Updated based on response in comments from FOX Pest (07/08) I have been trying to reach someone in Fox and after my approx 8th attempt (after being transferred to RI, CT and one more state; got a call from Fox after 6 PM). And I am also happy that FOX has started to review the issue after my yelp post ! 1) Unlike what was mentioned by the FOX response to my yelp wherein they indicated that the technician would have gone to the wrong house and GPS issues etc, the office verbally admitted to me that the technician never came and that he is no longer with Fox after receiving multiple complaints on his behalf. I would have expected the Yelp comment response by FOX to be consistent with what the office communicated to me. 2) The technician indicated on the job card that he applied normal treatment and not (organic) as paid. This was confirmed by the office to me yesterday and by the technicians who came on Monday. However thats OK since the service was not done. But the concern is that when the job card was filled (status of the job); this should have been caught by FOX and not by me following a casual conversation with the next technician who was confused and asked me if my application is organic or otherwise (based on the previous job card). Fortunately that job actually never happened; but how do I now trust the processes that FOX have in place. Original Review (07/07) I have organic mosquito and pest treatments from Fox. Mosquito is new; but pest I have for a year plus... all organic now due to my wife' being a cancer Survivor .. I was out on a Thursday afternoon working in my yard; I also had a seal coat contractor working on my driveway. I was surprised to see an email from fox telling me that my mosquito treat was done just now ! I never saw him !!! Called customer service who insisted that his GPS location shows him onsite. I offered to even give them the seal coat contractors number. I even asked about the warning sign that they normally keep on yards after an application and the response was that not all technicians do that !!! And finally ... Was offered a service in 2 weeks as government restrictions does not allow another service right away. I wanted to talk to a manager and suddenly 10 mins later get a call informing me that the service can now be done on Monday next (I was unhappy as the 4th of July weekend would now be full of mosquitoes but I kind of said ok) .. Monday I saw a truck pull up and wait at my yard .. I waited for sometime and after around 10 mins they were again pulling away .. I kind of ran out of the house and asked them what's going on. They said that they were going since someone had already applied a treatment last Thursday (maybe I should have waited for the report ...). And I explained to them why they were sent again .. at this point the technicians asked me if I do organic as they were confused .. they told me that the notes say that the Thursday application was not organic even though I pay for organic treatment. At they point I refused service as I was not sure on quality controls within the organization, that was a huge concern to me as we have a vegetable and fruit garden ... I have made 2 calls to fox.. left 2 messages and hopefully will hear back from them .. read more

We had a Fox pest control sales rep come to our house soliciting this afternoon. I respect the hustle it takes to go door to door. However, when my wife opened the door the sales rep started immediately telling her that they would be spraying the house, and that even though we probably have yard pest control, they'd do the house. I was in my home office in a meeting when I heard a mans voice at the door. I put my meeting on hold, went to the window to listen, and heard the sales rep continue to ignore my wife's "thank you, but we already have someone who does our pest control work". After him bullying her for a couple minutes, I told everyone on my meeting that I would be right back, went downstairs to the door so save my wife, and talked to the sales rep. He tried to bully past me as well, and I told him we have 2 companies that we use for yard/irrigation and pest, and named them. He then told me I looked "way to young to own a house like this", and asked me how old I was. I told him I was in the middle of a meeting, and as I started closing the door, he continued to try "selling" me...I asked him to leave so I could get to my meeting and he finally left. Fox, if you care about your reputation, never let this type of behavior happen again read more

Knowledgeable friendly get the job done. Every tech has been great we will never use anyone else

If I could give this business a 0/5 stars I would. They have been knocking on doors all across town being sketchy. If anyone wanted their services, they would simply call. No need to solicit your business that is not wanted or needed. read more

