First time at Fournos- our new neighborhood spot! We ordered a pretty big variety-a pizza, gyro with garlic fries, blue Caesar, mozzarella sticks, and chicken wings(buffalo and lemon pepper). All of it was good. We did a pick up order on a Friday night. Ordering on the phone with Ai was different and thorough. The best part of the experience was the service I received on my way out; we had a pretty big order and the server walked it out for me, placed it carefully in my truck and even seat belted it in! So great! I can cook and have eaten a lot of food in my life, so for me, it's sometimes more about the service than food when I eat out. This is a charming little establishment, serving a combination of greek and italian food items on the menu. I ordered for takeout at the bar this past Sunday, and staff was incredibly friendly. The vibe in the restaurant felt like a family atmosphere, both classy and casual, with several tables inside as well as bar seating. I ordered a gyro pita (no tzatziki) and a slice of the chicken alfredo pizza, and it was ready in just 5 minutes! What's more, the taste was phenomenal. The gyro pita was stuffed with flavorful meat and fresh tomatoes and red onions. It was quite satisfying. And the pizza slice (cut in two pieces) was large in size, made with a thin crust, and topped off with a tasty combination of alfredo sauce, mushroom, chicken, and a good amount of melted cheese. This spot just opened in June 2025. It's on the smaller side... probably seats around 20 people at tables inside, plus about 10 more at the counter and bar, with a few outdoor tables out front on the sidewalk. The place was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. We stopped by for a quick lunch, and I ordered the meatball sub with fries. No photo this time. I dove in before thinking about it. The sandwich was really good, though it could've used a little more marinara. Still, very satisfying overall. One thing to note: there aren't any table settings when the food comes out. We had to ask for napkins, condiments, and salt and pepper, but the staff brought everything right over without an issue. Separating them would have enabled a better dining experience. Starters mostly Greek, sandwiches, salads a mix of Greek & Italian. pizza the same. Pasta was Italian. Xmas songs & decor. 2 flatscreen tuned to sports. Bites: Spaghetti Puttanesca (16) 9 minutes wait. -2 small wedges of bread to soak up the House Marinara sauce which lacked tomato coloring and taste. -spaghetti has the right Al dente chew, the olives added too much saltiness with some help from the unseen anchovies. -capers added a tart finish. Though cheese wasn't mentioned, i tasted some form of cheese on my fork. 3.5 stars semi-worthy:YMMV quality: difficult to access. Some ingredients missing. Quantity: ok Doubtful repeat. Our server was very nice (I think he was also the owner) and recommend the chicken pesto special of the day so I ordered that. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We got the Saganaki and it was flaming and delicious! Everyone enjoyed it from my girls 9&11 to my mom. My husband ordered the Italian job pizza and a Greek side salad. He said the salad was good and the pizza was flavorful and tasted great. My chicken pesto sandwich was also delightful. I liked the cheese and pesto with red peppers and the chicken was cut up into pieces rather than being a big chunk. My mom got a salad and a gyro and she liked them. My girls got ziti noodles with Alfredo and cheese tortellini with pesto. Both were quite tasty. Overall, it was a great spot for a quick lunch. We were able to sit quickly even with a party of 5 and all the food came out steaming hot and tasted great. I've been a little curious about Fournos since it started popping up on Yelp. At first, I thought it was more of a pizza restaurant since there were a lot of pizza pictures on Yelp, but they offer a lot more than that. My partner and I decided to give Fournos a try and it was a satisfying dinner. I'm glad is now an option around the area! We ended up getting: 1. Garlic Fries - Freshly fried fries are delicious! And with a sprinkle of garlic and some parmesan (which mostly went to my partner since I avoid dairy where I can)? Can't go wrong with that. The amount of fries they gave was generous! 2. Dolmades - I had expected these to come out cold or room temperature, but these came out nice and warm. It was a pleasant change to what I expected. The filling was warm, and the outer leafy layer was a soft bite. 3. Avgolemono Greek Soup - They offer this in either a cup size or bowl size and I hadn't anticipated how big of a size these would be. We ordered a bowl size thinking this would be a small shareable dish, but this was a whole entree to me. It was delicious. A little thick. A little lemony. The rice was great comfort for a cold day. This was probably my favorite of all the dishes we got. 4. Gyro Pita - I only ate a third of this because of how full I was from the other appetizers. They really stuffed the pita with gyro. And the gyro was great - nice, thin, flavorful slices and not dry. I think the yogurt sauce is a great addition, but I normally don't eat dairy, so I left it out. It would certainly provide a refreshing, herby taste to the mix though. 5. Pasta Bolognese - My partner had this and I think portion size is hugeeeee, but overall, I thought it was okay. I wish the pasta was a little more al dente, but it was on the soft side. Service was great. Both the owner and servers checked up on us multiple times throughout our dinner. Food came fairly quick and it even looks like they have their own parking lot, which I didn't notice previously, but there's also plenty of neighborhood parking around. read more

