To be frank I didn't like the service here; while fast (which is great for an airport) I had an experience with one of the servers that was pretty rude. I was trying hard not to assume anything but then having her roll her eyes when i asked for a glass of water was hard to ignore. I ordered a simple bacon, scrambled eggs and tater tot breakfast. This place was packed at the airport. I just sat at a booth looking table. Took maybe 15-20 mins for the food to come out, not a bad time for how packed it was. The burger was cooked to my liking and the chips were good. The fries were ok, a little crispier would have been perfect. Again I chose this spot in gate area A 22 Early this time so we had breakfast. I don't remember Being here 3 years ago. The areas were all grubby, no bus boys. Waitress has to do it all. Returned my Salt Shaker with dead black bug with legs intact. No apology. The bacon was the best, toast wouldn't melt my butter pat and the potato's were square white and brown things. Potato taste was there. It's the only one of four spots that have breakfast. Kind of limited choice. They only serve Pepsi Products. So Maybe next trip , I'll get a boxed sandwich and a diet Coke. Positives: Beers on tap, the KiltLifter is always satisfying. Some food items are better than many of the reviews posted would lead one to believe. Nothing wrong with the fry team today, the fish and chips were very good. The pretzel burger was ok, as expected for airport food, not cooked to order but served with a hearty pretzel bun and good fries. Service was attentive and prompt, server noticed needs for second soda for my partner and extra tartar sauce for the fish. Seating is cramped along the walls but there is space at the tables for those with delay/layover to relax a little. Plenty of TVs to watch sports while you wait and the music is not too loud. Negatives: the person at the check in stand was short tempered and put out by our request not to sit at one of the cramped tables along the walls even though there was ample space at the tables in the center of the floor. read more

Food can be improved. Service was good; the easiest option at airport if you have arrived on a red eye. That's about it. 03/31/26, My pregnant wife and I got food poisoning from their Chicken Strip Basket. This resulted in a hospital stay to recover. There is no phone number available to contact them at. Our flight got delayed last Friday so we needed to kill time. We decided to get a couple of drinks while we waited. The place was busy, all flights were delayed so alot of people had the same idea. It was a nice atmosphere. I thought our wait would be long but we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We order two tequila shots, a paloma and a beer. It was quite pricey, they take advantage that you're in at the airport with limited choices. The drinks were pretty simple, but we were glad to sit and talk over a couple of drinks. read more

Four Peaks offers good service and food at the Phoenix airport. We ordered a beer, a cheeseburger, poutine fries and a caesar salad with buffalo chicken. The caesar salad was really good! The pork poutine was not very good. It was a bit soggy. My husband really enjoyed the burger and beer. The service was quick and friendly. There are lots of games on for the sports fans. This bar is at Sky Harbor T4 and is the one I usually stop at to have a drink and/or something to eat before my flight. It's always chock-a-block full, both at the bar and at the tables. This time, with the wheelchair, I sat at the high top bench and they put the chair next to me. Most times I ask for a wheelchair because the concourse is so, so long when having a flare up of sjögrens. We had some time before the flight so decided to have a bite of breakfast: not the greatest, but it filled the hole in my stomach. The man serving our area was like a dizzying elf, with everyone all at once ordering at the same time, but he was decidedly efficient: thank you! Airports are a place I've always liked because it means I'm traveling, and it's my favorite thing to do; even with the crowds, and sometimes grumpy customers/passengers, I've always found it entertaining to people-watch. Of course the prices are commensurate with airport prices but it's a nice bar to chill at instead of sitting at the gates. The barman (Hi!) is quick and attentive to the hordes wanting drinks, and the general atmosphere is busy-but-calm, as much as a busy place like Sky Harbor airport can be. We ordered a draft beer and a cider. The bartender was busy, but still quick getting us our drinks. There are 9 handles behind the bar. For food we split the chicken BLT. If you're on an afternoon layover in Terminal A and need a bite to eat, I highly recommend Four Peaks Brewing Company. I found this brewpub clean, orderly, and efficient without sacrificing the quality expected of a sit-down restaurant. It gets slammed around noon, but the crowd thins out enough past 12:45 PM that I was able to get immediate seating. They offer a great selection of beers to take the edge off travel stress, and I found their Four Peaks Cheeseburger and seasoned fries delicious! The best thing in my visit was the dedication of the wait staff. My waiter, Daniel, was super attentive and able to juggle, taking my custom order on the fly and nailing it. When he had a chance to breathe, he stopped by for a chat and shared with me that he chooses Sky Harbor out of all the Four Peaks locations to work at -- which I find very courageous, given the hectic industry airport restauranting must be. It's thanks to servers like Daniel that us travelers can squeeze in a filling meal, and an experience like mine is a major credit to this restaurant. read more

