I don't know what brought us here but eventually we decided to try it out. Pretty cool looking on the outside and definitely worshiping all things Ford. You get inside and it's even more so! Ford everywhere. Sarah was our waitress and it was extremely loud in there. But the atmosphere was still really fun! She was great and made sure that we were taking care of. Food was actually pretty good too! Something for the whole family. Definitely some good burgers especially the brisket burger. The salads were also good as well as the salmon that my aunt got. So besides just being an overall Ford motor atmosphere, you get good food and good service. The restrooms were the best though. Finally got to check this place out! It's always been packed everytime I've passed it since it opened. My mom and I went for lunch and got there shortly after they opened. We were immediately seated at a booth. The inside of the restaurant is heavily themed with car parts, ford memorabilia, etc. super cool! Our waitress was super attentive and kind. A lot of their menu is burgers, various sandwiches, with a selection of other entree options. I went with the patty melt and fries. My mom got a burger and fries. The patty melt was great! Very tasty and hit the spot for me. I loved the fries! They had a lot of seasoning and were different than your typical restaurant fries. My mom loved her burger as well! Great ambiance, the theme has been thought through and there is a lot of attention to detail for the decor. I don't know what to say about the food cuz there was only 1 vegetarian option - veggie burger. The burger was fine, a bit bland as expected. However, the side of broccoli that I got was amazing! Steamed to perfection and the black pepper seasoning was on-point. They also have 2 non-alcoholic beers which is amazing for folks who limit alcohol consumption. Then the chicken BLT that was oh so yummy. I really do enjoy Fords Garage and can't wait for the one in Liberty Center to open as it is just down the street from me. Now for the service. We were visiting Kentucky and was looking for a place to eat that Virginia Beach doesn't have and we ran across Fords Garage on yelp! Well I gotta say I love my Ford Fusion and my kids and husband are into burgers and cars so we checked it out! The outside has some old Ford car models and is lit by color changing lights. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by glass displays of the Restaurants swag and come to a lil shopping area where they sell shirts and trinkets and gifts. There are full sized model Ford cars on the floor as well as on the ceiling! Too funny but we all got a kick out of it. The service was quick and efficient and we enjoyed the onion ring stack served on an oil funnel as an appetizer. They were crunchy and large and really hit the spot when dipped in ranch and ketchup. My burger had a sunny side up egg, bacon, Swiss cheese, pico, and was cooked well done even though I did ask for it to be medium. It was still very good! Just a bit dryer than what I'm used to. My husband said his burger was a bit too salty, the brisket was really salty and he didn't enjoy as much as he thought he would. The fries were delicious, perfectly seasoned and salty. The kids both ordered cheeseburgers and fries from the kids menu and cream sodas for drinks. Their burgers didn't include lettuce or tomato, just meat, cheese, bun which I feel they appreciated. It was my Birthday so they gave me a free ice cream Sunday and I really appreciated it!!! I asked them to not gather around and sing to me though, cause that's just not my thing. Haha I found out this restaurant is a chain restaurant of sorts and we've never heard of it! Totally decked out in Ford memorabilia and cool car stuff. We were there during happy hour. 4 dollar pints of draft beer and several drink specials. Wide variety of food on the menu. I want to start by saying that our server was amazing and great, and she happened to be training somebody who also was amazing and great. They were extremely fast and helpful when it came to our food and drinks. my partner and I visited here because we needed something in the area, but also wanted to try a sitdown restaurant and we had never been to a Ford garage before The decor was really cool with all the old cars and we even heard the horn sound when they went to go sing. This place was definitely a family place to go sit and eat with kids included! they had a really big menu which surprised us and we ended up ordering the onion ring tower and then I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and my partner just got a classic burger both with fries. The onion rings were good, but when it came to the burgers, they were lackluster and very bland. the bill was not terrible, but did not align with the quality of food that was given. personally, I think if you want to go somewhere that has a really cool ambience and really cool decor this might be the place for you but unfortunately I do not see myself returning just because it was pricey for the food that we got and the quality overall. This is the 4th time we've been here, so I felt compelled to write a review. This place makes very good burgers. If you are craving a big, juicy burger, it should be your go-to spot. Their fries and tots are also excellent, and my wife has been very happy with their beer selection. I love their Firestone shrimp appetizer, it's always good. And I have tried their ribs as well, and they were great also. 4 trips here, always good food, always good service. Kudos to the management team, this place is definitely one of my faves in Florence. I was looking for a good place to grab a bite and watch the World Series. Since I had visited the Fords Garage in St. John FL, I thought I would check this out. It was also pretty close to my