It was wide open seating bar, and restaurant on a Friday night.... should have moved on. Seated quickly and server was lightning fast as well. This is where things went down hill. Two beers delivered... but not beers ordered. Soon after getting that taken care of the app dropped. Buffalo chicken dip.... was the high point of the food. Entrees arrive, meatloaf and chicken Henry. I know this is not fine dining but why are you bringing entrees soon after app arrives? Lets go to the food.... warm, at best. Broccoli was cooked to the point it was more soup. Green beans had a number of places where they were discolored and brown. They also had not had the strings removed. The suace and toppings for the chicken were flavorful. The chicken itself had a rubber texture. read more

Fun atmosphere. Good food. We were able to get a table on a weeknight without needing to wait.

Great experience for weekday lunch. Our server was Lindsay, and she was great. I ordered the salmon and it came with two sides. I chose the green beans and Mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. For soft drinks, they serve coke products and flavored lemonade. It's decorated with Ford stuff everywhere. They sell t-shirts and glassware with the Ford logo as well. Great service and reasonable prices. read more

Great Happy Hour! $4 bourbon (Jim Beam) and a big chicken breast sandwich and fries with beer for $10. Fries were also seasoned great. You have to be at the bar for pricing. Not that bad because Christian and Ci Ci worked their butts off to keep up with the bar crowd and keep the restaurant drinks going. Pretzel app was amazing also. Overall a great experience when you are a Senior on a Budget like me. One piece of advice for management get the bar tenders a washing machine for glasses so they can spend more time serving customers. You'll sell more drinks and the bar customers won't have to wait so long for more drinks because the bar tenders are filling restaurant orders. read more

Service was excellent- our server was thoughtful, thorough, attentive and likable, she did her job well. Food was good, about what you would expect from a burger joint: burgers, salad and salmon Was hesitant to get salmon being so far from ocean, but it was prepared well. Salad was decent, nothing special, same with burger. Restaurant was clean and entertaining to the eyes, fun atmosphere, casual. Fried pickles are a must for pickle fans- delish! read more

After a couple of weeks of trying to eat here, we finally got a table. The wait time has been horrendous. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. The restaurant is decorated so appropriate for the name. Tires for sinks in the bathrooms cars all over and a lot of memorabilia from Ford. Now the food I ordered the bee honey for a drink a little strong but yummy and the Thai chicken salad. The ginger peanut dressing out of this world. My hubby got the meatloaf with jalapeño cream corn. He loved it. We will be back we joined their dining program. read more

We were at St E medical center across the street and looked for restaurants close by based on reviews... this and one other restaurants rated 4.5 or higher so we decided to try out this place. We both loved it! It is themed with Ford obviously and I found it charming and fun and I look forward to bringing our 11 yr old. Service was fantastic (thank you Sarah) and our waitress gave us tips and suggestions.. we ended up ordering the burnt ends brisket sandwich and a burger to split, with onion rings and fries.... I also brought a bowl of chili home. Let me just say, I will be ordering the brisket sandwich next time and not splitting.... He may do the same... as we both loved it!! Such a wonderful smoky bbq flavor and just about the most tender, without a lot of visible fat, sandwich I have had in forever. Definitely try it if you think you'd like it at all... you will :) The burger was a solid choice but we both definitely preferred the brisket sandwich. If we got a burger again we'd do it individually as the mushroom one looked amazing but the husband won't eat them and burgers he'd have enjoyed more I won't eat :) But even just the burger with cheese was good :) The fries and onion rings were HOT and flavorful and good... Almost forgot- the chili was great! We heated up with some of our leftovers for the kiddo and she loved it all... we will be back! Really, everything tasted great and was a good time and the theming even makes it in the bathroom with wheels for sinks.. so fun.. read more

I want to start by saying that our server was amazing and great, and she happened to be training somebody who also was amazing and great. They were extremely fast and helpful when it came to our food and drinks. my partner and I visited here because we needed something in the area, but also wanted to try a sitdown restaurant and we had never been to a Ford garage before The decor was really cool with all the old cars and we even heard the horn sound when they went to go sing. Happy birthday. This place was definitely a family place to go sit and eat with kids included! they had a really big menu which surprised us and we ended up ordering the onion ring tower and then I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and my partner just got a classic burger both with fries. The onion rings were good, but when it came to the burgers, they were lackluster and very bland. the bill was not terrible, but did not align with the quality of food that was given. personally, I think if you want to go somewhere that has a really cool ambience and really cool decor this might be the place for you but unfortunately I do not see myself returning just because it was pricey for the food that we got and the quality overall. We were disappointed. read more

