Salsa had just the right amount of spice
LJ D.

I've heard this place has been here forever! & for good reason. Ordered a Torta for take out and it was delicious! The chicken was thin but not dry at all and VERY well seasoned. The vegetables were sooo fresh, & the bread really took it home for me. Was soft on the inside but did not get super soggy and held the ingredients very well. They also give you chips and salsa. The red salsa definitely has a kick to it so if youre not big on spice i would not advise but i prefer to dip my sandwich in it. Overall, ill definitely be back to try there other things. Ive also heard the fajitas are amazing.

This is our first time coming here. Upon arrival, we were asked if we wanted to eat in or take out. We told her we wanted to eat in and she told us to take a seat wherever we wanted. After seating, she brought us a menu and asked if we wanted anything to drink. A few minutes later, she came back with some chips and salsa and our waters and took our orders. We waited about 20 ish minutes for our food to arrive, everything was hot and fresh. She came by halfway between our waiting to let us know that our food will be out soon. It was delicious! I had 2 items and went with a chicken taco and tamale. To be honest, the tamale could've been better but it was still good. The taco was soo juicy and delicious!! It was packed with chicken and just so good! The food was filling and it was nice being there. Parking is limited but we were lucky to get a parking right in front.

The inside of the huge carne asada super burrito. The wrap barely went around once it was so large.

Returned to try the veal Scallapino and the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Both were super. The latter super creamy and the chicken was nicely grilled seemed like paprika. Very nice

Great pasta and price! They don't have an updated menu but call them to confirm. Street parking but worth it!

The only think did change is the price but the wouldn't stop me. You know how most places fall off after a while? Not this one. From day one to now, it's been straight consistency. The burrito hits every time no skimping, flavors on point. Honestly, it's more than just food at this point--it's a tradition. Hard to find something that stays this solid for two decades. Respect where it's due.

I've been coming to Los Pericos for a while, but the Super Burrito at the Pelton location was a…read moreletdown this time. While the burrito was definitely "super" in size, the proportions were way off. It was heavily packed with rice and beans--which were fine--but they clearly skimped on the carne asada. When you're paying for a premium burrito, you expect the meat to be the star of the show, not a background character. It felt more like a vegetarian burrito with a few guest appearances by the steak. If you're looking for a massive meal and don't mind the filler, this hits the spot, but for those of us looking for a balanced meat-to-rice ratio, this one missed the mark. Hopefully, it was just an off day for the line cook.

Was looking for a taco spot after an event in San Jose. I could've stayed in San Jose but the rain…read morewas super heavy and I wanted to go somewhere closer to home. Not a lot of taco spots are open late at 10p but I saw that PNT was open. My family and I pulled into the driveway and were confused because it looked and sounded like a bar. There were a few people standing outside and I asked if this was a bar or restaurant and the gentleman said it's a restaurant. We walk in and got some stares because it was late and we had kids. Didn't matter to us. Everything on the menu sounded delish and they had al day breakfast items. We ended up going with the following: 1. Chicken sandwich- 10/10 my teen loved this. It was a crispy thinly sliced chicken breast with all the fixings, and pressed to perfection. 2. Chicken Caesar salad - 10/10 the lettuce was Romain, tossed in Caesar dressing and parm, with grilled chicken filet. 3. 4 tacos de asada - 10/10 yummy chopped steak, seasoned and grilled to perfection. I'm not sure if the evening chef cooks better or maybe we were starving, but the food was great! Ambience at the time was pretty loud but I figure it's because people hanging out in the bar area. Definitely will be back.

‼Absolutely horrible tasting food that is ridiculously over priced oh my god. NOT WORTH MY $44 !…read more I got these food items: Asada tacos- 1/2 of the taco meat was just big oily chunks of fat, I spat it out immediately. Rest of it was tolerable to chew. Tortilla was dry and oily. Al Pastor tacos- bland meat with a lingering dry pepper aftertaste that makes the meat taste old. Took one bite and was immediately repulsed. Chips and dip (guac and salsa)- chips are oily and hard to chew. Guac was bland, no garlic or cut tomato. Salsa was a viscous sludge in a small tub, had the same pepper taste as the Al Pastor. Horchata drink- too much cinnamon and saw multiple lidded to go cups of this already made in the fridge behind the register, no expiration dates on them. ALSO PLEASE UPDATE THE PRICES ON YOUR MENU, I was charged $11.95 for the chips and dip but the menu says "house chips and guac $9.50" ... how is salsa $2.45? Only positive thing I would mention is that the free tiny salsa, slice of lime, sliced radish, and pickled jalapeño and carrot was nice of them. Wish the pickled veggies didn't drip vinegar all over the bag (it was wrapped in tin foil). Never been here before and never coming back again.
