After pool opening however they didn't come back to pick up a pool cover for fixing (though it is included in their service). They never return calls. After a month of trying to call thru and a few messages on their answering machine, they claim that they have never got any messages and rudely suggest that if somebody doesn't like their 'wonderful' service they are free to switch. Follow up inspection they told me I needed a new pump. they replaced the pump and I still had a very slow leak which I just decided to live with. This year I had another leak and a FLO reading error on the topside display (squirrel living in hot tub chewed through a line.) They fixed the line and some other electrical stuff charged me $300 and left. Next day tub was down 6-inches and flow reading was back. They came back out fixed a second leak and charged me $50. The next day the FLO error was back, they told me I need to replace the pump they put in 13-months ago. I am moving on to a new hot tub tech.

I moved into a house with an older pool and called them to have our liner replaced. Everything was explained to me up front and accounted for, the work was done quickly and professionally. Luis was able to predict all possible scenarios and fix all of our issues. He really wanted to see the job go well and didn't want to nickel and dime us. Our pool needed a lot of work and this company was there to help us every step of the way. We had other issues with different parts of the pool leaking and they were able to fix all of it. Most other companies would have said this was our issue and walked away, but Luis insisted on helping is get to the bottom of all of it. You just don't get service like that anymore. He apologized, said he didn't want to disappoint me, and called his father, a retired contractor over to help. His father spent weeks on what should have been a few day project. Turns out, he'd never did this particular type of job either. I never asked this contractor for references because he'd been my trusted pool guy for a while. I highly recommend asking for referrals whether or not you have a relationship with that individual. You may well be the next guinea pig. Fake it til you make it is what they call this maneuver.

Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers.