Such a fun and unique spot! This restaurant has an amazing selection of burgers, comfort food favorites, and a wide variety of craft beers--truly something for everyone. The atmosphere is one-of-a-kind, with so many cool things to see and enjoy while you're there. They even have a cute little gift shop that adds to the charm. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. A must-visit place if you're looking for great food, great beer, and a memorable experience! read more

If you are a Ford vehicle person or not, you have to give this place a try! The ambiance is fun, unique, and really mixes the classic car/garage vibe with your time there. The napkins are actually work rags that I would use to work on my car. I promise they were clean though, no grease included! The food was fantastic and I highly recommend a burger and the onion rings. Service was good and helpful in making decisions about to try. Certainly going to be a place I go to again and can't wait to try some other things to eat. Oh, also, they had a decent drink selection at the bar. I couldn't find something I wanted at first but ended up finding a couple of drinks that we refreshing to have with the burger. read more

I realize my last review of Ford's Garage (Orlando) was less than favorable. My wife and daughter have eaten at a couple and they liked them. So, in the interest of being fair, I thought I would give them another try. I went to Florence, KY location. The first thing I noticed was that there are a lot of hard surfaces (garage-esque) so it is a little noisy for my liking...but what do expect from an old dude. I had the American Standard burger. I managed to keep my shirt clean, which was no small task. The burger was juicy and delicious. I also had the onion rings. I DO NOT like mushy onion rings and these did not disappoint. Cooked wonderfully and crispy...BRAVO! All in all, it was quite good. I suppose I will chalk up my Orlando experience as someone having an off day (could have been me). I will likely be back to try other menu items. read more

This place is surprisingly good. I was expecting it to be average American food with gimmicky decor. But the food was really good. The burgers were delicious and the fries and tots are great. I also had a super yummy milkshake. The decor is a lot of fun and we will be back! read more

We have been to Ford's in Florence many times for lunch and dinner and really enjoy it overall. The burgers are always delicious and my son loves all of the old cars and decor. The service has been good every time, even when they're super busy. The only thing I don't love is the size of the four top tables. As a family of four I feel like they're just too cramped, but I never want to be the customer who asks for special treatment, so we just make the best of it. This is a fun, family friendly spot with plenty of options for everyone. read more

What a great place! We ordered takeout and the food was wonderful! Had the motor city kettle chips as an appetizer and would highly recommend! Tried the Fords Garage for the first time. I was initially impressed with the decor. Completely authentic Ford materials. The menu had anything for any variety of likes. Our server name was Maddy. She has bought into the entire concept. I highly encourage you try this place. Definitely looking forward to working my way through the menu..... Mark read more

The food is ok, I think you go somewhere like here more for the atmosphere. I don't think you get what you pay for.

A burger joint themed in honor of Henry Ford. The man who brought us the mass-produced automobile and enabled us to have the freedom of travelling across this great land, to explore new adventures, and to move to new opportunities. Lots of Ford memorabilia inside as well as vintage automotive signage. My Angus burger was great and they were able to make it without the bun on top of lettuce if that's your preference. Fries were tasty as well. read more

So my wife and I were looking for someplace different to go in the Florence area. This was the place. It was a beautiful sunny day and a bit disappointed that the garage doors weren't open. Inside has a nice vibe but they do have a patio. So, we went out there and man oh man did we get the absolutely best waiter...Christian. He was right there for us when we sat down and took our drink orders for a couple beers. HOWEVER unbeknown to us, they had a happy hour of beer and burger for $10. ONLY at the bar though. Too nice of a day to go inside. So after getting our beers Christian mentioned splitting a burger and boy what a GREAT idea. We ordered a bison burger that was EXCEPTIONAL and just enough with our tater tots. The burger done medium rare was phenomenal. Christian was such a great waiter that if he wasn't working we'd have asked him to sit down and have a beer with us. Christian definitely made the Ford's Garage in Florence the place to go. Christian has my vote for employee of the month! read more

As an official licensee of the Ford Motor Company I had no idea what to expect at casual eatery Ford's Garage. Would there be servers with bad comb-overs trying to upsell me on an extended warranty and usurious lease terms or, is it just a casual place fully immersed in automotive theming. Luckily, it's the latter. The burgers are gargantuan and there's not an Edsel on the menu. Everything was well prepared and served with a smile. A really nice place to kick back with no rush whatsoever. I'll have to find one much closer to home. Five easy stars. read more

