Really nice restaurant with good service. The burgers are fantastic. Unfortunately I had the MaMa Ford's meatloaf with mash potatoes and green beans. MaMa Ford does NOT know how to make a meatloaf, it was edible, but not very good portion or taste. The green beans were like eating raw or waxed beans, totally tasteless. The mashed potatoes were good, but the portion was very small. My daughter had the brisket burger, and she said it was wonderful. I got an American burger to go and had it for dinner, and it was great portion and included fries. Truly delicious burger. read more

Food was amazing!! Quick and friendly service!! Would highly recommend and can't wait to have a return visit

On the first night of our grandson's 10 year old birthday trip, he picked Ford's Garage for dinner and we are certainly glad he did! The food was excellent and the service even better!! Kayla, our server, has such a big heart and magnetic personality, Jude felt very special indeed! We made plans to return for brunch on Sunday before we headed out to our next destination. The food once again was delicious! Kayla was not working but came in on her day off to see Jude and make him feel important. He will never forget Kayla and Ford's Garage. Thank you Ford's Garage for hiring such an incredible person who connects so strongly with her customers. Thank you, Kayla, for such a memorable experience. read more

Super great place! My husband and I have been trying to go for weeks but every time we went it was an hour + wait. Finally got there one Saturday right when they opened and got a table. Our server, Luke, was fantastic! Highly recommend to be sat in his section if he is there. I got the Model A burger without egg and it was one of the best burgers I had in a long time! My husband got the chicken tenders and holy moly, there were so many. Great vibes. Love the TVs and louder atmosphere. We will definitely be back! read more

Awesome food. Ready when you go to pick up. Friendly and helpful staff. .....................................

Had 11:00 lunch reservations for 17 and they seated us at 2 tables for 8 Food and service was good other than seating

Excellent food, good portions , wonderful service. The Ford themed atmosphere is spot on.

The manager on staff on 4/14/2023 in the evening found this acceptable. That's the problem. I know things happen, but because they refused to acknowledge the severity of this with just a 5% discount that makes it an even bigger issue. read more

We were seated right away. Server Michaela was amazing. Food was delicious and timely. Ambiance is great. Would eat there again.

Late lunch on the 4th. Split the Patty Melt and side salad. Both we're delicious. Service was great! Loved the atmosphere

I came in for food and a drink and was taken great care of by Austin & MJ. They were very attentive and seemed everyone was very much pleased at the bar. Will definitely be back again! read more

I was there Wednesday the 11th. The food was so good!! but the service wasn't good at all, so I had a to go order and I was sitting at the bench and someone called the store and I think the host Brendon answered it and I have no clue what they asked but he got off the phone and said "I mean its a burger what does he expect" he continued to ramble on about this customer being dumb, the other host were somewhat defending the customer. Brendon just wouldn't stop, so if they talk like this when they think no one is listening what do the Servers and other host say about customers say. If I started talking shit about someone at my job I would be fired. But other then that the food, and the server was nice to my face and super attentive. read more

The food and service was excellent. The atmosphere was outstanding ,would definitely recommended?

We had a fantastic time this evening at Ford's Garage. I have a gluten allergy & I was impressed with the labeled menu. It was nice to be able to enjoy a burger with a gluten free bun since some places I've been to don't usually have this option. Our server, Lauren, was very friendly & helpful. She interacted with my three year old who was very excited to get pickles with her meal. The food was top notch, service was exceptional, & the bathrooms were clean! If you're considering going here, definitely try it out! read more

Lunch for 2 at the bar on 3/17/23. Ordered wine (bad pours), a beer and nachos. Food was good but the manager/bar tender took our platter before we were finished without asking if we were finished.. Also, got our bill and it was padded with an extra wine we did not order or get. Lack of attention to detail. Not a good experience. read more

