Sam and his crew did a marvelous job on our roof. His quote was affordable, the work was done quickly and correctly and we have been satisfied with the end result! read more

This is that rare occasion when the company does deserve 5 stars. Their price was unbeatable, and when signing the contract I was little worried that this could result in mediocre quality. I was checking their work every night after the crew left and was pleasantly surprised with the final quality. Underlayment, water barriers, flashings, drip edges - everything was installed properly. Sam was really great to work with. No pressure, no hard sales. He was open to all my requests and questions. Our roof now looks great and I am sure it will last. I doubt you would be able to find any better deal for similar price. read more

Purchased a new home a few years ago and have since had problems with leaks from the asphalt shingle roof installed by Forever Roofing. Forever Roofing came out and tried to patch repair their leaks twice to no avail. After consulting with many roofing contractors, it is clear that the roof pitch (1.5) was not even close to steep enough to warrant a shingle roof. Now how a roofing company doesn't understand that only a tpo/pvc, torch, or metal were appropriate options for my low pitch roof is beyond me. So I'm left to replace a 3 year old roof that was installed by this company read more

My mother had a leak on her roof and we had to search for roof repair companies that were readily available to fix her leaky roof as water was already puddling on top of her ceiling and this had to be taken care of immediately. To our amazement Sam told us that his crew was already handy the following day. His technician, Edward came over on the appointed time and assessed the damage and told us what he was certain to be the issue with the leak. He told us that it most certainly could be the box vent after checking the attic and he was polite and honest. He also gave my mother a discounted estimate right away as he knew my mother to be a senior citizen. After agreeing on the contract on a Friday, Edward told us that repair men would come on a Monday as they were already booked and might be able to have men squeeze us in. We got a call that same Friday night and Edward told us that they will be able to fix it the following day as he was sympathetic to my mom's needs as rain was in the forecast the following day and he did not want my mother to suffer any further. This company's repair men did come the following day and did an excellent job and told us that they were sure how the problem with the roof came about. It indeed was the broken box vent that was damaged and needed to be replaced. The guys were amazing in getting it replaced and they also checked if there could have been other factors that may have caused it. They were nice and very professional. I recommend this company and Sam always returns phone calls and messages. read more

Sam may be a little impatient but he is a business man and tries to earn your business and he is more than fair. I was referred by someone who had just got thier roof done. Good on price however very limited on color selection which was frustrating. The clean up crew could use some improvement but the roofer, I believe his name was Jose, he was knowledgeable and communicative. I assume he did a good job but I never received pictures of the new roof, just the old roof showing boards needed to be replaced. What bothered me most was not the worker but the boss. I have been trying to get help with my warranty information. After paying him the balance he was no longer attentive to my texts or my needs. Still waiting for info so that I can complete and submit my warranty information and also the elderly lady who referred me needs help with her warranty information as well. Its been almost a month and I call him but he's out of the country so still waiting. And I was really surprised at what cost he would go to get a good review, so I had to finally put my own review down seeing how he has not followed up with me on my requests or delegated this simple task to someone else in the office....Owens Corning asks specific questions like how many total squares in the roof?, ice water barrier?, starter shingles?, synthetic underlayment?, hip and ridge shingles?, ventilation questions? Like Im supposed to know all that stuff, really? So I have asked for help and waiting. Anyway, I still need help with warranty website and hope there is not a time sensitive issue because I am trying to be done with this project just like him... read more

This company has gotten some good reviews though I don't know how. They started with a crew of 1&1/2. The woman worked part time because she had children to look after. I don't fault her for that. But, there were long periods with one worker and he did not use a safety line. This crew eventually walked off the job when I questioned some of the work. The replacements were very young and seemed not well trained. There was gross inconsistency and some of the work was just shoddy. Seemed they didn't know how to apply flashing, especially around a chimney. It was beaten into place with a hammer. Shingles were misaligned and crooked. They cut many corners rather than taking the time to do things properly. They cut a ridge vent on the garage which I clearly asked them not to do. This left a big mess on delicate things inside. There was substantial damage done to the buildings from poorly placed fasteners, maneuvering vehicles and general carelessness. This they were unable to repair. They did not blow off the roof when done or clean out the gutters. This caused the drainage system to get clogged. Had to hire someone to clear it. I had asked them to be very careful of a rock garden memorial to my recently passed wife. They trampled it. Extremely disrespectful. The boss did not seem inclined to make sure everything was done properly but rather carried around his handbook of excuses and offered trivial discounts. Now I have to hire someone knowledgeable to fix the mess. I had imagined this roof would be our home's crowning glory but it ended up being an extremely expensive embarrassment. read more

Wonderful experience with Forever Roofing. I was very impressed with Sam's knowledge, and customer service. I interviewed several roofing company representatives prior to making my decision, and Sam was the only one who left a lasting impression. I felt confident in my decision to hire them, and they have exceeded my expectations. The roof was replaced within the first week, very hard workers, and left my home in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company. read more

Sam was very responsive right from beginning till the end of installation. After inspection, got couple of quotes one for fixing leaks and other replacing roof. Went with later for my peace of mind. Since the roof was leaking, Sam was able to adjust installation schedule over the weekend. The installation crew was professional, sent pictures through out and cleaned up every day. Overall great customer service and good communication. read more