We have ordered takeout from Fournos and really enjoyed the pizza and pasta fare. (Side note, I am from the east coast and the spaghetti and meatballs hit the spot when I'm craving a "red sauce joint" pasta dish!) Last night was our first time dining in at Fournos and we felt right at home. The space is small but cozy with Greek themed decor on the walls and a game on at the bar. My wife and I both ordered Greek food from the menu. It hit the spot in the same way that Luke's (the owners' old spot) always did. The gyro pita was awesome, with perfectly grilled meat and homemade Tzatziki Sauce that had the perfect hit of garlic. My wife had the moussaka (a daily special) and basically inhaled it because it was so good. The bar has a selection of Greek and American wines which are reasonably priced and pair well with the food. The surprise of the night was when the owner and his son came out of the kitchen to talk to us. When they heard we were Luke's fans, the owner gave us each a cup of the avgolemono soup, which was delicious and a surprisingly good digestiv to the meal. My Greek family members have made that soup for me and Fournos' version was just as good as the one I grew up with. We will definitely keep enjoying Fournos' pizza for takeout and will be working it into our restaurant rotation for when we are craving Greek food and a warm vibe. Tried the gyro pita which was really good considering this is more of an Italian spot. Also had the margherita pizza which was DELICIOUS. The cheese was super umami and I asked for extra basil for a little more herbal aromatics which was def worth it. The buffalo wings were okay. I prefer mine a little more crispy and less of the "soft skin" situation, which these kind of were, so next time I'd probably just ask for them extra crispy. Super friendly service every time I've been here. Just a heads up, the inside is much smaller than it looks from the outside. Only a handful of tables for four, and some bar seating. I ordered the Gardener (Housemade) Pizza and loved every bite: bright house-made sauce, perfectly balanced veggies -- mushrooms, black olives, roasted red peppers, red onions, sliced tomatoes, artichoke hearts and garlic -- all under a generous layer of Grande cheese. I just ate one of the most delicious spanakopita's of my life with the perfect tzatziki! And that's saying a lot since I was in Athens last summer. I was actually looking for a quick slice of pizza and saw great reviews for this new spot, but and I stopped and saw that they actually specialize in Greek food. My favorite cuisine, I changed gears. The service here is warm and inviting. I had a very nice conversation with both of the gentlemen who were working when I stopped in. The ambiance is cozy, clean and inviting. I just stopped in for a quick bite to take away but I am looking forward to another visit soon where I can sit down and explore more of the menu. Nice menu selections - I had the spaghetti with meatballs and it was very good! Meatballs are easily broken up with a fork, so very tender. I mean, who doesn't love a well-seasoned, tasty meatball, amirite? Hubster had a pizza and took the leftovers home and got another meal and snack out of it, so well worth it. This is my go-to neighborhood hangout. Great menu and rotating specials. When I can't choose what I want, they will often suggest variations to dishes that they can whip up for me. Staff is very friendly and good to chat with. Often run into locals I haven't seen in a while or, of course, other regulars. I am so excited to have Fournos in our neighborhood! The food is great, the staff is welcoming and fun to talk to, and even their musical playlist is good! My husband and I invent reasons to go there. The Honolulu Heat pizza is very flavorful and the Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli and Chicken is delicious. I've had that dish several times. Last night was my first visit to Fournos, and I can't wait to go again. What really stood out was the friendliness of the place. Our server, Effy, was patient and welcoming as my friend and I had a lot of catching up to do. The menu was appealing, and ultimately we got two pasta dishes, which we both enjoyed a lot. I had the Putenesca, which was a generous, and very tasty dish. My friend had the Alfredo, which looked delicious. But the capper was desert. We split a Tiramisu, which was a good choice as the serving was more than adequate. And very delicious. It was rich and chocolaty, and garnished with pomegranate seeds, which were an unexpected and zesty treat. BTW, parking was easy and the location is convenient. Review for a to go order: My family and I suffer from heart burn, but this place did not activate it. Not the pizza or the buffalo sauce. The sauce, the pizza sauce, was DELICIOUS. You can smell all the seasoning/ fresh herbs. Finally, a place where they do not DRENCH their wings in buffalo sauce. Now the tiramisu, good lord, it was so good. Soft, creamy, and yet, easy to eat.
