I booked an appointment a week in advance with Jazmin for Sunday at 5 PM and drove 35 minutes to get there, only to be told after I arrived that they couldn't see me because she did an extra service for someone else instead. No call, no warning. They rescheduled me for Wednesday--then canceled the same day. I spoke to the manager, Julie, who apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. We rescheduled for Friday... and they canceled again. Three cancellations in a row. At that point, it's not an "emergency," it's a pattern of poor management and zero respect for clients' time. I went to this place for recommendation and of course for the prices ... $50.00 for structure gel manicure and regular pedi, it's a good deal, but for my experience was the only good thing.... Don't respect your time even if you had an appointment, they're talk bad about the costumers at the moment they're leave, arrogant energy and dirty place. This darling nail salon was nearby, and they were kind enough to schedule me for a same day appointment (only a 30 minute wait). The ladies working here keep busy, multitasking manicure and pedicure services to make your visit very efficient. Very disappointing experience. I spent over $300 for services for myself, my daughter, and my mother, expecting a relaxing and quality visit, but that was not the case. We were there for over 3 hours for an apres set and a pedicure, which is already excessive. To then feel rushed out at the end after such a long appointment was honestly ridiculous. The quality of the work did not reflect the price, and there was a clear lack of attention to detail. What made things worse was the lack of understanding and effort to address concerns when they were brought up. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I have been here 3/4 times now. I was very pleased with my service every time. I don't live in Miami so when I come for work, I always pop into this salon. The place is not fancy but it's clean & quaint. The prices are fantastic (especially for Miami) There are lots of techs so I've never had to wait although this last time I did make an appointment (available within the hour.) I've been coming to F21 Nails for almost 3 years. I originally started going to their original location on 36th street and recently they opened their second location on 25th street in Doral. Their new location is very esthetic and relaxing. Always great and quick service. Everyone is very professional and so helpful. They have a great promotion for $30 gel manicure and regular pedicure with DND nail polish. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from. The price is just right and you can't beat it! Booking is very easy through their website where you pick the salon location, your nail tech and it shows you all of their availability. Since starting going to this nail salon, I always get my nails done with my nail tech Gladys. She is amazing and is so good and her job. The girls are great to be honest but they post specials and I ended up walking out still paying $100 bc of all the fees they charge. Like they charge to remove gel and apres even if they did them there.which usually if you get your nails done at the same salon always they don't charge you that fee. read more

I'm not usually the type to write reviews--I think I've only ever written one, and it was five stars. But after my experience at Forever 21 Lounge, I felt it was necessary to share. I had an appointment with Alejandra, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst nail experiences I've had. From the moment I sat down, I felt rushed. Alejandra made several comments--both in whispers and even out loud at times--implying she shouldn't have taken my appointment. She didn't even try to hide it, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. If that was the case, I don't understand why I was told over the phone that it was okay to book. Her attitude throughout the appointment was very passive-aggressive. It wasn't outright rude, but you could feel the energy. She had a standoffish vibe, a stank face the whole time, and made me feel like I was a burden--like she was just trying to get it over with. Instead of making the experience relaxing or enjoyable, she made it uncomfortable and tense. On top of that, she did a terrible job with my pedicure. She barely did anything--didn't remove any dead skin, didn't properly scrub or exfoliate, and it felt like she just rushed through the motions. It wasn't a full pedicure at all. It honestly felt like she just wanted to be done. One of my nails came out wrinkled, and another had a noticeable gap. When I politely asked her to fix them, she brushed it off and said it wouldn't make a difference. I had originally wanted a classic white French tip, but she pressured me out of it, saying there wasn't enough time. I left with nails I didn't even like--after paying almost $100. I also overheard her and other staff gossiping about coworkers, which felt very unprofessional. And while I understand they were trying to close, vacuuming and mopping around me during the service just added to the rushed and awkward vibe. At the end, I didn't leave a tip because the experience was genuinely bad--and I always tip, usually at least $15. She saw that I didn't tip and barely even said goodbye. Which honestly was fine, because by that point, I just wanted to get out of there. To be fair, the salon itself is super cute and nicely decorated. But the energy and service--especially from Alejandra--completely ruined the experience. I wouldn't recommend booking with her. read more

