I don't know why Jersey Mike's in Warrenton can never get an order right. I ordered a tuna sub had it delivered and they gave me an Italian sub. I went back and checked my order and what I put in was correct what came to me was wrong. But every single time I order from them, I have never gotten an order correct. Oh goodness, just avoid. First, it's really hard to hear the employee over the counter if you're below 5'5. The gluten free is atrocious. It is the oddest consistency and just not worth the up charge. The entire sub quality is awful. Total waste of money, avoid. read more

Love some Jersey Mikes! Typical location, only area for improvement is online ordering. On several occasions due to working late I have to order within 15 minutes of their listed closing. I've had them cancel my order on several occasions. Just now they cancelled an order 11 minutes out from closing. If you cannot fulfill orders at that time then it's best to adjust your closing time to 8:30pm on the app to account for this. This is an inconvenience because DoorDash will not refund you the money until 3-5 business days. Now I'm stuck ordering something else I don't quite want. Please consider this adjustment. read more

No Adult Supervision. Sandwiches were fine. The good ends there. Floor was filthy, seats scattered around, tables greasy. Two employees with plenty of time on their hands but not a bit concerned with tidying up. But hey, at least they were indifferent and surly. This time I came in and ordered the veggie sub. I walked in and was greeted nicely. A gentleman came out and asked for my order. I told him the veggie sub. I picked my bread. I asked if the had cucumbers or any other toppings but they didn't. It was the sub they offered or nothing. That's ok with me but when ordering a veggie sub it was mostly lettuce. The tomatoes and swiss cheese was ok. But needs more green peppers and less lettuce. Also my hands were soaking wet from all the Mike sauce. Too much. I think I like it better when I can choose my own toppings and have more control over what I paying for. read more

Quite possibly the worst sandwich I've ever ever had. On a "mini" there was about a half cup of mustard, the bread was tough, the jalapeños were woody, and the lettuce was gray green and oxidized. read more

I enjoyed the Jersey Mike's up the road until I saw this location coming. When the grand opening sign was up I was very happy we had it coming local. Every time you walk into the store, one of the employees greets you - it immediately makes you feel welcome and special. I've probably been in there 20-30 times since this specific location opened and I have yet to be disappointed with my visit, or sub. I know Jersey Mike's is a franchise owned store. I went to the Warrenton, Virginia location. It is currently 7:53 PM as I am writing this message as my family of three walked in to order our dinner at 7:45 pm. We were greeted by the manager who told us that "the lobby closes at 8:30 pm." Typically, when entering this location, we are greeted with "welcome to Jersey Mike's." Not this time. My response to her negative greetings was: "where would you like us to sit?" because all the chairs have been stacked for the night. The Warrenton store closes at 9 PM on Tuesday evenings. Due to the manager's attitude and wanting to close right at 9pm. I felt it was important for my family not to give this manager any more sales and we walked out. The sale you have had would have been #7 giant meal, #13 giant meal and lastly a #17 giant meal. read more

Don't ever get delivery through this Jersey Mike's. They use doordash and GrubHub ...so they're off the hook when they mess up your sandwiches. They won't refund you your money they just want to take down your name and if you have a minute go back in and get a sandwich that's right.. maybe. And there's a manager there named Steven who's an arrogant butthead. Come at me like that again and you're the one that's going to have a problem ..don't ever threaten me.... This was my first time trying a Jersey Mike's, so I wasn't familiar with how things work. Overall, I will probably pass on visiting here in the future. Why? - For our hot sandwiches, they could not toast the roll. - They did not ask us if we wanted any other toppings on our hot sandwiches, and they bagged the sandwiches and handed us the bag right away after cooking the meat, so we had no opportunity to ask. - Nothing we wanted and were prepared to order from the online menu was available at this location (e.g., no Reuben pastrami, no meatball sub, etc.). It was a very basic menu available. - The subs weren't bad, but they weren't great. Pretty flavorless and dry, actually. - The subs were super expensive compared to other places. As for the positives, the place was super clean, super organized, and the staff were polite and professional. I do really like how the freshness of food is emphasized here. read more

Many passable ones but nothing scratched my itch So i gave the new Jearsey mikes a try. And let me say i was blown away. DAMN good steak and cheese! I now have a serious issue with wanting it all the time. The location is extremely clean and the employees are extremely friendly. My wife enjoyed the turkey wrap. I hope this place keeps up the high level it has right now. The only reason i'm not giving it 5 stars is the mobile ordering app is not the greatest. Does not give you the ability to add things like mushrooms or mayo to the order. And is very slow. (the app not the restaurant) Nice to have a great steak an cheese in town again! read more

I had an order of over 10 subs that were to be delivered to a doctors office for a business education in-service lunch. I ordered through door dash and door dash cancelled my order without informing me. I contacted door dash minutes before my presentation and received the bad news. I immediately went to Jersey Mike's (where I was ordering from originally) and explained the situation. Jesse and his two employees jumped all over the situation and began making my original order! They did it with a smile and put me at ease! They hustled to get over 10 sandwiches made (amongst chips, waters, etc) and saved my business lunch!! The place became a little busy after placing my order. I learned from a previous experience here, that if you don't tell them exactly how to prepare your sandwich, they don't put anything on it but meat. To make a long story short, I inquired from the grill person if lettuce and mayo had been put on my sandwich. Obviously not because she snatched it from the counter by the cash register and took it back to her work area. She shortly brought it back to the cashier and threw it down on the counter.
