The manager lady is awful. I've tried to overlook her browbeating new employees, but it's always something with her when you are in the line. I heard her tell a customer that his wrong online order was made to his specifications so he must have put it in wrong, in the worst tone. Then, I ordered a regular and large pack of chips with the rest of my food, and shame on me for not double checking- I was shorted the large chips. Perhaps if she were interested in providing decent service vs being so chismosa about customers that weren't happy, things would run more smoothly. 2nd review: A Sunday during football season, typical for ordering out. We ordered online at 6:47pm for 7:10pm pick up. There was no one in the store and only 1 other order on the pickup rack. Tonight we chose Chipotle over Longhorn Steakhouse. Big mistake! The food was cold and did not taste fresh, big difference in portions and the queso was thick and clumpy. It was busy as I was with a bus full of basketball players - but there were some things that were glaring to me. First - portion size. I'm no hog or particular person - but if I'm paying $11.40 for a bowl - I need more than a pinch of barbacoa. I asked the man nicely for more and he gave me about the same amount as I would be picking out of my teeth. Second - efficiency. I will never come back here again. It's continually bad, but tonight was the worst. Ordered three meals off of the app, and all three of them were mostly rice, which was super undercooked. There was almost no meat on any of them. We also asked for toppings, some with a little extra, and we barely got any toppings. We ordered guacamole on two of the entrées and did not get that either. I tried to call the restaurant to speak to them about this, and after three attempts, it just rang and rang. We never got a hold of anyone. Very disappointed. I ordered food for pickup an hour before I got it and it was cold. I also paid for double meat and did not get double at all. The service when I picked up was strange, no greeting no hello, nothing. When I asked for some salad dressing the girl behind the counter said it was in the fridge. I stood there for a second had an awkward moment, then a different employee said I could go retrieve it myself. I'm not above grabbing my own dressing or whatever. I passed up Panera Bread next door in favor of a burrito. I wish I had gone for soup and a sandwich instead. The burrito was just ok. It's the cost of adding the tiny spoonful of queso to it that is annoying. It was a SPOONFUL for $1.30! Which by the way, they don't tell you at the time, like they do if you want to add guac. Then there was the bag of chips that I added. I actually included a photo and weighed when it when I got home because it was SO lightweight. Slightly more than 2 oz of chips =$1.55. This is the worst run Chipotle I've ever experienced! I LOVE Chipotle, but this location is literally changing my mind. We constantly experience incorrect orders and INSANELY small portion sizes. Recently, the quality of food has also been pretty bad. We got the new quesadilla when it first came out and it was good, so we've tried twice since then and twice it has been absolutely disgusting. Both times they forgot the fajita veggies and gave us a burnt, dry tortilla with a tiny bit of burnt cheese. My son's kid meal has been wrong every single time and is always missing a side or ingredient. This has to be the worst Mexican restaurant ever! I walked in to order a couple tacos. The cashier said they were priced differently, but gave me the general price of $3.95 a piece. So I'm thinking this is going to be a decent taco. So I ask for 3. From here is all gets bad. The kid making the tacos puts 3 tiny soft taco shells down. I'm talking shells the size of a coffee cup lid. Im watching the kid put them together. She puts 1 tiny onion slice on each taco shell. 1 tiny little pepper slice on it. I'm like ok this isn't good. So then she hits the meat. Chicken taco gets two tiny pieces of chopped chicken. Same with the steak taco. Finally, the carnita gets less a tablespoon of pork. COVID VIOLATION I'm going to give 2 stars, ONLY because firstly, I understand how difficult it must be to operate during the pandemic. Secondly, I've had many great visits here with excellent service! However....I have been coming to this chipotle LONG before COVID and the issues are always the same as they were presently. Tonight I stopped on my way home to get dinner. I ordered a burrito bowl. I ordered a side of Fajita Peppers. and I ordered a side of Guacamole. I watched the cashier put BOTH my guac and my side of veggies into MY bag. She then removed them both from my bag, and put them into another customers "to go" order bag. Then the cashier looked up at me and said "I'll get you another." Not only was I astounded she transferred food from one customers bag to another during such a health pandemic, but then on TOP of that she never put another guac in my bag. She did not put a side of veggies in my bag. I didn't realize until I was all the way home that half my dinner was missing, my chips were burnt, and they were out of salad dressing...as they have been my past 3 visits. I am so disappointed with tonight's visit. On a lighter note...Your staff is always friendly and quick! And normally very attentive, not tonight. but regardless, transferring food from one customers bag into another is not acceptable during COVID, they need some better pandemic training. A different manager every five minutes, rice never cooked, the smallest portions I ever seen even after paying for extra. No good! Some employees did not even have on masks or gloves. The door dash delivery service is always late sometimes by an hour. Like curdled sour cream order here! One our way to the western Fauquier County wineries we stopped in for a quick, inexpensive lunch on a busy Sunday. We got through their line pretty quickly, which is usually a challenge when visiting Chipotle. The food was just OK, the medium salsa looked gelled and a funny, but tasted OK. They were slightly stingy with the items they were putting on my bowl, so I had to ask for slightly more. They ran out of small cup lids and there were so many families coming in (after church on a Sunday) with kids, so this shouldn't have happened. The cashier was also rather rude the way she was talking to people and she was quick in her answers when they asked for lids, etc. The rest of the staff was decent and the food tasted nice. Find it interesting that many of these reviews seem to be the same, about how lackluster this particular Chipotle is. Seems that their management doesn't seem to read this site or they would work hard to give this location a better image. read more

Don't have a lot of options as a vegetarian. Ate here twice recently (curbside). I had hoped that Chipotle brand would ensure a certain level of service and quality. In general, pretty OK. My first order, the pico was old/getting bad but everything else was good. Ordered a veggie burrito. Ordered ahead of time and was at the pickup shelf to the right of the ordering area/near the sodas. You have to put together your own soda. Not the best but certainly not the worst Chipotle experience. Second time, less than a week later - repeated the same exact burrito order and got a bowl instead. Maybe they got confused since my wife ordered a bowl. Not what I ordered but good nonetheless. The pico was good this time. Weird to go inside to pickup with plenty of people without masks eating inside - other places have true curbside where the workers take the food out to a car stall. This location is still constantly busy because it's still fairly new, but it's worth the wait. It's just like other Chipotles - same decor and atmosphere. The food is great and the staff is really friendly. It has plenty of parking because it's in a shopping center, so it's easy to get in and get out. I always get the chicken burrito bowl with rice, hot salsa, sour cream, guac (costs extra), cheese, & lettuce. I skip the beans because I'm not a big fan. They're pretty good portions of each and you can get extra of anything for a fee. read more

I really didn't want to leave this review, however I have ordered from this chipotle (for delivery) numerous times and every time I get it it has more guacamole then anything else, to the point of not being able to taste anything else in my bowl. I pay for extra meat (on keto) and never get extra meat.....today was the last time I'll order for delivery.
