The service is excellent. The waitress is very old school and happy to serve. Burgers are delicious. Real charred burgers , every burger is made to order. Fries are home fries styled Each combo includes a soft drink and Fries for $15.79 Location is clean and plenty of tables. Families are welcome 4 out 5 I will visit again

1/2 lb. char burger, American cheese, ketchup, pickles, and fried onions

Stopped into Foster's for a quick lunch. I hadn't been before and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining how their ordering works. I kept it pretty simple: 1/2 lb. char burger, American cheese, ketchup, pickles, fried onions, an order of fries, and a drink. Food was out relatively quickly. Fries were piping hot so I started with the burger. It's definitely a good sized patty and the roll also has a great structure so that it all holds together without getting messy. No patty slipping out of place. By the time I got to the fries, good as well... A nice mix of some they were crispy and some that were that little bit of soft (which I like both varieties.) My wife paid and I asked about the price. I did feel it seems a little pricey for what it is, though I think it's the reality of prices creeping upwards in all the food industry. I'd reserve it for more of an occasional treat when I want a burger that's above a fast food version.

Not impressed, went into eat at 1130 in the morning as part of the first rush for the lunch crowd. The system was awkward at best. Approach the counter place your order by submitting a paper order. All I had was a simple cheese burger and soda. Then I sat down after getting my drink. Took me about a half hour for them to bring out my meal. I opened the buns and there was a small patty off centered with the cheese half on. Come on, surely we have some pride in execution here? And it was not even busy. For the price upward of 8 dollars I would have had a better meal at chick-fi-a... (rolls eyes)

It was a boys weekend while my wife and daughter were away and everyone wanted burgers and milkshakes. We decided on Fosters since it had been awhile. They have remodeled the inside since our last visit and it's nice and clean looking. Three of us went with the 1/2 lb charburger and fries and the youngest got chicken tenders and fries. We all ordered shakes (2 chocolate and 2 strawberry). The shakes came out pretty quick and were delicious. It took a little while for the food to come out but it was worth the wait. The fries were nice and fresh and the burgers were cooked perfectly. The servers were all very friendly and helpful. It's a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Great ice out of the machine, Coca Cola was nice and crisp for us and the booth cushions had a nice bit of squish to them.

Lastly, I got their pumpkin chocolate chip bread, that too was amazing! I really like this place, it's a solid choice for baked goods. I like Red Truck a lot, but feel that ever since they became one of the top bakeries in the country and their prices went up to match this status (and they also got added to Gold Belly), I don't feel the quality matched the fame. Whereas Great Harvest is just solid and affordable.

They've got so many racks of fresh bread and they loved talking about their fresh ingredients and making things from scratch, they definitely take pride in the work and it shows. It's very cute inside, just what you'd expect from a corner store bakery. I cannot wait to go back with my whole family and try even more local goodies!

A review long overdue!…read more Unfortunately, our experience at 2 Kyles was not great; super disappointing, since there were so many positive reviews on this place! We came to check this place out for lunch, and we ordered: +the Jones Beach sandwich - described as a vegetarian option, this sandwich had eggplant, provolone, roasted tomatoes, red peppers, pesto, and a red pepper-feta spread; the bread used were extremely stale and was not the focaccia bread as it was then stated on their menu; at first, we thought it was toasted, but it was not; also, the sandwich was missing ingredients, such as the roasted tomatoes (but the menu seemed to be updated since then) + the cheesesteak cigars - came with a horseradish dipping sauce; these were not heated all the way through and came out lukewarm/cold +a pizza with half mushrooms and half cheese - we love stinky and strong cheeses, but this had a very unpleasant odor to it that we were unable to eat it We did ask for a to-go box, which took some time to receive; the staff didn't seem to care nor interested in how everything was; when we were leaving, no one was available at the front. On the other hand, the owners seem to really care about their customers' experience and feedback, and we appreciated this - not sure if we'll ever be in the area again to give them another try. Street parking can be found in the area. +inattentive and disinterested staff +inaccurate menu descriptions on food items +lukewarm/cold orders +avoid the flatbreads/pizzas +parking in the area

I realized when I got to the car they gave me a cold sandwich. So I went back in and nicely said excuse me this was supposed to be hot. He immediately said, no you didn't say hot. I said yes I did. He says no you didn't. I say it was literally the first word out of my mouth" (it was also my last word.) He continued to tell me I didn't say it offering zero customer service. When I was about to lose my cool, I turned around and said fine I'll just heat it up myself at home. I feel as though he should've said I didn't hear you say that, but if you would like it hot, let me throw it in the oven for you. I wasn't asking for a brand new sandwich. I was just asking for an hot one. Instead, he had a complete attitude and was trying to embarrass me in front of his customers and talked crap to the customers as I walked out the door stating I didn't say that. That is the most disgusting, poor example of what customer service should look like. I love the food, but sadly, I'll never give him another dollar.

Their menu was quite large, with hot dogs, cold subs, hot sandwiches, and paninis listed. They also feature a couple soups daily. When we went, they had a loaded baked potato soup and a lobster bisque. The young girl working the front was very happy and helpful and gave some good suggestions too. The place is quaint, with several tables and lots of historic signs on the walls. We started with their baked potato soup - The overall flavor was nice. But the potatoes in it were rubbery, like they used the wrong type of potato or maybe over-cooked it. Also, the soup was just warm, far from being served hot. Next up were the sandwiches - I chose the BBQ chicken sandwich, which had thinly sliced chicken breast on it, along with BBQ sauce, mayo, and onions. The sandwich was pressed, like a panini and was pretty good. I liked the smokiness of the BBQ sauce. I also got a bottle of their homemade root beer and it was pretty good. They serve Route 11 potato chips, which are my favs! So, I had to pick up a bag of Mama Zuma for later - those things are spicey, hot, and tasty!