I was quickly seated and my food was served within ten min...I ordered the French Toast which came with breakfast potatoes and I got a side of bacon (addt'l $4.50) on top of the $18 French Toast which is wild AF to me! It was mediocre at best, the potatoes were seasoned well but they have cut up french fries rather than breakfast potatoes. My server was attentive but I never got his name. I also didn't like the to go syrup and butter which was thrown about my plate which means someone touched them to put them there.. Germs! It's Christmas Eve so it's packed in here! We were seated quickly and, once ordered, food comes quickly. However, that's where the pros end. One orders with a QR code which is fine if familiar with it, yet we watched two different parties leave next to us given the difficulty with it (and waitress doesn't check to see if you understand it). Food came out cold (eggs, bacon toast). Waitress purposely avoids eye contact so had to get up to ask for help. My food was meh in quality and quantity for the money (but hey, this is an airport restaurant). My husband had oatmeal and said that was fine. This location had plenty of seating options with room for luggage and had ample lighting. The bar was in the center, and had TVs on all sides. Our server was efficient and honest. We were very disappointed in the drinks and drink options. They do not have a cocktail menu but "have a full bar". Most of the beers were craft IPAs and lighter Ales. I ordered the one Stout that was on the menu and was told it has been "out for weeks and they haven't served it for a while" even though it was still on the menu. After trying to order 3 different cocktails from the "full bar" and being told they couldn't make them, I settled on a Double Captain and Cranberry. My drink tasted like old cranberry juice and had no hint of alcohol. My husband ordered the Sunbru beer. My husband's beer was nothing special and towards the end of the meal was leaving a weird taste in his mouth so he ended up leaving over 1/2 his beer untouched. For food, I had the Four Peaks Cheese Burger (add bacon, add pickles, no onions). The burger patty was large in side, but lacked seasoning. The burger was very dry (even after I added 2 packets of Mayo). My husband had the Southwest Burger. The patty was again large. He was expecting a spicy burger but unfortunately the sweet jalapeño dressing took away any spice that the roasted green chilies and the pepper jack cheese brought to the burger. On top of this, the brioche bun was also sweet bringing this burger from a spicy burger to an over the top sweet burger. The best part of both of our meals was the fries! They were crispy on the outside with a softer interior and were perfectly seasoned. I'm not too sure if I will be eating or drinking here again. The bad-ish things: The food was bland. It looks a lot better than it tastes The "salsa" tasted like it was just ketchup with some peppers and onions blended into it. The potatoes were cooked well, but were completely unseasoned. The salsa verde on my enchiladas was "thick", and tasted canned. Overall, the food was what I would call "bland, but not bad", because it was edible, and they had salt and pepper at the tables. Unbelievably rude staff at this restaurant. They messed up my order, so while they were fixing it, my kids stood at one of their stand-up tables and started eating. Two of the women came over and told me we couldn't eat there because our food was "to go," even though no one else was using the area. I explained we were just waiting for the rest of our order, but they insisted we leave. I told them this was their food that we had purchased, but they still told us to go somewhere else. When I said we were just going to stand there and eat while waiting for the rest, they refused and said "too bad." Then a girl with a nose piercing came over with two other female staff members, visibly shaking, and I told them to stop acting so strange and let me get my food so we could leave. At that point, one of the girls completely lost it on me, and all three of them started yelling--literally yelling--just because I wouldn't leave without the rest of my food. Honestly, I can't believe how terrible and unprofessional their behavior was. It was shocking to be treated like that, especially after paying for their food. INSANE I still think about this airport restaurant and I still cannot believe how insane the workers are. I have literally NEVER met workers that were so rude. read more

If you're hungry or thirsty and have time to kill while waiting in SkyHarbor, then saunter over to Concourse A for a taste of Four Peaks Brewing. Bear in mind that it can get busy at times and seating can be a challenge, but if you have the chance, then grab a stool at the bar and indulge. I am always one to sample a brewer's flagship beer and this was no exception as I do love me some malty goodness. Their 'Kilt Lifter' amber ale is wonderful, a strong Scottish-style ale with a fabulous color and classic malt at the top. A pint was just the right accompaniment for a sample of the standard fare, which was a suggestion by the bar host of the Brezelburger and it was a pretty fair country home run. Big burger patty with pickled red onion, that Hop Knot whole grain mustard, and a housemade pretzel bun (with a touch of a pale ale) and this sammich hit strong. So the fries were essentially a lame equivalent alongside, whoopee, but the burg & the brew were absolute winners. Pricing is standard airport level, that is to say it's a tad high, but it's certainly competitive. Service up front was friendly and attentive but the kitchen probably was a touch out of gas by that point in the day and wasn't really in a hurry. No big deal though, five stars for the Arizona beer, four stars on the burg, and I hate to ding stars for the friendly front-end bar service with the lowly effort from the back. You might be able to dine better, but you can certainly dine worse, so Four Peaks will have me as a repeat diner. read more

It's an airport bar that's very busy. The food is decent but again it's airport food and it's very overpriced. Service was very slow since it was so crowded. Often heard the weight staff complain about how they have too many tables. Definitely OK if you sit at the bar. But if you sit at a table, be prepared to wait. read more
