They installed a new pool pump for me, gave great advice on how to take care of my pool, and never once had any issues with their technicians. Cons: The services used to pay were complicated, which led to confusion and frustration. They were initially very understanding but my failure to adapt to it led to some late payments (which I thought were paid) and resulted in me ending the services. I believe shortly after I stopped using Nu Wave they changed the services they used to process payments so you should not have to deal with the same issues I had to. I contacted Cara in their office via the Yelp app. She has been so helpful and attentive. As you can see... it was greeeeeen. We had tried everything and all we did was make it worse. We even had a dragonfly family living outback. Jeremy and his assistant started on my pool the very next day. By that time the chemicals were all out of wack.... No chlorine, ph 7.2, acid at 200... it took a week, but by day 7 it's beautiful blue and clear. They went above and beyond... coming every day to check it. And every day they vacuumed AND brushed the whole thing. Every day they've been kind and thoughtful. They have an amazing system that sends me an email with pictures of my pool as well as what they did. And they are more than reasonably priced. Their monthly service, including chemicals, for me is $125. (The startup fee was a bit more than that but that's only because my poor pool was a swamp)
