The…read morecleanings were $50 more than I was paying, and they had a bad habit of not emptying my skimmer baskets. Other than that, the cleanings went well. They missed a few appointments, and it felt like I never knew when they were going to show up. They recommended a lot more chemicals than we had been using the last few years, but given how we always seem to have at least 1 algae bloom a year, maybe that was a good thing. I trusted them and paid for extra chems. When anything broke, these guys offered to fix it, but the prices seemed high. I was happy with the job they did on the fixes. But, they left equipment at my property and left a gate open that my dog could have escaped through. Didn't love that. Also, as soon as I hired them, they charged almost $1000 to my credit card for nothing. I called them to get them to take care of it, but it all went on the card and had to be disputed. To their credit, they didn't argue to keep the charges, but it was annoying I had to be the one to deal with it all. My break point was with the closing. We have a waterfall and the cover was not sitting tight to the wall, letting in plant matter. I pointed it out and they said they could get a wire and fix it, but it would cost about $200. I agreed, and they ended up charging me $300, for a wire they left long and looking like a mess. It also brought the price of the close to nearly $800, which was double what I paid last year. I'm looking for someone else next year.

Month or so later some panels falling apart. Month layer, motor busted. Next find small screws in tub. "TUFF TOP" is warped and does not close Now for the last 5 months trying to get items replaced. Week after week another story ...no one reads the case file as they are fixing piece by piece each time closing the case out. No one returns calls or emails. Perma hold and when you finally get someone they said the case has been resolved . Which is incorrect. Does anyone know if I can sue? BBB does nothing

He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

Created this review because Sergei is awesome! I thought we needed to replace the hot tub pump,…read morewhich is a pretty big expense. No pump flow and errors on the LED console. I was convinced we'd be spending a ton on the repairs. This was late May and my summer hot tub season was ready to begin. Sergei stopped by (exactly on scheduled time) and quickly discovered the pump simply needed some buildup removed (buildup accumulates over the winter when it's closed down for the season), and then the pump can be primed. He showed me exactly what he found, how he did the priming. Let's just say the end cost was like 5 times significantly less than I anticipated....all because Sergei is rare honest expert at what he does. Sergei is the first pool and hot tub service guy that actually took the time to stay a bit and show me how to properly test bromine and PH levels. I was completely astonished. He was in the zone....totally enthusiastic about educating me. I can't give him more than 5 stars...or I would...easily. Sergei is now our pool and spa guy...openings, closings, repairs....everything. This guy has a customer for life. Came here specifically today to put in the good word....he deserves any and all praise. Just look up his company and address in a web search (his company was listed on some other review sites....all 5 star reviews)...thought we'd put him on Yelp too...

The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole.
