I was drawn to Ford's primarily for the beer selection. Although they mostly carry national brands, I was able to try Rhinegeist and West Sixth - which were both very good IPA's. The BBQ ribs and brisket was good- but I will definitely come back to try one of the burgers next time. The ice bar is a bit awkward. Not so easy to walk to from my hotel just 2-3 blocks away, but Service was super, thanks Jen! read more

The food was outstanding. We got the dynamite shrimp and the Estate burger...WOW. Can't say enough good things about this. The atmosphere is cool - they have antique cars all around the place. Wait staff was friendly and service was quick. Plus they have a frequent flier program - every fourth visit, get 25% off your bill. Sign me up! read more

When I first came here I was blown away by the atmosphere I don't know how to describe it exactly but you're sitting in a repair shop that looks exactly like it was ripped from the 1920's. The Food and service were beyond exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will most certainly be back read more

I was there with 26 others. The decor was fantastic. It reminded me of garages that I worked in 64 years ago. They used grease rags with a hose clamp on them, what an idea. Our waitress was very efficient in getting us menus, water and taking our orders. I had the Ribeye Steak, Medium Rare and it was done to Perfection. It was very flavorful and very tender. I wish this place was closer to where I live and it would be a regular dining place for me. I guaranty, if I am ever in Florence, Ohio it will be on my list for dinner. I wish I could remember our waitress name, she was the best. read more

We were visiting from out of state and wanted to try this place out. There were six of us, including three kids. The order came out pretty quickly, they were right and the food was fresh and delicious! The fried pickles are a must have. A server can make or break the opinion of a place - Maddy was our server and she AWESOME - I loved how she shared a bit of the history and actually encouraged the kids to take the place in. read more

I enjoyed my visit. I love the concept. The food was good. I had a burger and onion rings. The ORs were too crunchy but good. The burger was average, but nevertheless there was none left . It's a nice environment with a sizable bar. I recommend you tried it and take a few pictures with the vehicles outside. read more

Have eaten here often, great place for a late night meal or to watch a Bengals game. Burgers are delicious. My favorites are the fords signature and bbq brisket burgers. Waiters are kind and attentive. Very cool setup and decor with all of the Ford car theming. A little on the expensive side, but I think it is worth it. Highly recommend read more

In the area doing the touristy thing and decided to get a burger here and enjoy the casual atmosphere and yummy food. We were quickly seated and began to peruse the menu. Suddenly a booming voice was at my shoulder and our waiter Kaleb introduced himself. Simple review. Food was good. Service was great. If we are in the area again, we would certainly enjoy another meal here, but if we found out Kaleb was working elsewhere we might try that place too. read more

It's a chain, which I didn't know before I got there. It's still decent, taste was good, but seemed kind of contrived. Maybe 60% focus on decor and 40% on food taste/quality. We were greeted by one wait person, she got our drinks, but she was cut so we were picked up by another wait staff. She was okay at best. Would I go back? Probably not, but it's not a terrible place. read more

Quit possibly the best burger I've had in a restaurant!! I forget the name but it had mushrooms onion straws and beer cheese on it. Sooo good!! Burger was seasoned perfectly as well which a lot of places don't do. This is definitely added to my once a week meals for sure!! Staff was friendly and the manager asked if everything was ok. I told her I was pretty disappointed. She asked what was wrong so I told her I'm disappointed I had never ordered this burger before. And that it was amazing!! Thank you all and I'll see you again soon!! read more

In town visting, came by for a late lunch. The hostess tried to seat me at the booth in the back where the restrooms and kitchen were, I asked to be seated somewhere else (seems to me she got an attitude). The Cobb salad was okay. It would be nice if the TV's showed closed captioning, turn the music down some - it's too loud. The experience this time was not as good. read more

Fords definitely has their own thing doing as to atmosphere. It's an as advertised destination. Service was spectacular I was actually kinda surprised. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was also a surprise, everything came out hot and tasted great seasoning was on point. Funny side note I went because this is my 6 year old granddaughters favorite restaurant. read more

Stopped in here because it was close to our hotel for our flight tomorrow. First time going in. This place is hopping and it's only a Wednesday night. Sat at the bar and we were served by MJ and Melanie. Both were great. The portions are huge. I recommend splitting an appetizer and dinner out your choice with your significant other. Tonight we tried the Ahi Tuna for an appetizer. The sesame ginger sauce it was served was amazing. For dinner we split the Wings with all sauces on the side and a bowl of French Onion. The wings by themselves with no sauce are fantastic. Almost have a dry rub on them before they are fried. They may come frozen that way. I don't know and I don't care. They are that good. The French Onion was your classic soup and was very good. Or least my wife told me it was good as she wouldn't share. Don't pass this place up. read more

