As someone who likes beer but it isn't usually my drink of choice, this is probably my favorite brewery I've ever been to. They have tons of unique options (a tomato Basil sour!?) that even someone who isn't a big beer lover would be tempted to try. They also have cider, wine, and cocktails. The Bloody Mary was surprisingly well seasoned with what was clearly a fresh house mix. Both the inside (well stocked with games) and the outside have a fun brewery aesthetic. There's a stage and flyers for live music, though unfortunately we were not there during a performance. Another great spot in the tiny town of Winooski!

Great vibes! Love the indoor and outdoor seating areas. Lots of space so would be great for large gatherings. Have been told it has the best beer in Burly? I got a canned cider (and Mac and Maple), and it was really yummy. Was pretty low key (not crowded) on a Saturday night around 8:30 pm so got our drinks quickly. It's only a four because they don't have cider or seltzer on tap. Otherwise, it's a great place! And in a fun location near other cute shops and restaurants.

Another amazing brewery in Vermont. Four Quarters Brewing. Best Cheeseboard I've had during my whole stay, everything was fresh and delicious and great selection of beer. My favorites were Strawberry Shakedown IPA 7% & Smores Stout 9%. Four Quarters Brewing. Great set up, nice patio. My bartender Rob was really sweet and friendly.

Super nice spot to come with friends or family--it has a very chill vibe with lots of vintage video and pinball games (very nostalgic for my parents). When my family went there were even some live performances. The space is big, with both indoor and outdoor seating and, for the outside, there are lit fire pits (which we took full advantage of whilst waiting for our food). Rather than ordering from a server, we were able to place the food orders online and have them brought to the table. The food menu is limited, but is classic American fare--everyone was able to find something they enjoyed. The drink menu is definitely where they shine more. Personally, I was a fan of the hard cider.

Always looking to try a new to me Brewery. Ended up in Wooniski Vt at this gem. Great selection of beers - had 2 porters and 3 IPAs all very good. Family of 4 all had sandwiches and burgers. Would recommend all from Rueben to Fungus Amongus Great atmosphere and super quick servise as all ordering in on your phone. Great selection of games and free pinball machines.

I'm such a fan of checking out and supporting local breweries and I really wish I could say that this is one that I enjoy, but alas, I cannot. I came in by myself a couple weeks ago and tried their Piña Peño a sour ale w/ pineapple, jalapeño, and sea salt. It was a little flat and although the jalapeño came through quite nicely, I could not taste the pineapple. Undeterred, I came back with a friend to do a proper tasting. We ordered: Herbie - Watermelon wheat (Name I don't recall): Was mojito inspired Great Bear - Lightly smoked chocolate oatmeal brown ale Cookie Bear - Great Bear brown ale w/ raisins, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans The only one we both enjoyed was the Cookie Bear. Nothing else really tempted us. They didn't even seem properly carbonated. We couldn't even finish them. :( I love the ideas and creativity, but the beers just don't merit a return.

This is a small brewery that have some good beers. I'm a really big fan of juicy NE style IPA's. They mostly have American style IPA's. I really liked the Phaze and Spectra. They have limited outdoor seating because of Covid 19.

Fun place - the beers were okay, but the vibe was chill. Brought my kid and he was entertained while hubs and I had a few beers.

They aren't one of those breweries that strictly makes NEIPAs but rather has a good mix of IPAs, Sours, and stouts.

Deep City was a recommendation for brunch from a local. It is the sister restaurant to Foam Brewers (right next door). When we walked in there was a small wait but not bad. We headed over to the brewery to grab coffee and to check it out. It is definitely a cool spot. They have a huge selection of beer, a small wine program (who knew) and small bites. Unfortunately they did not have TVs or else we would've come back to watch the football game but we did purchase some beer before heading back over for brunch at Deep City. The menu here is a little more Mexican-forward think Huevos Rancheros, but there was still plenty of items that looked appealing. We split the banana bread with maple walnut cream cheese (to die for) to share as an app which was fresh and delicious. I also ordered a fruit cup which was also good. We then shared their Huevos Verdes which is similar to Huevos Rancheros except it came with a tomatillo salsa. It was good but very sloppy to eat. Overall it was a great experience, and service was phenomenal. A great brunch place while visiting Burlington VT.

First of all, they have a parking lot, which is free to park in, which was super convenient. The menu is interesting and everything sounded so good, including the daily features (duck hash, yum)! It made it super difficult to decide what to order, but we eventually settled on the biscuits and herb gravy, the across the pond, a side of the cheesy kale, the polenta breakfast dish, and the trout and eggs. Our server was super patient and kind and the food was amazing. I don't usually like biscuits and gravy that much, but their vegetarian gravy was so tasty. It reminded me a bit of broccoli cheddar soup in the best way, and the biscuits were flaky. I'd had the English breakfast plate at Penny Cluse before, and this one was even better. I loved the mushrooms and the sausage. The cornmeal crusted trout on the trout and eggs plate was crispy and not fishy at all, and the best trout I've ever tried. I loved that everything we ordered was so saucy since I'm a big sauce girl. This place is high on my list to revisit when I'm back in Burlington!