My coworkers and I came here for dinner after settling in for a work trip. We walked in and appreciated the cool atmosphere. Our waitress explained they are known for the 3 B's- burgers, beer, and bathrooms (tires as sinks). I ordered the smoked burnt ends melt (with no cheese). The sandwich was simply good, but there were no burnt ends present. It was more like just brisket meat. I did appreciate the toasted bread and the fries were fresh. My coworkers said their burgers were good. read more

We definitely enjoyed the atmosphere of this unique restaurant. The place was busy well after normal supper hours, which is always a good sign to me. My wife ordered the fried chicken sandwich, which she says rivals the best she's ever had. I went with the BBQ ribs on the recommendation of our server. I should have went with one of their specialty burgers. The ribs tasted like they were baked in an oven and then sauced. There was no smoky flavor whatsoever. I'll definitely go with a burger should we pass this way again. My only other issue was that we were not offered refills until our meal was complete and even then we were only asked if we wanted a drink to go. The fact that our server was 10' away behind the bar makes this even more unacceptable. In short, I spent $19 for a half rack of ribs that were subpar and paid over $3 for one glass of sweet tea. I certainly trust that things will be different should we decide to try again. read more

Came here through recommendation from a local. Walking up I knew this place would be a gear head wonderland and it did not disappoint. From the toolbox waiter stations to the lifts with Model Ts atop to the on theme restroom signage and the mechanic rags as napkins this place was completely on theme. That said atmosphere was great. Menu is mostly American food/ BBQ. I ended up getting the Brisket Ranchero Roadster because it was a smaller portion size but basically the same burger as the BBQ brisket burger. The flavor was good but nothing to write home about and the burger was over a bit done (I like mine pink). The side (tots) seemed to be on the skimpy but I didn't mind bc I wasn't that hungry. Staff was okay. Not super attentive but not bad. Oh and it seemed to take a really long time for us to receive our meal. Overall, I would not mind returning it was a good overall experience. read more

We arrived to the Northern Kentucky Airport in the evening and was looking for a place to eat. We happened upon Ford's Garage at the south side of the airport and they were open until 11p. Honestly, we didn't expect much when we arrived, except some bar food. But we were completely mistaken. They have an extensive menu, with some healthy choices and some delicious twist on some of classic entrees. We had the Chicken Henry and the Chardonnay Lemon Butter sauce was outstanding. My wife had a BBQ Brisket Burger with Sweet Potato tater tots. She said that the "secret" sauce was out of this world. It was like having dessert with her berger. What a fun addition to the restaurant scene in Florence! Ford's Garage is doing some especially creative things with both its menu and its decor - whether you're a car person or not, I feel like there's something here you'll enjoy. My husband and I stopped in for a late dinner on a Friday night, and were seated right away. I appreciate that they're open until 11 on weekends, as many other restaurants in the area close around 9 p.m. The attention to detail inside this restaurant is absolutely striking, especially on your first visit! From the large Model T displayed over the bar, to the historic pictures all over each wall. Even the napkins match the theme - and the continuity makes the experience even more enjoyable. We were impressed by the large draft list - and loved that even though this is a chain restaurant, there were plenty of local breweries represented. My husband and I were able to order our favorite beers from Braxton and Urban Artifact - which is always a win. We also started with the onion rings as an appetizer, which arrived in a towering display! They were excellent - perfectly light and crispy. I opted for the Ford's Signature burger, which came out cooked exactly to my liking. The bacon was crispy, the cheese melty, and the BBQ sauce delightfully tangy. Our waitress encouraged us to try the Truffle Fries as our sides, and we were not disappointed. My husband ordered the Fish & Chips, and we were both shocked by the size of his meal! The portion sizes in general here are quite large - but this piece of fried fish was probably the largest either of us had ever seen. We did the best we could - but ended up taking much of our meal to-go. Even still, all of it made great leftovers the next day. The prices are also quite reasonable, especially considering how much food you're getting. I'm definitely impressed with Ford's Garage - and will consider them a new option in town when I'm craving a burger or some classic comfort food! read more

Fun atmosphere but the burger was underdone and somewhat bland. The bathrooms were cool though.

What a cool chain idea. We thought it was going to be a dive bar, but it's higher in than that. Everything is garage themed doorhandles silverware, napkins everything. The burgers were terrific. Very tasty. Lots of different flavors not just your traditional options. Louisville or Lexington soon they said, and we can't wait. I was drawn to Ford's primarily for the beer selection. Although they mostly carry national brands, I was able to try Rhinegeist and West Sixth - which were both very good IPA's. The BBQ ribs and brisket was good- but I will definitely come back to try one of the burgers next time. The ice bar is a bit awkward.