It's a chain so challenging for me to give three stars since the prices - for example- not their call but the place is way overpriced for the food. The Nashville Hot - crispy please- wings has a little kick but no flavor. It's Nashville Hot. You have to work hard to make that happen. They also had a very weird texture. Not sure how they prepare and cook them and not flappy but not crispy. It also had a sweetness to them. Do they add caramel? Not a fan at all. The bang bang shrimp were also a little bland even though over saturated in sauce. The onion rings were some of the best I've had. Truly yum. Also good the happy hour beer prices. Sat at the bar and service good. The overall concept is cool with decor and music good but dang people- doing the "awuuuuuuga" horn MULTIPLE times and all the servers clapping and singing as they walked to a table along with the bell dinging for AT LEAST 5 birthdays while there on left me with a headache. Bartender said the do at least 30 on slow day. Yeah. Based on the line for seating out the door on a Monday night people are digging the awuuuga horns and overpriced comfort food restaurant - which btw so good to see yet one more in Florence - they will be around a while. If I could find a time during happy hour to have rings and a cold beer and it was birthday horn free time I'd go back for that. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a HUGE Ford Mustang fan, and owner of a few. That being said, I am automatically biased toward a Ford restaurant, and I have frequented the Ford's Garage in Norwood, Ohio multiple times. This Ford's Garage atmosphere isn't as awesome as Norwood's, but only because the building is smaller. This one doesn't have the old Model A assembly line moving full sized bodies around the restaurant ceiling, but still has an outstanding atmosphere!! There are a couple old Ford's up near the ceiling on lifts, and just a great setup all the way around. Now, WHEN you visit, you MUST visit the restrooms, if only to wash your hands. Quite unique to say the least! Now, for the food. I absolutely LOVE the burgers at this place!! My favorite is the Model A burger. Cheese, bacon, egg on the bun. (I can't eat the garden so I always leave it off). Anyway, the server, Anna, was attentive and professional and our drinks never sat empty, even though the place was PACKED! Of all the burger places around, THIS ONE is my vote for best in Florence. Of course, they have other stuff besides just burgers! Try it out, don't just take my word for it!! read more

Good food and great service! A nice place to have dinner! Love the ambience! The service is good with attention to our needs

I got the Mac and cheese for a side. It was horrible! It was like having noodle soup. The cheese was extremely runny and had NO FLAVOR AT ALL. The burger was just ok but nothing special at all. I should have went Wendy's next door. It would have been cheaper and I have never thrown up Wendy's like Ford. Never been back and won't go again. Which is sad since we have a lot of out of town visitors. Don't throw away yor money and get sick! read more

Fun place! Very nostalgic. Love the Ford theme and atmosphere. Our waitress Sydney was great. My wife had the Thai salad and loved it. My ribs were ok. I wish I had order something different and unique to this place. read more

Since the opening of Ford's Garage I have been there 3 times with my family and friends. Ford's Garage is always busy and the food selection has wide variety of items to choose from. I always try something new. The old cars they have outside and the ones either hanging near the bar or through out the restaurant has brought the old and young on lookers. Yesterday they had the garage doors opened on a warm sunny afternoon. There's plenty of parking around the building and behind the building. You won't go wrong at Ford's Garage! read more

The service was the best they are very nice the food was one of the best burgers I've had the fries were very well seasoned 10/10 would recommend read more

Stopped in for lunch with my wife. Food was great, service was excellent, very cool automotive themed decor. Prices were reasonable.

Really solid sports bar food. Kids meal portions were awesome. Out of the first 3 draft beers we ordered, was only downer.

Our party of 7 all raved about how delicious the filet mignon was as well as the large rib eye steak! Even though we didn't get our requested server Alex, we had great service with the 2 women servers we had. The creamed spinach was so good as an extra side. As many times as we have come here, the steaks are always 5 stars. read more

Mediocre food, great ambience, long wait. Steep prices. Not worth the money. Won't go back

Our waitress was really nice. It was Valentine's Day so it was pretty busy but the service was amazing and the food came out quickly.

Jeanine at the bar is great! Super fun, great service, personable, and knowledgeable with the beers!

Service was horrible. Never was seated. Manager was beyond unprofessional. Waited over hour watched other large parties get seated. Never offered to seat us at the bar or offered a drink. We did call before going to restaurant as a courtesy. I would suggest folks go to another restaurant in the area, there are many. I only gave it 1 star because I am required to give a star rating. I would not give this a star otherwise. read more

First time there, the food was the best, the waitress was super nice, done an exceptional job, the whole environment was the greatest, I'd recommend it to everyone, you definitely can't go wrong at this restaurant, we are making plans to go the one in Florida this year, can't say enough great things, I don't believe you can take your family to any better place, it's definitely impressive! read more
