Unfortunately, the technician was a complete no-show for the scheduled window. After waiting two hours past the expected arrival time, I called the office back. I was told the delay was due to a "scheduling issue" with the driver. When I asked why no one had called me to inform me of the delay or cancelation, the representative had no answer. I expressed my frustration at having wasted my entire morning and having to now wait for a new rescheduled two-hour window later in the day. Instead of offering a sincere apology, the person on the phone became defensive and clearly unhappy with my feedback. Ultimately, she hung up on me. My time was wasted, the service was never rendered, and the office staff demonstrated appalling, hostile customer care. I strongly recommend finding a different service provider that values their customers and practices basic professional courtesy.

I asked him to use my (brand new parts) (these are the same model, sold by Lowers for less than $15/each - No, we can't use them guarantee them (i.e., don't dare to eat into my profits!!!) I said, "Fine, let's ignore that head and move to the backyard for a more serious issue. At that point, visually annoyed, he said, "No way. You dare to haggle with me, and I will not continue working here," and angrily stormed away. You can be 100% I will erase this contact and never contact this "business" again.

highly reliable. knowledgeable. gets the job done... and then some…read more just bought a house, and the lawn was torn up for the septic. sprinkler lines were cut. attempted to call the installer and never received a call back. nothing. so, i call the sprinkler guy, and low and behold, he called back that very evening (like he promised). he visited, gave us the low down on what he needed to do- gave us a great price and scheduled us right away. we're still waiting on a call back from installer, and our system is not only fixed - but, rich, the sprinkler guy also walked us through how to use it! he showed us things that we'd never have figured out, and gave us valuable tips on maintenance, and how to get our lawn back on track. on top of all of this good stuff, he's going to close our system at the end of the season for a fraction of the price that the previous owners were paying the original installer. i can't recommend the sprinkler guy enough. just a really good guy, who knows his job very well and has reasonable prices- a dying breed, i'd say. thanks rich! we look forward to seeing you again in the fall! go with this guy. you'll be glad you did.

My system worked well for many years, but about five years ago, it started struggling. At my service calls, I was told that I had water pressure issues, or issues with tree roots... but nothing was ever changed or fixed. Well... today the serviceman actually adjusted my water pressure, and low and behold my system works better than it has in YEARS. Very pleased.

Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get.
