    Freezer burned but edible.

Slow day at Sky Harbor so you think service would've been acceptable. Nope. Super slow. Brew pubs typically have great food. Nope. Not this place. If you are stuck at the airport the by all means. Stop in. If you can go anywhere else in the world. Do that.

    An inedible breakfast

Ordered, paid, waited for an hour....for this. It was actually inedible. The potatoes smelled like rancid oil. The eggs were brown. Skip this place at all costs.

Stopped in while waiting for a flight. Food is ok. You order by scanning the QR at your table. There was no wait & we were seated quietly. Ordered the quesadillas and an IPA. It gets pretty busy. There's enough space to put our carryon and backpacks.

Hectic airport restaurant. Use QR codes exclusively. 7 thin slices of bananas and 1/4 cup walnuts, honey and brown sugar with $12 oatmeal. $5 fresh and tasty coffee, bit at 7 am any coffee tastes good. Breakfast stops at 10 and they stick to the closing time!

This place was packed at the airport. I just sat at a booth looking table. Took maybe 15-20 mins for the food to come out, not a bad time for how packed it was. The burger was cooked to my liking and the chips were good. The fries were ok, a little crispier would have been perfect. There wasn't anything that really stood out, we grabbed our quick bite and head to our gate after. Nothing negative to say about our visit.

This is the second l've been here. Love it. Great spot. Great beers. Sports. Music. Great service! Got a turkey club to go this time so I'll have to check back in. The only downfall is they close at 10pm. I don't blame them. I appreciate everything and am pleased to hit a brewery in an airport. Thank you

Again I chose this spot in gate area A 22 Early this time so we had breakfast. I don't remember Being here 3 years ago. The areas were all grubby, no bus boys. Waitress has to do it all. Returned my Salt Shaker with dead black bug with legs intact. No apology. The bacon was the best, toast wouldn't melt my butter pat and the potato's were square white and brown things. Potato taste was there. It's the only one of four spots that have breakfast. Kind of limited choice. They only serve Pepsi Products. So Maybe next trip , I'll get a boxed sandwich and a diet Coke. Still ha 50.00 breakfast for 2. Credit cards only.

Positives: Beers on tap, the KiltLifter is always satisfying. Some food items are better than many of the reviews posted would lead one to believe. Nothing wrong with the fry team today, the fish and chips were very good. The pretzel burger was ok, as expected for airport food, not cooked to order but served with a hearty pretzel bun and good fries. Service was attentive and prompt, server noticed needs for second soda for my partner and extra tartar sauce for the fish. Seating is cramped along the walls but there is space at the tables for those with delay/layover to relax a little. Plenty of TVs to watch sports while you wait and the music is not too loud. Negatives: the person at the check in stand was short tempered and put out by our request not to sit at one of the cramped tables along the walls even though there was ample space at the tables in the center of the floor.

Our flight got delayed last Friday so we needed to kill time. We decided to get a couple of drinks while we waited. The place was busy, all flights were delayed so alot of people had the same idea. It was a nice atmosphere. I thought our wait would be long but we were seated right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We order two tequila shots, a paloma and a beer. It was quite pricey, they take advantage that you're in at the airport with limited choices. The drinks were pretty simple, but we were glad to sit and talk over a couple of drinks.

Four Peaks offers good service and food at the Phoenix airport. We ordered a beer, a cheeseburger, poutine fries and a caesar salad with buffalo chicken. The caesar salad was really good! The pork poutine was not very good. It was a bit soggy. My husband really enjoyed the burger and beer. The service was quick and friendly. There are lots of games on for the sports fans. This was overall a good dining experience!

When you have a morning flight, I always find myself wanting a little breakfast before wheels up. I was excited to there was a breakfast plate at this location for a quick bite to eat. The service was friendly and the location was very clean. Decent breakfast for an airport and I would order again, though it's not the best I've had at Sky Harbor.

Chicken BLTA with chips. Surprisingly good, $20 (Aug 2024)

    - Vibes: 4/5 (popping for an airport brewery) - Crowd: 2/5 (super crowded around dinner) - Menu: 4/5 (lots of sandwich/salad/appetizers) - Value for price: 3/5 (p good for an airport!) Ordered to go on a Thursday evening, since the wait to dine in was ridiculously long. It's situated next to a mini food court so you can order and sit in the general seating. My sandwich took ~15min, so I wouldn't order here in a rush. That being said, the chicken BLTA was shockingly good. My expectations are always low for airport food but wow! For context my sandwich was $20 (Aug 2024) but most airport food is pricey like this. There was a solid slab of chicken on the sandwich, and it was tender/well seasoned. 4 pieces of bacon, several avocado slices, and soft/fresh bread. Definitely not worth a full $20 in non-airport settings but if you'd like a decent bite in PHX definitely try this place out!

