This store is located in the Scottsdale Quarter. Some nice women and men's clothes that fit the modern era. A small selection of shoes with mostly clothing and accessories for sale. As the name may imply, the clothing has a younger fashion appeal to it. I am nowhere near 21 anymore but I still saw things I would consider. The skirts are shorter with crop tops to match. They have nice clothes and a good variety of styles. While it is partially fast fashion I usually go for the more understated and run of the mill styles that I think will last. My clothes haven't run any holes but I don't wear them over and over or wash them so many times too quickly. I also don't use them to hard. Maybe if I did work that was rough on my clothes or had to wash them every day they might get holes in them. read more

The manager Jen was working the fitting rooms the other day. I wanted to try a few outfits on. I walked back there and nobody there so I went into one of 10 or so open fitting rooms. She came to my door and started banging on it saying open the door I need to check how many items you have. I was like ummm okay you have to wait I don't have my shirt on anymore. She was like now u need to check it now. I can't believe the audacity of this nasty lady. How can you hire someone like that to work in your store? Do you know what part of town this is? Most customers are business owners or children of very affluent people. If the district manager or regional manger reads these reviews I highly recommend you fire her immediately. Arizona is an at Will place to work. This type of behavior should not be tolerated. Is she racist? Maybe that's why she questioned me and nobody else? Las night I went to buy a dress for my daughters. And when we find the one they wanted they needed to try it on. We moved to the fitting rooms and they decided to close them for the day because they were short of staff. It was 7:00pm and the store closes at 9:00pm. When I ask them to let them try just to see if it fitted they said we should buy them and fit them at the restrooms at Harkins. I could not believe it. I called the manager and she said there was nothing she could do. I just can't believe how in the world a store that big cannot give the right service. And have such a short judgement. The staff here is very rude and unhelpful. I had to return a pair of shoes I got for Christmas and had proof of purchase from the gifter. These shoes were too small and I couldn't even fit my foot in it and the lady accused me of wearing them due to one mark on the bottom of the shoe and wouldn't let me exchange them for a different size. After this they lady proceeded to follow me around the store because I was going to purchase a different size and she made me feel very uncomfortable and I just decided to leave. If you're going to buy clothes and have money to give your company, for the love of all that is good on this planet, please please please hire more people to work the register OR train your staff that is you see customers in line waiting for someone, anyone to show up to help them - to call backup. This is a new location that sales both men, children and of course women's clothes. Fully stocked like most locations with a variety of current styles and fashions for less. You won't find help on the floor as they seem to be understaffed. The checkout line was extremely long with three cashiers ringing people up and two managing the dressing rooms. I find this often at all locations. Though it is worth the wait to find some of the latest and greatest buys for less. Mainly suited for the ladies you can also find swim suits, small shoe section, jammies, jewels and handbags. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was told that my bodysuit could be returned within 30 days when I bought it. Went back before the 30 days were up and tried to return it with tags still attached, never worn, and my receipt. I was told I couldn't return it because it was a final sale item. They should have told me that when I bought it instead of misinforming me. Not to mention the attitude the lady at the counter gave me! Seriously, stay away from this store. read more

Went here yesterday with my daughter, 5/17/20, and was disappointed. I am all for Covid restrictions, but this store took it to the next level. It's a very large store and they made everyone wear masks (which is ok)... the issue was... only letting 10 ppl in at a time. It was ridiculous! Since masks are required, my suggestion is to let more people in. I feel you took the social distancing to another level. We were more like 50 feet apart rather than 6ft... and I'm not exaggerating. Clean and well maintained store. I've been here several times and never have I been asked if I needed help or greeted. The employees just walk around acting like customers are invisible. I find that every time I come here everything is moved... which makes me buy more things I was not planning on. I went on a hunt for a bathing suit and along the way found adorable pajamas, hair ties and a bodysuit. Ultimately I have to say the staff is friendly and talkative and I was very impressed with how clean and organized everything was at this particular location. I've seen many locations where it's piles of clothes you have to try and dig through to find your size or the right color. I bought jewelry here on several occasions and both times it broke before I could even wear it. All of their jewelry is final sale so plan on having all the rhinestones Fallout and pearls break away before you can even wear anything. The employees were very nice and helpful! But it is 110 degrees in Phoenix AZ and the store was so hot I couldn't even shop. I'm not rotund and I could feel sweat falling down my ass crack...I was with other females that felt the same way. I only got two items and left before I was able to look for the things I actually came for. It's was so uncomfortable I left before I was finished. What really helped is they had the doors to the outside open.... A+ for the mind who thought of leaving the doors open in the summer in the DESERT! Unhappy customer. I tried to return a pair of earrings & was told "it's policy that earrings are final sale"... I explained that I never wore them, simply changed my mind and found something else. The sales lady never mentioned this policy when I purchased them (otherwise I would not have purchased them) and my receipt clearly states that returns are allowed within 30 days (zero mention of excluding earrings). I kindly expressed my frustration to the manager and she would not accept the return either because of "policy". Forever 21 should gladly take the return to keep a happy customer. For good customer service, honor what is printed on your receipts, clearly explain the policy when customers are making a purchase, and/or post you policy in a VERY visible place in the store. A little messy but I love the options, I'm pregnant and I love the tank dresses they have so many options.

After coming to this store on multiple occasions, I will not be returning. It's basically like no one works here unless you want to pay or get a dressing room. Today there were only 2 girls actually working and the remainder of them were standing in a group talking not even bothering to look at the customers let alone ask them if they need help. During the last trip I took here I had to try on something and while my mother was waiting, she and the rest of us customers in the dressing rooms listened to two employees complain over their job and other coworkers and then actually started arguing and cussing at each other. I do believe my mother wrote a formal complaint on the Forever21 website after this happened, but it looks like nothing has really changed. read more

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The managers here are abusive, disrespectful and could careless about their customers. Carla and Christina (managers of the store) need a lesson in customer service. Im a vip at forever 21 and order a ton I ordered clothing online recently, a few items did not fit so I wanted to return my items and shop in store. They not only would not take my items back stating I should have an invoice that was mailed then stated I should have a bar code instead and the new policy is paperless, Carla has the nerve to say in front of myself and my mom that she explained the policy to me but I guess it's still not making sense with an eye roll. Wow I'd be fired if I ever thought to speak to a customer in this way. They made me call the customer service phone number and get my bar code only to tell me they still couldn't help me. No apologizes from either of them. After spending an hour trying to find a resolution they offended my elderly mother and myself by stating they would call security on us! Wow I'll never shop at forever 21 again. Their policies for returning items have changed and are ridiculous. Be warned once you buy it online you will not be able to return it without jumping through hoops. read more
