The atmosphere is so cool and the service is good. But I wasn't a fan of the burger, it was so salty and alittle too expensive for what it is. I feel like you're paying for the environment instead of the food. read more

Stopped in here due to the cool concept. I ordered the fish and chips based on someone else's review and boy I wish I would have had the cook they had. My fish was flavorless well it had a grease flavor. It was big but it was breading and grease no fish really. The service and atmosphere was pretty cool but the food well they should take the fish off the menu it was "yuck" read more

I don't know what brought us here but eventually we decided to try it out. Pretty cool looking on the outside and definitely worshiping all things Ford. You get inside and it's even more so! Ford everywhere. Sarah was our waitress and it was extremely loud in there. But the atmosphere was still really fun! She was great and made sure that we were taking care of. Food was actually pretty good too! Something for the whole family. Definitely some good burgers especially the brisket burger. The salads were also good as well as the salmon that my aunt got. So besides just being an overall Ford motor atmosphere, you get good food and good service. The restrooms were the best though. You are literally pissing into a oil barrel urinal and washing your hands out of a gasoline dispenser. Really Fun! read more

The salmon is definitely one of the best I've ever had (easy top 3 out of the 15+ that I've had). The momentum was amazing, the shrimp was insane, with the perfect amount of spice. Then the salmon. Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the salmon. A filet of the so called heaven mixed with everything you could wish for. Just joking. You could also wish for some Macaroni. Because this place is as top notch as top notch gets. I am gonna go ahead and say everything on the spacious, gigantic menu of gods is as breathtakingly interminably tasteful as this. If that is true. We have found the god particle. Einstein did his part. This place finished it. Mr. Pibb was amazing as it gets, and the coke was fresh as f-woah let's not get ahead of ourselves but we all know it is. Anyway... this place is great, try it out, and have an awesome time!!!! No spoilers but just make sure to check out the bathroom. Peace out. Wait... wait wait wait. THE SERVICE!!!!!!!!! The managers were awesome and our server was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is literally so good. There might be a wait but you have to stay... have too. read more

Finally got to check this place out! It's always been packed everytime I've passed it since it opened. My mom and I went for lunch and got there shortly after they opened. We were immediately seated at a booth. The inside of the restaurant is heavily themed with car parts, ford memorabilia, etc. super cool! Our waitress was super attentive and kind. A lot of their menu is burgers, various sandwiches, with a selection of other entree options. I went with the patty melt and fries. My mom got a burger and fries. The patty melt was great! Very tasty and hit the spot for me. I loved the fries! They had a lot of seasoning and were different than your typical restaurant fries. My mom loved her burger as well! I will definitely be back and I recommend if this sounds appealing to your taste buds! It's great to have another unique dinning option like this in Florence. read more

Best hamburger an sweet potato tots ever Great service and it was on my birthday. First time an I will be back for sure!

Great ambiance, the theme has been thought through and there is a lot of attention to detail for the decor. I don't know what to say about the food cuz there was only 1 vegetarian option - veggie burger. The burger was fine, a bit bland as expected. However, the side of broccoli that I got was amazing! Steamed to perfection and the black pepper seasoning was on-point. They also have 2 non-alcoholic beers which is amazing for folks who limit alcohol consumption. Our waitress was very friendly, made recommendations and pleasant to interact with. Overall a good experience but please please add some vegetarian options to the menu! read more

I've been to Ford's Multiple times and have enjoyed my stays but my experience this time around was rather different. Me and my wife had dinner and were served by a Woman named Hannah, she held the polite smile but it was very obvious she was not up to serving us, we seen her a total of 4 times the entire night, every item we purchased was brought to us by other servers who were really nice. Our drinks we flat and were ultimatley the wrong drinks to begin with. My Burger was amazing and cooked to my standards, as for my wife her lettuce was very soggy and the meat was unenjoyable to say the least.I'd like to believe for a middle class couple spending $60+ on a meal that didnt come with a great experience is very unfortunate. The goal is never to be compensated for a meal but to see what could have been done better and i believe if the server had but a little more effort in checking in on us we coudl've explained what was affecting our visit, instead the next question was just if we're ready for the check. read more

