The price was also discussed and confirmed three times before the work started. They initially asked for more while cutting the tree, but eventually agreed to honor the lower price we had originally discussed. I'd recommend sticking to the agreed price once confirmed rather than renegotiating during the job. Otherwise, the pruning and cleanup were solid.

When issues arose, I even paid an additional $1,000 for them to return and fix the wooden wall. This company is unaccountable and cannot be trusted.

He sounded very nice and he immediately came out to provide a free estimate. I checked with my coworkers and they were blown away with how affordable the estimate was in comparison to their experiences with other tree services. My wife and I were so impressed with their service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

The large, professional, courteous and efficient crew, was effectively led by Nathaniel (aka Tiger) and worked exceptionally well as Team for two full days to deliver a high quality job; on time, on budget, as expected. I bid this job to four licensed, bonded and insured companies, met with each firm for over and hour to review the job prior to bids submitted, I checked reviews/references and after diligent evaluation I selected E & Sons...and I am very glad I did..! He was prompt, communicative, professional, and well priced for the size of the tree (massive!). I have a large garden that's my pride and joy, and expected damage to the surrounding plants while the crew worked to take down the tree because that's been my experience with other companies in the past. They were extremely careful with the limbs/trunk and did a great job protecting my property to respect my wishes. I'd highly recommend this crew for work on anything in their portfolio. If they can deal with taking down a 150+' tree without damaging a garden this dense, they can do anything!

RD Powerwashing did a solid job on cleaning my home's siding and deck. Most impressive was the…read morecustomer service and value to quality ratio. The young gentleman who came out was Jay W., at least according to his card. Booking the appointment was an absolute breeze. After my initial call they were able to come out the next day to provide a detailed estimate. Once we agreed on the price and scope, they were able to commence the work immediately on the same day. It helped that I had a water source that was convenient. The machine he used was gas powered with multiple tips that were able to reach high places without resorting to long ladders. He only needed a regular A frame ladder to extend his reach in a few places. The gentleman who provided the estimate and actually did the power washing was pleasant and good natured throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and he took extra time to explain the entire procedure down to liquid cleaners used, water pressure (there is a hard wash and soft wash in which the latter is more appropriate for siding and wood), and expectations for the entire job. He sprayed the green colored surface mold with a plant safe cleaning solution from a handheld pump sprayer. He then power washed the surface with laser like precision. After the siding was left spiffy like Mr. Clean, he power washed the deck. Within four total hour or so, the deck and siding looked fantastic. For the amount of time spent on the job compared to the reasonable amount spent I would certainly use RD Power Washing again. They do not have fancy trucks, shiny advertisements, or a highly curated social media presence, but they get the job done for a fair price. It a basic power wash so that is hard to rate, but the customer service pushes the review to five fantastic stars.