hotel. Ford's garage has a nice vibe with an old Model T hanging over the bar. When a nice tip comes in, the bar staff pulls the Oogah horn. I sat at the bar and was quickly waited on by Jen. They had quite a few craft beers on tap as well as some pretty good bottles/cans selection. I started off with a 50W Coast to Coast IPA which was pretty good. For dinner, I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs with fries. I think they must have run out of fries when my order came up because it almost looked like someone else took most of them. There were a few that I picked at, but most of them were under the ribs. The ribs had a good sauce on them with additional sauce in a cup. I don't believe the ribs are smoked. It appeared to be made either in a pressure cooker or boiled. Very tender and tasty, though. This Ford's Garage was a bit smaller than the one in Florida. They did have the games on. I think I was in an out within an hour. The ribs came out quickly. read more

Everything about this place was amazing from the aesthetics to the food and service! They have real replicas of the first Ford engines and cars inside. No detail was missed from the door handles shaped like gas pumps to the bathroom sinks replicating car tires! Food was great and more than enough to take home leftovers. Service was good although the host on Labor Day Monday seemed completely uninspired. We sat at the bar and although there was some slow moments, our server was friendly. Food wise I was a bit disappointed. I got a black and bleu burger (sub chicken, glad that it wasn't up charged) and o found the chicken the be underseasoned except for pepper. If you want somewhere calm to dine, Ford's Garage is not your place. The decor is in your face, it is loud, it is chaotic. It is fun. We were immediately seated and greeted. Our server asked if we had ever been before. When we said no, she said that they are known for the three B's: beer, burgers and bathrooms. We'd been traveling for hours and it was definitely time take a tour of those famous bathrooms! My husband came out laughing. I don't really want to go into detail but let's just say that he's never seen anything like it. The women's room had the coolest sinks and other touches that made going to the restroom kind of fun. We went for our second B: beer. There is a large beer menu with a great selection on tap. Ever one to bend the rules a little, I skipped the burger and completed my trilogy of B's with brisket. I ordered the smoked brisket burnt ends melt. (As an over achiever, I even got in an extra B!) My husband and I decided to split and it was a good thing - the sandwich was huge. Add the mound of crispy fries and we barely finished our lunch. The sandwich was messy and absolutely delicious. I will probably never order anything else off the menu on future visits. My BIL was a glutton at breakfast (his motto "if it's free, it's for me") and wasn't really hungry so he ordered only onion rings. He ordered the app - the rings were served on a large funnel. It would be worth getting just for the presentation alone. Bonus - they were awesome. There were full size old Fords scattered around. Make sure to look at the details on the car on the way to the bathroom. Even the napkins were fun - shop rags with clamps as napkin rings. We usually just eat fast food when we're traveling. I was driving up 75. I thought the Kentucky game started at seven. This would've been last Monday, but it started at five. So, I do a quick search through Yelp to find a local sports bar to watch the game, but I'm in the dead zone between Georgetown and Florence so there's nothing. So Ford's Garage was right there. Was in town and heard about Fords Garage from my family. It came with mixed reviews but being that it was a new restaurant, I wanted to try it out. I have to say I absolutely loved what I got. We were promptly seated which was great. I heard the one in Ohio is always crowded so being over in Kentucky I feared the same but it was fine. The old school cars throughout the restaurant were awesome. Like full size cars. The tire sinks in the restrooms continue the automotive flair of the place. The service was good and the only thing better was the Bison Burger that I had. I started with a side salad with honey mustard dressing. Simple and delicious. Then the star of the show was my burger. Absolutely perfectly cooked. It had a great bacon jam on it. It came with a bbq sauce and an spicy sauce that I asked for on the side. Pretty sure it was a chipotle sauce. I never touched that sauce. Wigan the bbq sauce and the little mayo I spread over the burger it was perfect. I have a feeling the chipotle sauce would have been overkill. I got it with tots, well cause I'm a sucker for tots. Didn't get dessert because we were all too full. Everyone in our party had one of the burgers so outside of a burger I can't comment. But the next time I'm in town I'll be stopping g by and test driving another meal at Fords Garage. read more

Not that bad because Christian and Ci Ci worked their butts off to keep up with the bar crowd and keep the restaurant drinks going. Pretzel app was amazing also. Overall a great experience when you are a Senior on a Budget like me. One piece of advice for management get the bar tenders a washing machine for glasses so they can spend more time serving customers. We have been to Ford's in Florence many times for lunch and dinner and really enjoy it overall. The burgers are always delicious and my son loves all of the old cars and decor. The service has been good every time, even when they're super busy. The only thing I don't love is the size of the four top tables. As a family of four I feel like they're just too cramped, but I never want to be the customer who asks for special treatment, so we just make the best of it.