WORST experience ever! This is robbery! Food was extremely expensive even for airport restaurants. Portion size is tiny and the food looks disgusting, bad ingredients and tasted like poop. I got takeout order and waited almost 30min for my food. For someone who's trying to catch a plane this is unacceptable. They also messed up my order and refuse to give me a refund. Horrible!!

Friendly service but had to "flag" the bartenders down.....they were too involved in conversion with each other. Food was really quite good.

Jessica, my waitress was really awesome and very friendly and helped me pick out some really great things on the menu. I had the Reuben sandwich with sweet potato fries. The German pretzel bites with beer, cheese and the churros with ice cream and a few beers and I have to say the prices are excellent and the food is incredibly good and I don't say that lightning most dive bars are just good for the ambience and a few cheap drinks. This place is great all around. Also, their patio area is dog friendly, so I was able to bring my little furry friend with me and he hung out and laid down near the table. Another bonus.

You can tell right away this is the kind of place regulars come back to often. Food I didn't try much food, but I did have the cheese crisp and it was solid. Light, flaky, and more like an open-faced tostada than a quesadilla. It came topped with green chili and chicken, and everything worked well together. Based on that, I'd expect the rest of the menu to be consistent, even if it's not trying to reinvent the wheel. Service Service was efficient, especially considering how busy it was. No complaints here... you can tell the staff knows how to handle a full house and keep things moving. Ambience This is where the place stands out. The vibe feels like a food network designed a biker bar, but in a fun, not over-the-top way. It's also apparently a Kansas City Chiefs bar, which adds to the identity. There was a live band playing early 2000s rock hits, which kept the energy up. Crowd was friendly overall, very much a neighborhood crowd. Overall This isn't a destination bar, but it's a really solid go-to if you live nearby. Think of it as an elevated dive/sports bar with a strong local following. Good drinks, good energy, and a place that does what it's supposed to do well.

THE BEST CHIPS (FRIES)!…read more As a British expat, I'm always happy to try a new British restaurant, so I had to try this one while visiting Phoenix. The pasty and gravy were authentic and delicious. The chips were some of the best I've had in a very long time, if not ever. The restaurant is large with an upper and lower level and patio dining. It has a pub-like feel. Use the QR to view the menu, but order through the waiter. (This isn't quite obvious, so a sign stating 'Order with the waitstaff' would make things more clear). There are a variety of pasty flavors to choose from. The bathrooms are completely graffitied -- I think they've chosen to make that part of the decor. Don't let them scare you off! I would visit again if we were in the Phoenix area. Helpful?

Today, I was walking near my office and came across the Downtown Phoenix location of Cornish Pasty. I enjoyed a tasty lunch with good service, and I am already looking forward to heading back there. When I approached the restaurant from the corner of Central and Monroe, it wasn't clear which door was the door I should enter though it seems like any door off Monroe or Central is just fine. There were limited number of tables plus the bar, and I was delighted to see a small table available. I was eating on my own with a book, and I was quickly greeted by one of several team members who stopped by my table over my lunch hour. I asked a few questions about three options, and I decided upon the Chicken Pot Pie Signature Pasty consisting of chicken, carrots, red potato, green beans, celery, and onion with rosemary. There was also chicken gravy on the side. Everything about the dish was delicious! I would consider ordering this again as I enjoyed it so much; however, I may want to try something else next time. There are so many options! I did learn though that you cannot substitute most options in the pasties. Visit the Cornish Pasty website at https://www.cornishpastyco.com. On the website is the history of the Cornish pasty, information about all 11 locations (of which 9 are in Arizona), menus, a photo gallery, catering options, contact form, employment options, online ordering, and gift cards. The menu consists of their signature pasties and premium pasties though they also list vegan and vegetarian pasties, salads, appetizers and soups, sides, desserts, and drinks. While the Scottsdale and Tempe locations appear larger than the Downtown Phoenix location, it was still comfortable and had similar positive customer service from staff. There are so few restaurants like the Cornish Pasty in the Phoenix area. I'd certainly recommend visiting any of the Cornish Pasty locations though for a positive experience Downtown, feel free to stop by. No reservations are needed. If you don't find a regular table available, feel free to stop at the bar and take a seat there. I look forward to returning back to the Cornish Pasty again soon. Yum!
