However, the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The technician was clearly unprepared; she didn't have the matching acrylic color, her tools were in poor condition, and she kept having to borrow tools from other staff. The quality of the work was shocking. She cut my natural nails unevenly and actually sliced one of them so short that she had to glue a fake tip on it to make it match--completely defeating the purpose of an overlay on my real nails. After two hours, the result was awful. The nails were filed sideways/crooked, very thick, and the acrylic was flooded onto my cuticles. I spoke to the manager because I was afraid to let them continue damaging my nails. While they offered to fix it the next day, I canceled because I didn't trust them to touch my hands again. To make matters worse, when I spoke to them the following day, they claimed they 'don't do acrylics' there--a blatant lie considering their website ads and my booking confirmation. This place practices false advertising, charges premium prices for unskilled work, and takes zero accountability. If you value your natural nails, run the other way."

They have moved to a new location that is even closer to my home. While they do take walk-ins, they have an excellent website that is incredibly easy to use. With my crazy schedule, it is so nice to be able to make an appointment the day I have an opening. Yes, the predominant language is Spanish, but I seem to manage fine, using translation apps if there is a need. The shop is impeccably clean. The owner has done a brilliant job of updating and changing over time, keeping the space fresh and inviting. Service is generally excellent, though on occasions some nail techs can be a touch aloof. This is fine, so long as they continue to deliver great work. So, I highly recommend for anyone in the Springs area. A lovely small business that delivers excellent service.

They play music and overall it's pretty relaxing. The decoration is also really aesthetic. Clean bathroom. Overall everything looks clean and tidy. The receptionist came around offering drinks, which is thoughtful. The only thing I didn't like is that nobody was in the reception desk to greet me and even though there were two staff members without clients I still had to wait a couple of mins before being greeted/helped.