I was meeting a couple of friends here for lunch. Sadly I went to the wrong location first, but made it on time. I ordered the cherry lemonade that was super yummy. Then the chicken BLT that was oh so yummy. I really do enjoy Fords Garage and can't wait for the one in Liberty Center to open as it is just down the street from me. Now for the service. A wonderful lady with the Name tag of Linds took amazing care of the 3 of us and deserved the best day. She never let my cup get low and was always there to check on us. The location is fun and if you have never been here you seriously have to come in and try it. But remember once you are here you will be back a lot. read more

Excellent burgers! One of my all time favs. You have filled a big time vacuum in Northern Ky! Thank you! Jeff

We were visiting Kentucky and was looking for a place to eat that Virginia Beach doesn't have and we ran across Fords Garage on yelp! Well I gotta say I love my Ford Fusion and my kids and husband are into burgers and cars so we checked it out! The outside has some old Ford car models and is lit by color changing lights. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by glass displays of the Restaurants swag and come to a lil shopping area where they sell shirts and trinkets and gifts. There are full sized model Ford cars on the floor as well as on the ceiling! Too funny but we all got a kick out of it. The service was quick and efficient and we enjoyed the onion ring stack served on an oil funnel as an appetizer. They were crunchy and large and really hit the spot when dipped in ranch and ketchup. My burger had a sunny side up egg, bacon, Swiss cheese, pico, and was cooked well done even though I did ask for it to be medium. It was still very good! Just a bit dryer than what I'm used to. My husband said his burger was a bit too salty, the brisket was really salty and he didn't enjoy as much as he thought he would. The fries were delicious, perfectly seasoned and salty. The kids both ordered cheeseburgers and fries from the kids menu and cream sodas for drinks. Their burgers didn't include lettuce or tomato, just meat, cheese, bun which I feel they appreciated. It was my Birthday so they gave me a free ice cream Sunday and I really appreciated it!!! I asked them to not gather around and sing to me though, cause that's just not my thing. Haha I found out this restaurant is a chain restaurant of sorts and we've never heard of it! Overall, it was a really neat place to eat dinner and the food was good, decor was really neat, and service was good and we really enjoyed the experience! read more

This is the 4th time we've been here, so I felt compelled to write a review. This place makes very good burgers. If you are craving a big, juicy burger, it should be your go-to spot. Their fries and tots are also excellent, and my wife has been very happy with their beer selection. I love their Firestone shrimp appetizer, it's always good. And I have tried their ribs as well, and they were great also. 4 trips here, always good food, always good service. Kudos to the management team, this place is definitely one of my faves in Florence. Worth checking out! It can get busy at times, but the wait is usually not more than 30 mins. read more

Loved the ambience in this place. We always like to try new places, and although this is a chain, you would not know it. The waitress was amazing and accommodating, especially with a larger group. First time I have eaten here. This location was in Kentucky near the Cincinnatti airport. Great ambiance if you are a car lover, especially Fords. Totally decked out in Ford memorabilia and cool car stuff. We were there during happy hour. 4 dollar pints of draft beer and several drink specials. Wide variety of food on the menu. I had the High Octane burger with fries. Burger was outstanding, very spicy the way I like it with pepperjack cheese, jalapenos, and spicy aeoli. Fries were excellent. Our server was great. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area. read more

I was looking for a good place to grab a bite and watch the World Series. Since I had visited the Fords Garage in St. John FL, I thought I would check this out. It was also pretty close to my hotel. Ford's garage has a nice vibe with an old Model T hanging over the bar. When a nice tip comes in, the bar staff pulls the Oogah horn. I sat at the bar and was quickly waited on by Jen. They had quite a few craft beers on tap as well as some pretty good bottles/cans selection. I started off with a 50W Coast to Coast IPA which was pretty good. For dinner, I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs with fries. I think they must have run out of fries when my order came up because it almost looked like someone else took most of them. There were a few that I picked at, but most of them were under the ribs. The ribs had a good sauce on them with additional sauce in a cup. I don't believe the ribs are smoked. It appeared to be made either in a pressure cooker or boiled. Very tender and tasty, though. This Ford's Garage was a bit smaller than the one in Florida. They did have the games on. I think I was in an out within an hour. The ribs came out quickly. read more

