I always enjoy all five guys locations, they are always so clean when I walk in. Plus the staff is friendly at this location. I appreciate it more because they offer your burger to be wrapped in lettuce, it helps me out since I'm gluten

Just used Uber Eats to get a Five Guys order. While I noticed that the Uber Driver stopped multiple times to pick up and drop off other orders, Five Guys is ultimately responsible and should communicate with this driver. The hamburgers were cold and the only reason why the fries were warm is that they probably dropped them into the bag right before the driver showed up. I have attached a picture of my son's grilled cheese sandwich. He didn't even eat it because it was like a piece of rubber.

Five Guys huge hair in my burger

After opening my burger to see a huge, disgusting thick hair hanging out of my food, I think it's safe to say, I'm never ordering from Five Guys again. I lost my appetite after seeing this.

    Here's are the updated prices.

I was heading after seeing the rating, especially since I'm pretty frugal, but I came by anyway. Cashier was friendly, burger was good, but it's still pricey. $5.19 for a little hamburger before tax. Let few bites were mostly lettuce but not ridiculously so. The workers were hanging out a bit so nobody was at the register at times but not when there were people. Watch out for the massive pothole out front. In and out in 11 minutes

Had never tried the hot dog! Pretty good, but can't say it was worth the $8+ . I'll stick with the burgers next time

I didn't think their fries were anything special. Their Philly Cheesesteak is also a good sandwich to order. It comes with generous amount of cheese and meat. You place your order at the counter, fill your own drinks, find your own table or booth, select your own plastic spoons, forks, & knifes and paper napkins. Your meal is delivered to your table and that is about all the wait staff service you receive. The atmosphere is more like a fast food atmosphere. Nobody goes to Foster's Grill for the atmosphere because that is not on their menu. People go to Foster's Grill because their food tastes great. I'm also a big fan of prosciutto and arugula pizzas, and Licorice Pizza's version is my favorite. Somehow all the ingredients are arranged thoughtfully so the whole pizza can be eaten bite by bite, rather than getting large pieces of prosciutto or arugula that slide off. A drizzle of oil makes all the flavors shine. We were taken care of by Cheyenne, who did her best by us despite it clearly being a busy night. I appreciated her checking on the pizzas for us unasked when they took a little longer to arrive. She also had a great sense of humor that delighted our whole table. Despite the record-themed decor, something about the ambiance does seem lacking, although maybe I'm just remembering the way the Black Bear looked when I visited in the past. That's worth overlooking for such delicious pizzas. The daily specials and happy hour deals are worth looking into when planning a visit, too. Last thing I want to mention, I came here with my parents, who tend to get cagey at "hip" places, especially at bar areas that can get a little loud. They were totally on board with everything, and as locals I expect to hear them come back soon for more pizza.

There was booming music playing as we entered, and our server met us at the table we selected to get us oriented. She was very personable, brought menus, and was attentive as we worked through our long overdue desire for food and drink. The drink menu wasn't huge, but had a nice, safe selection of beer and some festive holiday drinks. For food, lots of appetizers and mains, but we focused on their tasty-sounding pizzas as calzones. Our beer, cocktails, and pizzas came out quickly. Hot. Delicious. Our server checked in frequently and was very high energy. Cute place with solid food and drink choices as you take a break from shopping on Main Street.

Now, many years later, we were excited to find that a Foster's Grille was on-route for us as we traveled between central Virginia and north-central West Virginia. Food (rating: 4/5). Patrons customize their orders by filling out a "ticket" at the counter; meals are delivered to your table. My husband ordered a 1/4 lb. Charburger combo, which included fries and a self-serve 12-oz (refillable) fountain drink. His free customization included lettuce, tomato, pickle, and grilled onions. Other free options included mayo, ketchup, onion, relish, jalapeños, hot sauce, and bbq sauce. Additional options, including cheeses, bacon, chili, and mushrooms, were available for a modest up-charge ($0.95 to $1.25 each). I ordered a Foster's salad with grilled chicken, with honey mustard dressing. (There was a choice of 6 dressings). We split our entrees, and everything was very good and as remembered. As for the burger, it was tasty but the 1/4-lb burger was overwhelmed by the size of the bun. Next time, we would order the 1/2-pounder to avoid that problem. The salad was also tasty, featuring a nice mix of salad greens, 4 wedges of fresh tomatoes, croutons, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, and the grilled chicken. We were impressed with the mixture of greens, and the fact that the packet of salad dressing was nonfat. As the chicken was sliced quite thinly, it was somewhat dry. Each entree was a good value, at $9-sometime each before taxes and tip. Ambiance. (3/5). We sat at a booth table that was comfortable and clean. Our main issue was that the rock music was much too loud. Service (4/5). We only interacted with staff at the counter (taking our order) and the server who brought our food. In both cases, staff were efficient and got the job done but neither was particularly friendly (nor unfriendly). Location. (5/5). I asked the person at the counter if they cooked burgers to temperature, and he said they did, so I wrote it down. I indicated that I wanted my burger medium-rare and saw the employee take a marker to highlight it and write in big, bold, blue letters "Medium Rare" so it was clear. It took more than twenty minutes for my order to come out, and it was well done. They offered to recook it, but I didn't have another twenty minutes to wait, so I asked for a refund. They did not know how to issue the refund, however, and had to call someone to walk them through it because there was clearly no one in management available. They told me they think they did it, but the point-of-sale system wouldn't print a receipt showing proof that it was refunded. After spending more time on the phone, they figured out how to print a receipt that didn't state it was refunded, but merely indicated that the transaction was "voided". All in all, it took forty minutes when they weren't busy for me to walk out without anything other than being hungry (hopefully I get the refund).