One word, inconsistent! Well, and really bad....I guess that's not one word! Two experiences, same order...one a fantastic veggie burger and tots (yeah, no meat but you can't replace a Tot)...the second venture at a different location (airport) perhaps the worst thing I've ever had the even resembled a burger! The tomato was good...and the bun...everything in between absolutely sucked! KT read more

The food was great! Friendly service and great atmosphere and theme to the restaurant made it enjoyable to visit.

Dined for the first time on Friday with a party of 8. Our server Erica was top notch! Happy Hour is M-F 2-6, the well bourbon is Jim Beam for $4, and drafts are $2.50. ALL the food was delicious, and served quickly on a super busy Friday night. Kudos to their kitchen on getting food out so fast! I added photos of the Chili, Thai Chicken Salad, Jiffy Burger, Mushroom and Swiss Burger and the Patty Melt. Other food ordered were Wings, Chicken Tenders, and Salmon, all delicious as well. I highly recommend! We will definitely be back read more

My family tried and enjoyed the new location in Florence today! We went right when it opened at 11 and were able to get seated right away. Our waitress was great, very personable and she checked on our table multiple times. I got the estate burger, which was cooked just the way I like, with tater tots that were well seasoned and crispy. I really like the decor inside and all the little touches that are on theme for Ford/cars. They can make a horn honk and make smoke come from the car above the bar and my niece got a kick out of that (she's 3). A nice place to grab lunch. read more

While visiting Kentucky from Los Angeles we saw Fords garage and decided to grab brunch. We noticed the sign said brunch until 3pm. It was 2:40. We were immediately seated and looked over the menu. We all decided to get brunch items. We told the waitress our order and asked her to put the order in right away before 3pm. She agreed and rushed back to put in our order. It was 2:55pm (took her a min to get our water). She came back out at 2;57 and told us the kitchen refused to accept our brunch order because it was close to 3. I explained that although not her fault I wasn't happy because it is advertised as brunch until 3 and we were clearly on time placing our order. Unfortunately she could do nothing and apologized. I'm still upset because we all really wanted brunch and the order made it to the kitchen Before 3pm. Ooh well. Keep that in mind when going. The food we got was delicious and generously portioned. My daughter got the Monte Cristo. It was great. Better than most. I had the Jiffy burger and it didn't disappoint. Really was delicious. None of us could finish our food. The ambiance really was fun. It was odd that in the middle of a crowded restaurant the manager decided to have a "team leader" meeting so for 10 minutes we got to hear what I would Consider private business while we ate. It was odd as it was directly next to us. All in all I would highly recommend this restaurant the food taste and portions along with the ambiance made up for the other Blatant short comings. Our waitress was very nice and very apologetic. They're lucky their food is so good haha. They need to talk with their kitchen and decide if in fact brunch is served until 3pm. If not don't advertise that it is. Would have been a 5 star review except for not getting our brunch. Definitely try it out for good food. read more

Beer selections for draft is massive. All types craft and domestic. Food was great all around from veggie burgers, regular burgers, and onion rings on an oil can. Everyone was super happy with their food from ages 74 to 9. Wait staff very prompt and polite. Surprise ice cream for birthday! Kitchey but fun decorations. Being a beer snob I liked the selection of draft beers. High end on price but the experience makes up for it. Good for families and groups. read more

We have been to this location several times and this was by far the best service we have received. Chriss (Christina) was GREAT! I had the Monte Cristo Sandwich and my wife had the Cobb Salad and they were both well prepared and delicious. The "manager" T.J. is quite possibly the laziest restaurant manager in the area. He seems to try to manage the chaos he creates and doesn't seem to move much further in to restaurant past the host station. If you change the leadership you change the culture. Lazy leadership produces lazy results. read more

If you've never been to a Ford's Garage, you really must check it out. It's literally built like a repair garage with the shells of old Ford's everywhere. I'm a sucker for a great themed restaurant and this place delivers. They also serve great burgers and are able to make dietary modifications as needed. They use oil rags for napkins and they have a car above the bar that will randomly honk and steam will come out of its pipes. read more
