It was the day Bertie's a heavy shopping day at the outlets and the stores were gearing up. Some had already been ransacked, with bad people unable to put things back where they got them. Reluctantly, I went into Forever 21 and, to my surprise, it was super clean and organized! Done great deals to be found too! The staff was great and Jacob was doing an excellent job! He knew his store well and, even while setting up new areas, he helped me and I didn't feel rushed. I was so happy to see a good variety of clothes, so I'm adding this place to my holiday shopping spots. They had other things too, so it's a promising gift spot for me. read more

The only reason I was in here was that my two girls love shopping at this corporate chain store. I always check around to see if I can buy something while I'm here and I always end up leaving empty handed. Everyone has different taste in clothing and their products just don't do it for me. If you're thinking you'll see a huge Forever 21 store (as you may have seen at the mall or department-store-sized Forevers), don't be surprised...... This is one of the smaller Forever 21s I have seen! Prices are about the same as regular sales in the stores, but they seem to have more discounts in their clearance section. In terms of options available, I wouldn't travel this far of a distance and shop at Forever. You can probably get a similar deal near you. read more

I purchase 2 get 1 free then come back ask for the other item. She told the transaction is completed she won't honor the free item. Told her then I will return the items. the store is cute nice clothing kinda small but okay i do like forever for their affordable merch but i also work at the outlets and because i was still in uniform i was treated as less. As i was about to make my purchases the woman standing next to my cashier was complaining about the store i worked at she was so rude about it and asked whom my manager was and if she could complain to him, she was unsatisfied with her purchase. UNPROFESSIONAL. i am your customer i should be treated as a guest when you come into my place of work you can complain all you want its my job to make you happy but if i am your guest please dont talk negatively especially if im purchasing my items at the time. She not only complained but asked for my employers number, my cashier then took out a paper and wrote it down. Both associates are terrible at customer service. Good way to lose business. Luckily i dont take it out on the store and i will be back. should definitely be more aware of the people they hire. Let me start by saying that I work retail and I understand what it's like to want to get the store cleaned up, close, and leave. I went into the store at 750pm, 10 mins til closing. I went into the store knowing what I wanted. I was just going to go in and out within the 10 mins. The clothes itself is cute, but it's a bit messy. Anyway, I was trying some sandals on and I overhead the sales associate notifying my mom that the store is now closed. I started to walk towards my mom and she said i don't know if you heard but we are closed. Like I said, I understand what it's like to want to close and leave, but never have I walked around the entire store notifying the customers we were closed. It made me feel rushed. A few days later, I received an apology letter from Carmen Martinez, the store manager at this location. She also personally apologized and assured that the issue will be addressed. I'm glad that the management at Forever 21 have great customer service! Previous review: The store is cute. It seems like a higher end store, but it's still the same prices. Despite the fact that I love forever 21, I would never shop at this location ever again. I came in on Friday, March 27th, between 11AM - 2PM. As soon as my sister and I walk in, an African American girl greeted us. She looked us up and down and said "how you guys doing?" with the worst attitude. Throughout the whole store she looked like she had a bad attitude, which made her unapproachable. Then, when my sister and I were paying, the same girl was giving us the meanest look. She was standing in the fitting room with the fitting room person, and staring us down for a couple of minutes. She looked so mean that my 15 year old sister said she was scared. There were a couple of sales associates that greeted me and asked if I needed help. The girl in the fitting room was also friendly. But, there was an older sales associate that was standing there and texting. Are you kidding me? What sort of training did these girls get?! My friend also works in the same area, and she said that she's heard them yelling and fighting outside of forever 21. She warned me about the sales associates but I didn't listen. I highly advise the forever 21 manager to fire this girl. She is intimidating, unprofessional and I guarantee that she will scare customers away. Very completely & utterly disappointed by their service. The worker there named Laura was unnecessarily rude to my mother & I. My mum came into the dressing room with me & neither of us knew that we couldn't have two people in the dressing room. My mum wasn't trying on anything she was just helping me put on the overalls & jumpers I got to try. One of the ladies just let me mum come in with me because she wasnt trying anything on, but when my mum left the room to get me a different size for a jumper that didn't fit, Laura replaced the woman before her & as my mum was handing it to me she yelled to my mum that we can't bring in another item unless we trade it out. So we thought it wasn't fair but gave back the items because we thought it could just be another policy thing. Then, my mum came in & she again yelled "Ma'am! Only one person is allowed in the fitting room!" We explained the situation to her & she sill refused & was telling my mum to go wait in line for the dressing room which didn't make sense? So we further tried to convince her & she said that my mum could stand outside the fitting room and wait for me. Now, so far, all of this could just be her having to listen to the policy & what not. However, EVERY TIME she opened the handicap fitting room across from us she opened the door all the way to the point where it had to touch the wall & made me mum scoot over like a millimeter each time. It was so unnecessary. She didn't have to open the door all the way when she was just going to check the dressing room for whatever reason. It literally made no sense. And every time she would say "Excuse me ma'am you need to scoot over," just so she could open the door one more inch to touch the wall. My mum was in no way blocking the entrance. There was still plenty of space for anyone at all to enter & exit the dressing room but for some reason she felt the need to bug my mum to school over a millimeter every time. So, Laura, I hope you never treat a customer like this again. I honestly don't know if you were racist, having a bad day, or just an all around mean person, but nevertheless, how you treated my mother and I was very unfair. Do better. read more

This location is cool it's not that huge but it reminds me of the old school ones. Anyway, I often shop here and not just at this location, but customer service wise, this has to be about the worst one because of one person I keep coming into contact with and that's (2052945-Jenny) im well aware of the policies there, like I said I shop there a lot. And if I have an issue with exchange or. Need help finding an item, she's got the biggest attitude, and moves with sheer annoyance.
