One young man helps customers transport large items to their vehicles. They also let you borrow trolleys to get things to your car. I usually get my rock salt here in the winter and garden supplies here in the summer. All departments are helpful. I was in the plumbing department recently and was looking for something very small that I located immediately and the person working downstairs greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. My most recent experience was buying, yes, a new Weber grill from Jim Carmalt. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of their stock and how best to use it. It was almost like talking to an old friend who had my best interest as a high priority. I thin of Village Hardware as sort of the anti-Home Depot/Loew's, I get personal service of a high order and always leave confident that I have a high-quality product and even higher quality advice. I don't know why this key was so meddlesome but the employees here took on a difficult task and helped me out until it was complete.
