Terrible experience with this company on my late father's house (he had been a customer for years). Their repairs to his crawl space were shoddy and untimely, resulting in a delay on the closing. They refused to accept our phone calls to address the issues and essentially just gave up on the job forcing up to find someone else to finish the work. The owners also ignored written communication sent to them describing the issues and requesting a prorated refund for the annual upfront services paid for in advance. read more

I had to use this company since 1989 both at a previous address and at my current address when I moved in in 2016. The quality of their service has gone down hill since. Their technicians do very little for what you are paying for. The owner, Mr. Forrest, showed up at my house several times bashing on my front door, almost breaking it down demanding, I pay my overdue bill, unfortunately, I never received any statements from their billing department notifying me of the overdue bill. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy. I sincerely hope they are no longer in business. read more

While selling our home in February 2021, home inspector found dehumidifier in the crawl space was unplugged, and when plugged in, did not function. We replaced it at a cost of $1250. When we bought the home in July 2019, that inspection also found the dehumidifier unplugged. Forrest Exterminating Service was called in 2019 to rectify the situation, and certified that the unit was functioning. Since no one had entered the crawl space since the Forrest service call in 2019, it is obvious that the Forrest employee did not plug the unit in or verify that it was functional. When contacted, Mr. Forrest ignored that his employee did not perform the service in question, and said he "didn't know what he could do". He wrote in an E-Mail, "After checking through (t)he records, that dehumidifier was serviced four years, 2015,2016,2017, 2018 and 2019.  (The service was not renewed in 2020.)  Four inspectors serviced it during that period.  If it had never been plugged in as you say, it seems unreasonable that not one of them would have noticed.  I do not understand how the inspector determined that it was never plugged in." He also advised the employee who serviced the de-humidifier on July 29, 2019 left their company a couple of weeks later. As explained earlier, we told Mr. Forrest that the dehumidifier had obviously not been plugged in and verified as functional in 2019. At no time did we suggest the unit had "never" been plugged since its installation five years before we purchased the property. He simply chose to pretend he did not understand the issue, and focused his comments solely on the years before we purchased the home. read more

Rochelle(?) was sent out to our rental property for pest control estimate & evaluation . He arrived on time to our home for me to sign a contract agreement . He was extremely polite, courteous and his demeanor was genuine. He gave his opinion , suggestions and the shared recommendations to the tenants as well . This young gentleman has a bright future with the strong skills he possesses ! read more

Excuses and slow service are the new hallmark for this formerly good company. I would not recommend using them. Home Paramount does a great job. Sorry Mr Forrest, we liked you, but your company can't handle customers anymore. read more

We had them for over 20 years when we had our house built. In 2014 they did not send us our annual billing so we could get our annual termite inspection done. When we contacted them, they said they dropped us because we didn't accept their recommendation in 2013 to have insulation and mold fixed. My wife told them that at that time we requested a quote from them but they never gave us one, so we fixed the problem ourselves. They told her she would have to speak with the manager to get our service re-started and he would have to call her back. 4 months later we are still waiting. I have had Forrest Exterminating come to my house for over 10 years and they do a great job for us. We have them come monthly and if we ever see bugs between treatments they come back for free. They treat inside and out, bait for bugs in our garage and treat underneath the house too. Great people and we highly recommend them. All the other reviews are a bunch of bull...I have never heard anyone there be anything but honest. read more

We had the kindest older gentleman service our house for years so we started to prepay for the annual service. Just as we had prepaid enough, hundreds of dollars, they swapped the crudest, unprofessional young man who made my teenage daughters feel quite uncomfortable. When we asked for a refund and a service suspension until the older gentleman returned, they refused and supported the inappropriate comments made by the technician. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE! All Hail the Knights of Columbus. The hypocrisy! read more