I'm so glad I switched to this company. They have the best customer service in the area and the most competitive rates. I'm now saving money and more pests are covered compared to the previous team I had. I had some problems in the fall and they came back as many times as I asked them to and I didn't pay a penny more. They successfully got rid of the mice in my basement and yellow jackets and their nest under my window sill. I live pretty much in the woods so need some kind of annual service. I like the fact that they don't use cruel traps for the pests like the previous company I had. I never knew that the sticky mats were so awful and torture the mice before they die, to the point that they chew off limbs / tails etc. I don't want pests in my house, but I don't want them to suffer for extended periods. I learned some countries have banned this kind of trap so I'm happy that Fox Pest Control is ethical in how they do business. I couldn't ask for better service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and I feel like I learn something new whenever I talk to them. I like that this company sends you a follow up email afterward, listing what they did, what they found, what products they used and links to each individual product. Another small detail is how the techs present themselves. They wear a company uniform which looks professional and carry themselves well. I like that a lot because you think if someone cares about small details like their appearance, they're going to care about small details on the job and around your house. I notice presentation a lot, and while quality of the job is most important, I think it's a good sign for first impressions. So, now I am happy, because I get all this and save a few hundred dollars a year! Highly recommend!!! (I never would've thought a door to door sales person would pay off but I guess you have to get your business name out there some how!) Give these guys a try - you won't regret it. I haven't had one tech I didn't like!!! :) read more

Xavier was great! He explained all the steps that he would be taking to spray for pests. He asked specific questions to determine where our heaviest infestations were (ants). Explained what to look for after the applications. Told me to call if I had any concerns or questions. He is very professional and made sure that I was happy with the service before he left. read more

They didn't have a card which was suspicious and you can just buy spray from Home Depot For a cheaper price

Jaycee came during the allotted time to do the initial service. She was informative and answered all my questions

Came soliciting door-to-door. High pressure sales tactics. Sales rep says I have carpenter ants, then technician comes and says they are pavement ants that come out when the weather warms up. I'm still not convinced that this is a legitimate business. Check out their website- then check out Fox Pest websites in Rhode Island and Texas- same website, even some of the same staff photos, just the name of the city is different. read more

I had mice in my basement apartment and Fox came and did an estimate and the young kid was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. If it was not for my landlord I would have definitely hired them that day. read more

Anyone who knows me knows that I have very high standards and can often be quite critical when it comes to someone doing the job and doing it well....I am often disappointed by the poor customer service and horrible attitude so many have today. But today, Jonathan's service was above and beyond anything that I have ever seen. Jonathan has a jovial personality and a warmth and sincerity about him. Upon meeting him, I was greeted with the highest level of professionalism combined with a genuine concern for providing the best service. He was knowledgeable, took time to explain the treatment and how safe it was for my household pets, what to do just in case something did go wrong, what to tell the veterinarian, and even gave me his number should the rare instance occur. IF that wasn't going above and beyond, nothing is. Then what really impressed me was his concern for my health. He could sense something was wrong and I had shared with him that I had suffered a traumatic brain injury twice within the same month and how much of a struggle it was for me. He shared his own personal story with me and encouraged me that I will get better. He understood everything I was going through, what I was feeling, and the challenges before me. I have to say, Jonathan was an angel that was sent to me today. I always say, every appointment is a divine appointment. Hearing that Jonathan is normally not scheduled for my home and was there to support a colleague made me realize how blessed I really am. Jonathan restored my faith in humanity and I can only wish there were many more Jonathans in this world. FOX Pest Control is lucky to have Jonathan as an employee. He is an amazing technician and an incredible human being. I couldn't be happier with the service I received today and highly recommend FOX Pest Control. read more

Dalton was great! He was very thorough and had answers to all our questions. We have problems with sweat bees {never heard of them before} swarming all around our new pool making it hard to relax and enjoy it. We tried everything on our own to get rid of them, had another pest control come out and treat, but he couldn't find the nest so just tried to treat the area, but within the first few minutes of Dalton's assessment of the property he found the nests in a few areas throughout the property! I was so happy as they say you can't kill them if you can't treat the nest so this was HUGE!. Dalton was out on 7/30/2020 and it takes a few days to see the effects so fingers crossed this works and we can finally enjoy our pool without these swarm of bees buzzing all around us. He treated the yard/house for other pest and found a few other problems and took care of them too. Thank you Dalton for being professional and informative, you were very helpful. read more