Sam came out I had a little leak!! Sam sent his roofer out spent 30 minutes on my roof. Changed 2 roof vents and tried to charge me $650. With no guarantee it will work. It did absolutely nothing and Sam knew that he was just trying to make a quick buck!! He's is not what I would ever want working on my house again!! Do yourself a favor call somebody else.. read more

I just called and whomever answered the phone was not clear on the business name. Each time I asked a question, I had to ask the person who answered the phone to repeat his response. When asked where the house is that needed a quick repair, he had to check if that was in their area, came back and said someone could be out there between 2-4 today and then enlightened me that they would provide me a quote and no work would be done without signing a contract. I am familiar with the need to sign for work to be done since I am in the middle of remodeling the house in question. End result, not a pleasant individual on the phone. I drive by this business every day on my way to work. Would I recommend them, no due to poor phone contact. I need to be able to get to the point and not have to repeat everything. The reviews I have read have given this company a lot of kudo's and that is great. Phone is first point of contact and if that is not a good experience, then I have serious doubts as to how the rest of the contact will go. read more

Forever Roofing did a great job on my North Seattle house. I was having roof leaks and had gotten quotes from a lot of companies, but I appreciate Sam's direct communication style and personable conversation. You can tell he really cares about his customers and business. Signing the contract to job completion was quick, and the roof looks great. I won't have to worry a bit next winter! read more

I had a very good experience with Forever Roofing. I would recommend Sam and his crew without hesitation. His bid was not the least expensive but lower than some others I had gotten. I went with them for a number of reasons, first of all, he answered his phone! Can be hard to get some contractors to respond when business is booming. Second, he came off to be very honest and I felt I could trust him. Third, he showed up when he said he would and the job was done when he said it would be. Very pleased with them! read more

Sam and his team did a great job recently when we had our roof replaced by forever roofing. It was a pleasure working with Sam through the process of getting competitive quotes for our roof. Sam was always available for any questions we had and his pricing was the best that we received out of five quotes. I highly recommend forever roofing for your roof needs read more

After several quotes, Sam was a bit less expensive, but had the most thorough analysis of my roof. He was able to point out deficiencies in my existing roof and gave good recommendations that none of the other firms offered. As for the job, it came out looking great and they did it in a relatively short period (2 days!). Lastly, while the crew on top was making a mess tearing up the old roof, Sam had a another crew member cleaning up after them. So no cleaning my property nor my neighbors. Thanks, Sam! Ken read more

Where to begin... We own an 18 year old two story, 3,000 square foot home in Factoria that still had the original builders grade asphalt shingle roof. We had developed a small leak over the garage and had decided it was time to bite the bullet and get the roof replaced. Not only is this an expensive project but it also important since we wanted it done right to avoid future problems. I spent a fair amount of time online reading other reviews and settled on four seemingly well-reviewed and well-known roofing companies. I received four bids. One ended up being disqualified due to poor customer service(slow or no response to emails). One ended up being disqualified since I felt their bid was high(probably to pay for all their advertising, bigger company). The third one was definitely in the running(competitive price, good reviews, good customer service) but they were not available for several months(a problem with many good roofers). The last one was from Forever Roofing and once again I felt like the price was competitive, the customer service was amazing and the reviews were amazing as well. I ended up choosing Forever Roofing and will detail my experience below. From the first to the last interaction, I was very pleased with this company. When I placed my first call to request a bid, Sam answered and we arranged to meet at the house within several days of the call. He was on time for the bid and he was willing to spend as much time as necessary to answer any of my questions(we also spent a fair amount of time socializing). He told me his timeline for start and completion and left me with a written bid. Within several days I had decided on Forever Roofing and signed the contract. - Forever Roofing started the project ahead of schedule - They delivered a dump trailer the day before work began. The driver was very courteous and also respectful and careful around our property. - The two man work crew showed up the next day to remove the old roof(Friday). Both guys were hard working, respectful and kind. They know their roofing. - The same two man crew showed up the next day to meet the delivery from Stoneway Roofing(I paid for materials and it was subtracted from the bid total) and they began work on installing the new roof. They were at my house for 10 hours that day. - They took Sunday off(some of their crews take Saturday and Sunday off, can't blame them, I know it's hard work) - They showed up on Monday and spent a long day to finish the project. They also removed the trailer at the end of the day - They picked up debris every day at the end of the day - They removed all roofing debris from my gutters at the end of the project - My property is as it was before they began(maybe a little better since they used a blower to help with cleanup) - Sam told me to call with any questions or concerns Side note, we went with CertainTeed Presidential shingles and the finished product looks amazing. Also they added flashing(it was missing from original roof). Their was no compromise on the quality of this project. They did all the important things regarding barriers, flashing and venting. We even got our box vents replaced with a ridge vent. Some people feel there is always room for improvement and will hold back on the star rating for that reason. I honestly couldn't find any critique for this company. Thanks Sam and Forever Roofing. You have a customer for life. read more

These guys did a great job! No messing around. Fast! My 2,800 sq ft roof was completed in 3 days and the job was scheduled one week after Sam gave my the estimate. Also gave me the best price compared to other bidders. read more
