I was visiting a relative from out of state! I have had their pizza in the past & really enjoyed it, but NOT today! Terrible! Save your money & go find a different pizza place! Anywhere but here! Pizza was greasy & cold! Delivery driver couldn't find our house (we have had deliveries here in the past). When delivery driver called, he couldn't comprehend the directions that I was providing (someone at the actual store had to call me). Unfortunately, the delivery driver's comprehension of the English language was limited to zero! The cheesesteak is excellent! From the taste of the roll, meat, and other ingredients. Roll is browned perfectly and loaded with meat which has an excellent taste compared to other subs throughout the North end of OC. The fries are crispy and have a unique taste which makes them exceptionally tasty. Best tasting sub and fries at an excellent price as well. Many other places charge much more and offer less. You can't beat the taste and the prices. Ordered a med meat pizza too and that was excellent as well. The meat is made with a unique flavor that you don't find at other places. This is the third time ordering from there and has become the new go-to when ordering out. Much better taste than Primos or Billy's in my opinion and is much cheaper!! So overcooked that its hard to imagine that the person who boxed the meal didn't notice or didn't care enough to rectify the issue. We used to love the food and service from this place until this past year, the name changed to Meryem's 4 Seasons Pizza and since then the food quality has been horrible and the customer service leaves me shaking my head! We ordered lunch today and some items were missing when delivered. When I called to let them know the employee blamed me for the issue because I ordered extra buffalo chicken on the side and they don't normally do that. It's an option on their online menu and I have been ripped off by not receiving they extra chicken on my sub from here more than once so I ordered it on the side to ensure I received it. Four seasons is one of very few pizza places that will deliver to where we live (rural). After a day of craziness when everyone is too tired to cook and want pizza we call 4 seasons. I've ordered from these guys for a while now, and for my money they're the best delivery place (at least among those that deliver to my home). They have a good variety, the quality is consistently good, and you get a lot of bang for your buck. You can also customize a lot of their menu, which is nice, especially for the sandwiches. They also have the best order tracker of any restaurant, including national chains, that actually shows you on a map where your delivery driver is. That kind of thing should be standard, honestly. They are always on time or early, they have never screwed up an order, and the drivers are always nice and helpful. My family and I have ordered here several times for takeout. I feel the food is just average. It's just like any other mediocre pizzeria out there. What bothered me is the lack of customer service. We noticed inconsistency in the pricing between the online prices and what's on the paper menu and when we questioned them when we call to order the attitude was simply "we just updated it "even though we explained to them we just ordered the same exact thing a few days prior for the lower price. Also, they said they "deliver" on their advertisement but yet when we called to place an order, they said they don't deliver out where I live. (It's a new development and my road isn't showing on GPS yet so they wouldn't deliver to us but they deliver to this area). Another evening my husband ordered online and then when he went back into his email to check on it because he didn't get a confirmation email and he wanted to go pick it up he realized they had canceled the order!!! I love the ease of ordering online (they even have an order tracker, which is awesome- I can put the dogs in the backyard when it says my food is on the way, so it makes my life easier). The Buffalo chicken Pizza is absolutely the best I've had, and I try it anywhere I can. Cheesesteaks, while small, are really good and fresh. Mega fries are epic. Zero starts if I could!! This place is terrible. We're just 9 min drive away at the Air Force inn. Starving after arriving on a 9 hour flight from Germany, decided to order some food from a close by place. I asked for a turkey and cheese club and I made sure to repeat that I wanted cheese on my club as that is how is listed on the menu. The bread was not toasted as it should be and there was no cheese, also they poured globs of mayo all over it as if it was a last minute thought. We also order a chicken cheesesteak and asked if it came with fries, the woman taking the order said "I think so" but there were no fries with the sandwich. There were fries with the turkey club which were soggy and cold as it took ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES for the food to come after we were told it would be 30-45. I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal from a pizza joint, but we had a pretty simple order that was not at all done correctly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'll make sure the staff here knows not to recommend to people who stay here. read more

So this is probably the worst delivery order I have recieved in a while. The food was below mediocre standard. I still taste the grease from the food I ate an hour ago. The most upsetting part of my order was the Four season sampler, it consisted of two over cooked chicken tenders which chicken nuggets from McDonalds had more taste than these, 5 fried mushrooms which were the size of glass marbles and 2 of them were just breading, 4 deep deep deep deep fried onions and I mean how do you fuck up on frying onions? Also, two mozzarella sticks which basically was deep deep deep deep fried string cheese. All this sorry excuse of greasy disgusting food served as a sampler cost me $9.00. The Buffalo chicken wrap we had, not surprisingly, tasted like its been cooked in the same grease and had more sauce than anything else. The chicken was dry and and the buffalo sauce, in my opinion was just Texas Pete hot sauce mixed with Mayo. I had the chicken cheese steak which wasnt cut in half but that wasnt a big deal but the fact that it barely had cheese on it with the off colored lettuce is what drove me to write this reviewp. I was told the pizza is good here. But had a taste for a cheese steak. Ordered their large with ketchup and onions. The cheese steak was about a foot long, served HOT, and LOADED with steak and cheese. The bread had a crisp outer crust and moist middle. I may have waited no more than 5-6 minutes. The service was great, kitchen looked very clean, well lit, and the young fella behind the counter who took my order even brought my order out to me at my car as a courtesy. Nice kid. Needless to say, I will go back to try the pizza too. Great experience here. read more