Service was good although the host on Labor Day Monday seemed completely uninspired. We sat at the bar and although there was some slow moments, our server was friendly. Food wise I was a bit disappointed. I got a black and bleu burger (sub chicken, glad that it wasn't up charged) and o found the chicken the be underseasoned except for pepper. There was so much pepper. I got truffle fries and the truffle flavor was very light but again there was so much pepper. Other than the super cool Ford decor, it would be a pass. read more

If you want somewhere calm to dine, Ford's Garage is not your place. The decor is in your face, it is loud, it is chaotic. It is fun. We were immediately seated and greeted. Our server asked if we had ever been before. When we said no, she said that they are known for the three B's: beer, burgers and bathrooms. We'd been traveling for hours and it was definitely time take a tour of those famous bathrooms! My husband came out laughing. I don't really want to go into detail but let's just say that he's never seen anything like it. The women's room had the coolest sinks and other touches that made going to the restroom kind of fun. We went for our second B: beer. There is a large beer menu with a great selection on tap. Ever one to bend the rules a little, I skipped the burger and completed my trilogy of B's with brisket. I ordered the smoked brisket burnt ends melt. (As an over achiever, I even got in an extra B!) My husband and I decided to split and it was a good thing - the sandwich was huge. Add the mound of crispy fries and we barely finished our lunch. The sandwich was messy and absolutely delicious. I will probably never order anything else off the menu on future visits. My BIL was a glutton at breakfast (his motto "if it's free, it's for me") and wasn't really hungry so he ordered only onion rings. He ordered the app - the rings were served on a large funnel. It would be worth getting just for the presentation alone. Bonus - they were awesome. There were full size old Fords scattered around. Make sure to look at the details on the car on the way to the bathroom. Even the napkins were fun - shop rags with clamps as napkin rings. We usually just eat fast food when we're traveling. I'm glad we opted to take a break for a real meal - we would never have found the restaurant otherwise. If you visit Ford's Garage, get ready for something big, bodacious, bubbly and brash! (See how I got those extra B's in? I'm pretty darn proud of myself!) read more

Overall Experience, 4.5/5: I will definitely be back here! And will be visiting the other Ford's Garage Locations Food/Drink, 4.3/5: The food was great! We started with nachos as the appetizer, and the BBQ sauce was fantastic, with just the right amount of toppings and not overly cheesy. Everything was well-seasoned, from the rib eye steak to the jalapeño crunch burger, brisket, and salmon. Pricing, 5/5: The pricing is good for the type and quantity of food. No complaints. Service, 4/5: Overall, it was good, but the only downside was that there were times when it took a while for them to come back to our table when we needed something. Aesthetic/Atmosphere, 4.8/5: Everything aligned perfectly with their theme. We felt immersed in Ford's Garage, with details ranging from rags and car clamps to menu puns, old school Ford cars, and tire sinks. read more

Our waitress Shannon was very friendly and had impeccable service. Lots of history and a gift shop. Will definitely recommend and come again! read more

Was in town and heard about Fords Garage from my family. It came with mixed reviews but being that it was a new restaurant, I wanted to try it out. I have to say I absolutely loved what I got. We were promptly seated which was great. I heard the one in Ohio is always crowded so being over in Kentucky I feared the same but it was fine. The old school cars throughout the restaurant were awesome. Like full size cars. The tire sinks in the restrooms continue the automotive flair of the place. The service was good and the only thing better was the Bison Burger that I had. I started with a side salad with honey mustard dressing. Simple and delicious. Then the star of the show was my burger. Absolutely perfectly cooked. It had a great bacon jam on it. It came with a bbq sauce and an spicy sauce that I asked for on the side. Pretty sure it was a chipotle sauce. I never touched that sauce. Wigan the bbq sauce and the little mayo I spread over the burger it was perfect. I have a feeling the chipotle sauce would have been overkill. I got it with tots, well cause I'm a sucker for tots. Didn't get dessert because we were all too full. Everyone in our party had one of the burgers so outside of a burger I can't comment. But the next time I'm in town I'll be stopping g by and test driving another meal at Fords Garage. read more

So, I do a quick search through Yelp to find a local sports bar to watch the game, but I'm in the dead zone between Georgetown and Florence so there's nothing. So Ford's Garage was right there. Great place great atmosphere hung out at the bar all night drink few beers. I had their nachos, which is definitely a split the old kind of situation. and the French onion soup which I love.
