Any thing good I could say is negated and dwarfed when both my wife and I witness their employees leaving the toilet stalls and straight out of the rest room back to work without washing their hands. This is disgusting and turns my stomach. There should be the mandatory "wash hands before returning to work" sign required by BOH written in Chinese and posted on the inside of the door so they have no excuse. But, there is no such sign in any language in the rest rooms. Eat here at your own peril. read more

Yuck, horrible Chinese food. The fried rice is very gross, too yellow in color, too much food coloring... Most of the meat tasted gamy. The fish is mushy and fishy. The dumplings are like stones! Are they even real dumplings or they are clay that are leftover from pottery making? I couldn't eat anything when I was there, not even the steamed white rice because it was hard and under cooked. (My plan B was to just add soy sauce to my steamed white rice but it turned out that I had to leave starving even though I had my plan B). This is the worst Chinese Buffet I had ever been to. I come to this buffet every weekend and they have great food here. Never have I seen employees not wash there hands,great folks here always picking up plates and always looking to see if u need a refill of soda. They don't serve beer here but they let u bring in a bottle of the bubbly if u wanted too. Prices are fair,selections are great. I mean what more can u ask for its a Chinese buffet not a 5 star top of the line restaurant. It's a 5 star Chinese buffet tho. read more

Beware of deceptive practice. Lunch ends 3:30pm. Got seated before but unknowingly chose from the dinner hot table and wewe informed we would have to pay costlier dinner charge. We had barely eaten anything and said were unaware of that. We were told we should have known and had to pay the dinner charge. A commotion ensued and when I informed the female manager she was being rude she said this was about money. We subsequently paid and left without eating. Worst experience ever. Very Sad! read more

I went with my family and friends today, food is not that great. And that was not an issue here but the sanitation. When I was done eating I went to use the bathroom . At the time a worker woman was cleaning the toilet I used the cleaned 1st door. The floor was really wet but i ignore it coz I really need to peeh. After using I washed my hand and the woman cleaning went to the toilet that I just went in. And she appeared to be cleaning it again. ( in my mind I felt so guilty I probaby make a mess or splash of blood coz I have a monthly period ) so when I'm done washing and about to leave, I looked again and I saw that she wasn't cleaning the toilet - she was using it as a bucket for her mop, and mopping the floor with water from the toilet!!! I went out and saw my hubby paying for our meal. I told him to pay first and I have to speak to the manager. Before I could even finish telling her the story I went out and puked near the parking lot. I feel so disgusted and sick my stomach. The manager came back to me after talking to the woman cleaning the bathroom. It's good she attended to my complaint right away but she came back to me defending her staff. The woman cleaning the toilet denied it to her manager. So the manager and I went to the bathroom and I told her again what i saw and pointed out how she was using the toilet bowl water to mop the floor and clean the toilet. Also, there was no smell of bleach or any other disinfectant present. After that disgusting experience, we will not be going back there again. read more

This place is always packed, and service is always good if you're willing to wait for a seat. The food is pretty much average, with nothing in particular that is worth noting. I meet up here with my parents every once in a while since my father enjoys it. Their Mongolian BBQ is just ok. I wouldn't dare try the sushi. read more

We just had dinner and it was a solid buffet experience. Nice selection of dishes and most were very good. American, Chinese and Mongolian selections to choose from. Food was fresh and the vast selection was well maintained. Nice choice of desserts too. read more

Been there MANY times and can NEVER get chow mein! I've asked and was told,"only for lunch". Been there for lunch and was told "only for dinner". Also the crab legs are kept in water and is totally waterlogged. The shells tear open instead of cracking open due to the water. I've asked the management about steaming them instead and was totally ignored. Good prices and loved their spare ribs, and open your own shelled shrimp, but that's about it. read more

We are regulars there. We eat there about once a month over the past 3 yrs.. The food is good, the trays are always full with food. Very nice selection. Yes on Fri and Sat there is a bit of a wait up to 20mins, not bad. They use to be on top of keeping the place really clean, always sweeping, cleaning the counters and bathrooms. That seems to have slowed down a lot. The mens room on occasions is not keep to clean, mostly due to the customers. Good bang for the buck! read more

This place is your typical Chinese buffet. There are a lot of choices but some things can be hit or miss. It can get crowded with a lot of kids running around Friday, Saturday and Sunday so its not a place for a quiet evening dinner. If you're hungry and want to sample a lot of things its worth a visit. I went to Fortune Buffet for the first time after watching a movie. Although it was a little crowded, the hostess tried to get me seated as quickly as possible. When I sat down, the waitress was very quick to take my drink order. There was a wide variety of choices in the buffet, but my favorite was the peanut butter chicken. The food was very fresh and the employees worked quickly to replenish the food. The most enjoyable was the Mongolian Grill and the sushi bar, which would have been well worth the money by themselves. read more

I have been going here for years and I love it every time. I would recommend getting here relatively early as it tends to get very busy, but even going with parties of 7 or 8, I have never waited more than 10 or 15 minutes. Dinner is about $14-15, but they have a great assortment that includes hibachi and sushi. Even though it is a buffet, the sushi is pretty good. They have a wide assortment of sushi that you can see someone making behind the counter and taking any ingredients right out of a fridge, so you know you are getting cold, fresh sushi. I am always satisfied with the food. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is the wait staff. They really aren't that friendly and they aren't as attentive as I wish they were. read more

This place was better when just opeaned but I think they slacked off a little. The senior population that surrounds this area eats out all the time and I think they finally figured out that they can slak off a bit and they still will come in the door. Sometimes waits can be long to get in. They seem to be getting more and more "american" food and why? I much prefer a sit down but my young daughter likes the chioces.But all in all as a buffet its good. If it did not have the Mongolian grill it would just be fair at best. read more
