I stopped by this Chick-fil-A yesterday when returning from a hiking trip. When I drove in, I noticed that there were three different drive-through lines, which I've never seen before. Most Chick-fil-A's that I am used to have drive through lines. I had some time to burn, so I pulled into the first line. To my pleasant surprise, a staff member came over and took my order on a tablet, along with my payment. He pointed me in the right direction and the second staff member confirmed my order a little bit ahead. I drove up a little bit further and a third staff member gave me my receipt. By this time, the three lines merged into a single line, and the staff members were so good about telling you exactly which car to get behind so that you could get your order. By the time I got to the front window, my food was hot and fresh and ready. They were also able to handle the half strawberry, half vanilla milkshake order (this confused some people but they had it together). Everyone was wearing masks and it was really an easy process. Honestly, this was probably one of the fastest Chick-fil-A trips that I've ever had. Kudos to them for not only taking pandemic safety seriously, but also putting in place a super efficient system! I can't recommend this place at all. I'll tell anybody and everybody to go somewhere else. Chick-fil-A has fallen from the hard workers that used to run out in the rain to give you the sauce they forgot to give you, to giving you the wrong order after a 20 minute wait in the drive-thru, and making you pull over to the bank next door to get back to you after another 20 minute wait while they get your order correct. We visited tonight for their Anna, Elsa, and Olaf event. Upon arriving we saw they were supporting a local theatre. Though they were busy the employees handled it with grace! Employees along with on site management made sure to check with us multiple times through the night. The food came out hot & delicious! Their incredible sense of community and outstanding customer service (along with of course delicious food) will keep us coming back. read more

What's better than some good ol' Chick-Fil-A on a Saturday?! Everything about this location is great. Many people on the drive thru and one person on the floor making sure guests are well taken care of. My only gripe is the parking here! Came around 11am a little before lunch rush hour and there was no parking. We had to wait & loop around twice to catch a spot. Love the the sticky place mats for little messy eaters! read more

Very disappointed with Chick-fil-a today. I only eat there once in a while so it's considered a treat to myself. The meal was far from a treat. Served fresh daily Monday-Saturday I think not. The fries where not edible. They where excessively hard and impossible to chew. Must have been sitting for hours, way over cooked and just horrible. My drink wasn't what I ordered. I spoke clearly and thoroughly. The order was repeated back to me correctly but served incorrectly. My chicken sandwich was just okay at most. I will not be going back to this location ever again with my hard earned money. What a complete waste for a $10+ chicken sandwich meal. read more

So today, I placed an order via the app and drove up the Drive-Thru and the lady who took my order wasn't friendly as most of the time CFA is always kind and respectful to their customers, I don't take things personally but just wanted to spread the word. After I got my order at the drive-up window they didn't put our lids on right on the drinks and didn't say have a nice day atfer I said thank you, have a great day. I'm thinking this was a misunderstanding for the CFA staff. Okay, until today, I never understood what the fuss over Chick-Fil-A was. Having said that, I've never actually eaten in one - or eaten fresh, hot food from there. What I've had is chicken that someone has gotten as part of a party platter - and it's been sitting around for awhile - and is at room temperature or cold. Today I had lunch at the Warrenton location. I ordered the 8 nugget meal which comes with Waffle fries - and a small Diet Coke. I got two sauces to dip the nuggets - The "Chick-Fil-A Sauce" and the Buffalo sauce. The nuggets were delicious! And I really liked both sauces! The fries were also crisp and hot. Yeeeee-haw, yet another outpost for good ol' Christian chicken. Sadly, for this one I'm going to need to grade down to three stars because of one massive negative issue. On the food front it's five stars all the way, duh, with everything being excellent as usual from nuggets, to a hellishly hot spicy sandwich and superb fries. So of course you're saying by now what could possibly knock two stars off? The store's inability to handle their drive thru window crowd. Not metaphorically, but literally the line wrapped almost around the store and by the time we left it had wrapped around the store. I've seen some busy CFA's in my day but this was more like WTH! The picture I took of the storefront was done because that's where we stopped when we pulled almost into their parking lot (probably a dozen cars ahead of us). The car behind us was actually still at least partially blocking traffic on Lee Highway when he couldn't ram in any farther behind me. I didn't clock how the long the wait was but it had to approach 20-25 minutes easy just to order. So while the food was good, of course it wasn't worth the wait and if we would have been a wee bit more adventurous we would have gone somewhere or in reality anywhere else where the wait time would have been a fraction of this one. read more

