps at all and after a year I decided that Fox Pest Control wasnt for me. I called in to cancel and was told that the representative couldnt cancel my account and I would be contacted but another employee. This contact never took place. Fox ignored my cancellation request and tried to continue the service, it took multple more phone calls to end the service even after i fullfilled the year contract i agreed too. This is a shady company and I would never do business with them again. read more

I recently engaged Fox at my home in Billerica. Travis, my contact, did a fantastic job in pointing out potential issues for me. 4 weeks later, my ticks are way, way down- a major issue for my little Cindy. Thanks Travis!! Tim read more

I have had the pleasure of Fox Pest Control being my go-to people now since 2020 when we moved into the York, Pa, area, and the service has been top notch!!! My current tech is Ronnie Lotz who represents his company superbly!!! Not only does he LOOK for problem areas but will also follow through on my requests as well - AND he is thorough!!!! In addition, he answers my questions and explains things so I can understand them!!!! Great representation of the company!!!! I am very very pleased with the service Fox has provided - and love the fact that they will come out every time I call with a problem!!!!! Thanks, Fox!!!!! read more

Since 2020 the service from Fox Pest Control has fallen short of their initial promise for professional care. Technicians do not remain in the employ of Fox very long and that's disappointing. Technician continuity is key to an effective IPM program. Fox falls short of this. read more

Today Mike came to my house and helped us. He is very professional and very kind. He did an excellent job and I am so happy. The Bees around my house are dying and flying away. Some critical area, he did 2 times treatments. Mike also is very nice to explain and gave me a pest education. Many Thanks to Mike. I will ask Mike to come to my house next time. Many Thanks to Fox Pest business! read more

Is there a negative rating availabl? Fox Pest control repeatedly shows up on my property after being told to not come. There is no personal service. They leave a voicemail. I call to cancel because I'm not home or won't be home they show up anyways. They have sprayed my vegetable plants with there pesticide. Even though my service is canceled they still show up and spray. They are trespassing at this point and do not care if they are or not! Worst service in Virginia! read more

I have had other pest control companies andI find Fox to be far superior for timely and thorough servicing of my property. They have also performed any requests for follow ups with no issues and in a timely manner. Their service reps are polite, courteous and thorough. read more

Do NOT sign up!!!! The refuse to allow you to cancel. My contract is up. I gave them 4 months notice to terminate at the end of our agreement both verbal and written but yet they refuse to stop charging out credit card and showing up at my door. This is ridiculous!!!! read more

Great company, react quickly for requests to come out even early if needed. Friendly, quick and efficient service techs!! Thank you!!

Knocked on my door and asked me if my neighbors had told me that he would be coming by... I said "No" and he proceeded to tell me that the neighborhood was infested with Carpenter ants, Wasps and some other things and that the neighbors were all getting pest treatments and that if I opted in it would be part of a group rate. I asked if he had any information I could go over with my husband - he didn't (who goes door to door to sell service and has NO material they can give people to look over). I asked which neighbors he had talked to as I am in regular contact with my close circle of neighbors... he started mentioning people 3 & 4 streets away (that I know because I have a relative that lives next door to one of the elderly people he mentioned). I asked who on MY street he spoke to and he told me he hadn't talked to many on my street "Probably because of the rain" (??????) - not sure who them was telling me that he was coming - or who I would be going on the group rate with?? I told him I would talk to my husband and if we were interested we would reach out. He laughed and said "Yeah, it doesn't work that way." so I asked was I able to find "Fox Pest control' online - He said yes, but If I went that way I would pay full rate and not the group rate he was offering.... So let me get this straight. You are coming by my home at 6pm on a rainy Monday evening, telling my that my neighbors have basically agreed to this "Group rate" (though you haven't spoken to anyone on my street) and I need to make a decision at that moment or pay "Full pricing". You have NO paperwork to show me cost savings, what you provide, or exactly what I am agreeing to. And no business card etc. Sounds Like a legit good deal.... SMH I told him If I was interested in anything we would call as I tried to shut the door - as my dinner was burning on the stove and my dog was tying to escape. He says "Since your husband makes all the decisions I will come by and talk with him". I replied "No my husband doesn't make the decisions - we discuss together - and if we are interested we will reach out" and he laughed and said "OK... What is a better time to come by and talk to your husband?" I told him i was not interested and shut the door. I work in Sales - BAD BAD way to handle business. Starting off with a lie was your fist major mistake. Having NO paperwork/information to give people to review - very poor. Expecting to get an agreement with a 5 minute conversation and no info or documentation to what you would be purchasing, agreeing to etc... I could go on and on. He best not knock on my door again - because I won't be nearly as patient or polite and I was. Nor will my husband. read more

We recently switched to Fox for pest control and have received the best possible service! Each time, the technician has addressed our specific issues as well as providing the regular care. We're very pleased with Fox! read more

Be careful! Door to door pushy sales approach. That's always a red flag to me.

I always get great service with Fox. If any intruders( pests) appear between services, they will come out and service again for no extra charge. This last time I had Sean Shannon and he was fantastic. read more

Tom was...well...terrific! He explained what he was going to do, answered our questions (we have cats and dogs on the premises, so of course we wanted reassurances) and then went about doing it quietly and efficiently. The last time we needed extermination services, we have to leave the house for the day and take the pets with us. Massively inconvenient. Fox uses a completely different approach and it was completely non-disruptive to our day. read more

The tech Xavier was excellent. Very helpful and explained the whole process as did the sales agent Connor.

They were great. The salesperson was wonderful. The technicians were respectful and did a great job. We haven't seen any ants since their visit! read more

Salesperson came to my door 4 times in one day refusing to take no for an answer. High-pressure and this is the second or third time they have come around offering a one time discount for a yearly subscription that is 2 times the going rate for pest services. When I checked Yelp and saw bad reviews, I said "No, and that is my final answer". The salesman stood on my porch for another 1-2 minutes in disbelief probably wondering if he could harass me into agreeing. This is exactly why people put up no solicitation signs....which these creeps would probably ignore. read more

Do not be fooled by all the glorious reviews they get their employees and their families to post for them! This company is all about the mighty dollar! They send pushy sales reps into neighborhoods strongarmingcthem into contracts that they have to pay to get out of! The sales rep makes you think you're only trying the service for $40 you can cancel if you're not happy. They don't say you're signing a contract for a year and it's $150 to cancel! Read the contract! Read the contract! Don't take the living sales report at his word. The goop they put in and around your home is worthless! If yiu call and complain they will robotically repeat scripted policies that states what you need to pay them ! They don't care about customers, all they care about is getting your money every month.. WHETHER THEY COME OUT TO YOUR HOME or NOT! USE SOMEONE ELSE OR GET SOME RAID! it's cheaper and less of a headache! read more

Disappointed here. Called for some consultation, almost got duped into a year contracted commitment before my issue was even diagnosed, and before someone would come out for a look.
