Every time I eat here the food is excellent! I eat breakfast more than any other meal and this morning I ate French toast, eggs and scrapple! The French toast was thick and fully saturated with (egg, milk and cinnamon) mixture so it was yellow and yummy all the way through, eggs were cooked to perfection the way I liked them and scrapple was crunchy on outside and soft in the middle just as I cook it at home ! Excellent service from Mary. Extensive menu and amazing selection of desserts. The garlic bread that was included with our entree was delicious as was the chocolate banana bread dessert. Lastly, very reasonably priced. We both had a three course meal with coffee and drinks and tip for $80! read more

Food and pricing is excellent. I eat here once or twice a week. Service has never been up to par until now. Stopped in on a weekday with a group for a late lunch-ample parking, building is pretty large. Greeted immediately upon entering, was led through bar area to our table, no wait. Waitress took our drink orders right away, then our lunch orders. We shared Old Bay fries and onion rings as apps, both were delicious-fries were crinkle cut and rings were batter dipped. I ordered a small cheese pizza, which was a $9.99 lunch special-it was ok. If I had to rate the pizza it was a 5.5 out of ten. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, and for the price, I'd return. Saw this on the highway and decided to try it The ambiance was warm and inviting. I had the chicken parm. The chicken was tender and the sauce as good as any Italian restaurant! Wife had chicken brandy. An awesome blend of chicken, artichokes and asparagus in a delightful wine sauce. Daughter had the chicken Caesar wrap. Tender chicken in very tasty Caesar dressing. Son had the Cobb salad. Such a delightful mix and a portion enough for "growing boy". We also tried the crab soup. OMG REAL CRAB! Very tasty. Service was excellent and made this a great place to eat. I went to eat breakfast at this restaurant this morning (9/24/25) and it very was concerning. When I first entered the restaurant. it had an unpleasant smell to it. So, I sat down and order my food. When I received my food, the plate had multiple (6) to be exact) big missing chips all over it. Who serves food like that? When I walked past other customers tables, I observed that their plates also had broken chips on their plates as well. This restaurant needs to throw away these old broken dishes and not serve food to customers on them. When is the last time the health department inspected this joint. Some nerve!!! read more

I ordered mega fries to-go from The Palace, unfortunately, the French fries were over cooked, cold, and very oily. In addition, the cheese and bacon were hard and cold. The couple pieces of bacon added on the fries were in large pieces instead of chopped up and also burnt. Rude host/server when we were greeted at the Weller show said we "could eat somewhere else" because we asked to eat where the show was as the other side is too hot. We have been going to The Palace for years, with no issues. Tonight was horrible! It started when we walked in the young lady behind the counter ignored us for about 4-5 minutes. Finally seated us then we sat there for 30 more minutes with no one coming to take our orders. The young man rhat waited on us was also waiting on the other side of the dinning room. I understand he was busy, but you still say something. Then the manager came over apologized and said she'd take money off the bill. Which was not what I was looking for. Placed a call today regarding the breakfast Menu. Was told "we don't carry that kind of stuff." Question was do you offer all Turkey bacon or sausage"! Ehh. I've been here a few times. The food for me is mediocre at best. If your a foodie who expects high quality food and service, you will not find it here. I was okay with it the very first and second time I went here, which was 4 years ago. Last time I went was about 3 months ago. I ordered rockfish. When waiter brought it out, it looked disgusting. Meaning very dry!! I have had rockfish before several times at other restaurants which tasted excellent. This place (at least the night I went), the rockfish was a sight to see as it layed on the plate. I could not believe they even brought it out to serve looking the way it looked. It was obviously dry without even having to taste it. I did let waiter know and returned it for another meal. The other meal was a shrimp and noodle meal which did taste good. When me and my friend finished meal and we were brought bill, waiter charged us for 3 meals. We had to tell him to remove one of them. Ambience is okay. I personally would not choose to go eat there again. Not worth my time or money. Sometimes you have to wait to long before waiter comes to check on you. read more

The food is amazing. Plenty of parking, clean, and friendly staff. The takeout staff, however, need to be trained or let go. Adding a second person would catch most of the mistakes and prevent a bad experience. Ordered the Italian pasta platter (ravioli, stuffed shells, baked ziti). It came with a side salad and garlic bread. What it didn't come with was the baked ziti. The sauce has a deep, complex flavor which any true Italian would be proud to serve. Missing the baked ziti was a major disappointment. My wife has to settle for a cheesesteak because they were out of roast beef for the French dip - it was still supposed to include the jus for the French dip. Nope. This, after we ordered online and the manager called to let her know that a substitution had to be made. Add the two disappointments together and you get a three-star rating instead of five. What happened?! We loved this restaurant! Yesterday was a disaster! Our favorites no longer available for lunch. We ordered paninis and got regular white bread grilled in a frying pan. Don't call them paninis! Mine was missing an ingredient and when I asked the waitress for the ingredient, she said he (the cook) never puts that in. Service was very slow.