Needed a place for breakfast (and later lunch) in Warrenton while I waited for a family member's schedule event in Warrenton. The place was clean and the wait staff were VERY kind and polite. Probably the fastest service I have ever received in a fast food joint as before I could sit down in my booth, they had my order prepared and brought to me (as I was sitting down). How cool is that? The Manager and other wait Staff came around periodically to see if we needed refills on drinks and if they could take our trash for us. Thought this was a abnormal but when I came back for lunch (my family member wanted chicken) the same service (even during a busy lunch hour). Great Chick Fil a. It is "my pleasure" to eat at Chick's. This is the best Fast Food in Warrenton, for what they serve. My favorite breakfast meal is the bowl of scrambled eggs and sausage for $1.57. The egg tastes like an egg and the sausage tastes like Jimmy Dean sausage (and I really like Jimmy Dean sausage). It is really sad that I am impressed with the great taste and flavor of eggs and sausage at Chick-fil-A. But, sometimes life is difficult to understand. I also like their fried chicken in strips or in a sandwich. Their food has great taste and flavor. This review gets even sadder. The last time I was in Chick's a young woman behind the counter ask me for my order and I told her my regular and she listed what I normally order and asked if I wanted it on my regular table. read more

Having gone to this Chick-fil-A numerous times over the past few months, I really have to say they have gone downhill. While the food quality is always good, the execution and fulfillment of my orders has not been good. Had gone there a month ago and ordered two gallons of unsweetened tea, among other items. Expressed numerous times that it must be unsweetened tea (probably more times then I should have) yet they gave us sweet tea. Most recently we went in and ordered almost $70 worth of food for our family. We asked for all the usual sauces, but given how busy it was we decided not to check our bag. It wasn't until we arrived home that we found not only were no sauces provided but they got our order wrong and provided regular nuggets rather than the requested grilled nuggets. This is numerous time now that our order has been messed up. I expect this from other "fast-food" places but not Chick-fil-A. Do better. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-a location. The food is ALWAYS great - fries are crisp & hot, chicken is full of flavor, the staff remembers your face & are always friendly. Sometimes they have staff that come around & refill your drinks for you & pick up your trash. The owner is there quite often & is always so friendly with the customers. It was noon on a weekday at one of their peak hours with a line wrapped around the restaurant. Not only did their team go above and beyond ALL IN A GOOD MOOD but they managed to get me my order in less than 8 minutes! Hard to believe I've not reviewed this location before! What sets this one apart is the season and professional staff. It starts to get really busy right around 1130a so they are quick to deploy their mobile crew with their iPads and credit card scanners to the drive thru line. The food is consistently good and it's easy access in and out. read more

The WORSE experience I ever had with Chik-Fi-La. It started with their promotional deal costing $$$ because the person taking the order couldn't work the computer. That in causes the order being totally wrong. Then they didn't have decaffeinated coffee ready when the store open. When I finally recieved the coffee it wasn't right.. They are generally pretty good and I usually don't have an issue when ordering in person. My issues seem to come from ordering through the app for pickup. The food is always good and correct but for some reason they constantly either forget or short you on condiments. The app has you put in the sauces you want and you get 2 per item, but they constantly will put in like one ranch for 3 separate meals. They will even read back the amount when I check in but for some reason they never put them in the bag. read more

If I could give this Chick-fil-A less then one star, I would. Vanessa was awful. Worst customer service experience of my life. McDonald's is more accommodating when they mess up orders I can't say the same for this Chick-fil-A. They made me pay the difference for my drink that they messed up while taking my order because the one taking my order wasn't competent. Not only did they mess up my drink but they gave me old cold fries. They also didn't put cheese on my sandwich. I called and asked to speak to a manager and Vanessa proceeded again to tell me that there was no one else higher up than her that we could speak with.
