The food was so good!! but the service wasn't good at all, so I had a to go order and I was sitting at the bench and someone called the store and I think the host Brendon answered it and I have no clue what they asked but he got off the phone and said "I mean its a burger what does he expect" he continued to ramble on about this customer being dumb, the other host were somewhat defending the customer. Brendon just wouldn't stop, so if they talk like this when they think no one is listening what do the Servers and other host say about customers say. Very unique place, feels like you're in a museum rather than a restaurant. As someone who rarely eats burgers I was very impressed with their burgers and fries. I also ordered a salad, wasn't so impressed with that, it was drenched in dressing that I didn't touch it more than a few bites. Their other food was really good though and a great drink menu. I recommend sitting inside so you can really see the ambiance but they also have a large outdoor patio. We sat next to a blue model T, which is cool even for someone who knows nothing about cars. We sat at the bar since it was a 20-30 minute wait otherwise. Had the mushroom and Swiss burger. Hubby had the ribs. Both were great and well prepared. We both had beers from their huge selection of drafts. Being someone who will stop drinking a beer if it gets too warm, I was very appreciative of the ice block around the bar. We have tried a few times before to go to dinner here, but it was always too crowded, and the wait times were too long. This time we went on a Tuesday evening and were able to be seated immediately. Really nice restaurant with good service. The burgers are fantastic. Unfortunately I had the MaMa Ford's meatloaf with mash potatoes and green beans. MaMa Ford does NOT know how to make a meatloaf, it was edible, but not very good portion or taste. The green beans were like eating raw or waxed beans, totally tasteless. The mashed potatoes were good, but the portion was very small. My daughter had the brisket burger, and she said it was wonderful. I got an American burger to go and had it for dinner, and it was great portion and included fries. Truly delicious burger. read more

On the first night of our grandson's 10 year old birthday trip, he picked Ford's Garage for dinner and we are certainly glad he did! The food was excellent and the service even better!! Kayla, our server, has such a big heart and magnetic personality, Jude felt very special indeed! We made plans to return for brunch on Sunday before we headed out to our next destination. The food once again was delicious! Kayla was not working but came in on her day off to see Jude and make him feel important. He will never forget Kayla and Ford's Garage. Super great place! My husband and I have been trying to go for weeks but every time we went it was an hour + wait. Finally got there one Saturday right when they opened and got a table. Our server, Luke, was fantastic! Highly recommend to be sat in his section if he is there. I got the Model A burger without egg and it was one of the best burgers I had in a long time! It was nice to be able to enjoy a burger with a gluten free bun since some places I've been to don't usually have this option. Our server, Lauren, was very friendly & helpful. It's a chain so challenging for me to give three stars since the prices - for example- not their call but the place is way overpriced for the food. The Nashville Hot - crispy please- wings has a little kick but no flavor. It's Nashville Hot. You have to work hard to make that happen. They also had a very weird texture. Not sure how they prepare and cook them and not flappy but not crispy. It also had a sweetness to them. Do they add caramel? Not a fan at all. The bang bang shrimp were also a little bland even though over saturated in sauce. The onion rings were some of the best I've had. Truly yum. Also good the happy hour beer prices. Sat at the bar and service good. The overall concept is cool with decor and music good but dang people- doing the "awuuuuuuga" horn MULTIPLE times and all the servers clapping and singing as they walked to a table along with the bell dinging for AT LEAST 5 birthdays while there on left me with a headache. Bartender said the do at least 30 on slow day. Yeah. Based on the line for seating out the door on a Monday night people are digging the awuuuga horns and overpriced comfort food restaurant - which btw so good to see yet one more in Florence - they will be around a while. If I could find a time during happy hour to have rings and a cold beer and it was birthday horn free time I'd go back for that. read more

Let me start by saying I'm a HUGE Ford Mustang fan, and owner of a few. That being said, I am automatically biased toward a Ford restaurant, and I have frequented the Ford's Garage in Norwood, Ohio multiple times. This Ford's Garage atmosphere isn't as awesome as Norwood's, but only because the building is smaller. This one doesn't have the old Model A assembly line moving full sized bodies around the restaurant ceiling, but still has an outstanding atmosphere!! There are a couple old Ford's up near the ceiling on lifts, and just a great setup all the way around. Now, WHEN you visit, you MUST visit the restrooms, if only to wash your hands. Quite unique to say the least! Now, for the food. I absolutely LOVE the burgers at this place!! My favorite is the Model A burger. Cheese, bacon, egg on the bun. (I can't eat the garden so I always leave it off). Anyway, the server, Anna, was attentive and professional and our drinks never sat empty, even though the place was PACKED! Of all the burger places around, THIS ONE is my vote for best in Florence. Of course, they have other stuff besides just burgers! Try it out, don't just take my word for it!! read more