I recieved a gel polish and it lasted 4 days (1/31/25-2/4/25). I paid $15 for the service and tipped $10 (Total $25) I came to the location to have them repair my nails. They advised that they will charge me the same full amount to redo my nails as well as send me to a partnering location. Terrible service and customer service. Will not be back! read more

Left the west Kendall location with cuts on all 10 of my toes so bad that I couldn't wear any closed toe shoes or sandals for 2 days. What's crazy is that she was visibly upset at me as if I was the one making all of her toes bleed. Also don't understand why they promote $30 gel pedicures if they're going to charge 10 more for the polish. read more

The only reason why I am not giving them one star is because I had gone a couple of times before and some nail techs did do a great job. But the problem with this nail salon is that they rotate the nail techs based on who is available to do toes, hands, etc. Because of this, I had a nail tech who had never done my feet or hands before work on my toes and the result was a week of pain and an infected toe that resulted in a podiatry visit and $100 in medical bills. I had an ingrown nail be pushed in by this nail tech (it was painful when she was doing my nails but I didn't say anything) which resulted in my toe getting infected and swollen. The podiatrist had to cut the side of my nail to pull this scary-looking ingrown nail out. When I reached out to the owner, they wanted to "make it right," but it's been two weeks and I have not heard from them. Save yourself the pain, time, trouble and money and find yourself a nail tech that knows what they're doing. read more

Saw an add of theirs on Instagram and decided to book a gel mani and regular pedi. While getting my gel mani, the technician filed both my nails but only buffed the free edge on one hand (left hand). The other hand (right hand) had the free edge all rough and jagged. I mentioned it to her and she continued to apply the gel coats on the hand with all the rough and jagged edges. I told her that my right hand would lift and chip with the rough edges and she proceeded to file the free edge AFTER she finished the coats of gel. I slid my right hand across my shirt and it got caught on it because the edge was still rough and jagged. She continued to further file my right hand down. Got my nails done Friday and my nails were already chipped and peeling by Monday on my right hand. My nails can average out two weeks without chipping or peeling. This was 100% preventable but she kept diminishing my knowledge and concerns. Would not recommend. read more

I mean, you get what you pay for. They have a $30 gel mani/reg pedi deal - and it's what you'd expect. My "gel" nail polish chipped on both hands, multiple fingers on day 3! Setting the appointment was extremely easy. This is a strictly only Spanish speaking location, just in case that's not your vibe. I got a nice lady, however, she was very new. The pedicure didn't remove any of the rough skin on my heels. The location is clean and pretty, they have a lot of colors to choose from, but I also noticed they shared tools and didn't seem to soak them in barbicide or any kind of sanitizing after using them. I was the first customer, but after me she just threw the tools back in the drawer. Overall, I don't want to give them a bad review because everyone was nice, but I will never return here because my nails did not hold up, and it was not a great job. Ok if you're ok with spending $40 (tip included) for a polish change for a couple days, however I am not. read more

I would not recommend this nail salon at all. I had a terrible experience here. It all started out with i had an appt at 6:30PM but I called ahead of time to see if I was able to come in earlier and someone told me yes. So I get there at the time I asked to come in and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. Why tell me to come in earlier if nobody was ready? Just tell me come at my appt and that's it. Second, I specifically booked my appt with a certain lady and once I get there they placed me with another lady. The first thing I noticed they don't use tools that have been properly sanitized so if you even come here you will probably leave with fungus. That's not professional at all. I was never aware of the sudden "change" of ladies but since my appt was an emergency I just let it slide. Third, the lady that I was placed with was very nice can't take that away from her but she has NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL. She was shaking and trembling the WHOLE PEDICURE AND I ASKED her if she was fine because I'm a caring person but she answered me with a yes so I just let her do her thing. Once I let her do her thing it took 3 HOURS to finish a pedi but I had to finish with what I started because it was an emergency. While waiting 3 hours for my pedicure I've noticed something I didn't like. I know how nail salons work but if you're going to talk bad about clients, do it when there's no one around or just go to a corner. That is what just disgusted me even more. At the end of my time there, I did have to storm out of there and did not say one word. I'm glad the owner of the salon did contact me and offered me services to better the situation but I don't even want to get near that place. I'm just saying, think about it 5 times before coming here and just pay a little more for quality services. read more
