Got food poisoning and when I called they just asked to remake it not wanting to give refund

Still regularly visiting this restaurant after living eight years in the neighborhood. Large portions, tasty food, staff who remembers their regulars. Located in what looks like an old Dairy Queen, I wouldn't take a date here, but it's good for family, meeting after work. But BEST OF ALL, it has a drive-through. Call ahead, and they'll have your order ready for pick up on the way home from work. Our favorites: wonton soup, hot and sour soup, fried wontons, barbecue pork appetizer, chicken flat noodles, the combination plates, which are plenty of food to feed two people. They also have wings and fried fish in addition to all the Chinese items. Best value are the combination plates where you can get a portion of two different entrées with rice and an eggroll. read more

Food is fresh but the wait is crazy! Very casual inside dining. This establishment also has a drive thru and a large parking lot with big pot holes so be careful there. I ordered the fish/shrimp combo, shrimp fried rice and happy family with an egg roll. I believe business has picked up here because of social media because it's never been so busy. I think it's worth the wait, definitely a good portion size and always fresh cooked to order. read more

After 15 years of being a customer Formosa has finally lost me. I just picked up an order that tasted like stale white rice, and broccoli that had been injected with grease! Simply put I will not be back, and I kind of want my money back for the stomach ache I have after a few bites. read more

Awful service, we have to get people that understand what customers are saying and can comprehend. Ordered 2 plates clearly asked the attendant if the rice has vegetables in the rice she explained that it did. Get the food no vegetables in the rice. Everything was bad... chicken broccoli smells weird and the people works there was very rude.

You get a lot for what you pay for, and the food is fairly good for the price as well. It's a pretty good place to get Chinese takeout but I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you're in a rush, the wait time is crazy sometimes. read more

What a hidden little place in plain sight!! We've been wanting to try something different and got lucky on Friday when we placed an order for carry out. Worst Chinese food I've had in years. Not one redeeming thing about the food. I got a combo plate of sweet and sour pork and Mongolian beef. They took the liberty of drenching it in sweet and sour sauce which by the time I got home, the pork was soggy. There were maybe 4 or 5 nice sized pieces of beef with no spice to it whatsoever.
