Was rear ended. AAA insurance claims are done here. Everyone is friendly. The work done was flawless and on time. It's one of the biggest auto repair shops around here so you can depend on quality work and customer service with all of the certifications being in order. read more

I was referred here by my sister who has had work done on her truck. It always looks great! I had some oxidation above my headlights and someone side swiped one of my fenders, and popped out a light. Of course I had to get the accident fixed, but I asked how much extra it would be to get the oxidation fixed. It was within my budget, so I went ahead and did it. All I can say is, what a difference!!!! I LOVE IT!!! Looks great! I would definitely refer them. Dennis was extremely helpful. read more

My 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback was sideswiped on left side. Foothill Auto Body did a excellent job of repairing the car. I took one Star off because when I received my car and after i left, I noticed when I got home there was white fine dust all over the inside of my car. I could see wipe marks on the door panel as if someone wiped quickly over interior door and left white streaks on door panel. A minor interior detail would have been appreciated and have gotten Foothill Auto Body at 5 Star rating. Customer service was average. read more

I had a great experience at Foothill Auto Body. All the personnel are very friendly and courteous. They made sure all my needs were met and made the process easy. My vehicle looked like new when the repairs were finished, body and paint great. Had the car back in a week, as promised. Hopefully, I won`t need any body work done anytime soon. But if I do, I`m going back to Foothill Auto Body. Great job. read more

I've had my car fixed there twice. They have exceptional customer service & I have always got my car back, sooner than expected. I recently ran over something on the freeway, and they told me to bring it right in, they checked it out, and gave me the piece of mind that it was fine to drive. I highly recommend this company to others!! read more

Simply put, they were awesome. They did everything they said they would. They got my car done faster than expected, and it looks great. The service was completely awesome, the girls up front, to my adjuster, etc. You hope to never have to use them again, but there's no question where I'd come if I needed to. read more

My experience at foothill auto body was excellent and the service and people that work there where top notch couldn't of had a better experience!! Thanks again read more

My car was hit from behind and driven into the car in front of me so I was damaged heavily in the back and minor damage in the front. My AAA insurance uses this place and I didn't even have to go through an insurance inspection to get an amount approval. I simply brought it in and my insurance accepted the bill. Their work was flawless as the car is like new. They even took out a nickel sized dent on the hood as a courtesy. If I had damage to my car that was uninsured, I would take it to these guys without reservations. Top notch quality care and service all around. read more

Took my 2015 mazda cx-5 here when I found someone had hit my car while I was at work. They did such an amazing job, and my car looks brand new again! The front desk girls seemed to be rude and i think they should be a little nicer considering the front desk are the first people customers see and they're the ones who set the tone for the business. Other than that everything went well. read more

I have been a customer of Foothill Auto Body since the 1990s. Each time I've had a car painted, body work done, or a major repair, their service and quality of work has been noting short of outstanding. Two people, in particular, have been particular, have made every interaction pleasant: Joanna and Ann. They consistently go out of their way to make everything easy for their customers, especially when dealing with difficult insurance company representatives! They are a significant reason why I would recommend Foothill Auto Body to anyone. read more

This place is horrible . My work truck was rear ended and I had to take it back 6 times to be fixed correctly. And in the end I wasn't satisfied I was just tired of dealing with them and the hassle of taking my truck back. I'm sure they do some repairs that turn out right but I would go back. read more

Thanks you for such great quality work on my Acura I call 'Estelle'. Thanks to somebody, she was scraped by a red car in a parking lot. I got into your shop, got fantastic service and my car was back in just a few days in spite of the fact that you all were swamped with damaged cars after a bad RC wind storm. The ladies at the front counter are so nice. Thank you again. This was my fourth visit over many years and everytime it has been a great experience. When I am asked whop to go to, I always say Foothill Auto Body :) read more

We had a small accident of my car and by AAA we went there for estimates. First time the people there said need more time to check. My husband went there this Monday as they requested, was told theyl short of techs and leave the car there. My husband was back home by there employee dropped him. 2 days later, they let my husband pick up the car which was fixated without let us know. I called manager there, he even said they are so busy even do not need more business that I don't buy it. My husband also be told other side insurance is covering the cost why we should concern. My view is we should be honest for all the parties. If this was our responsibility, we had to pay some might not nessary, the ins rate rise and customers are the looser. Please watch your money. read more

My Chev Tahoe was trashed at the carwash & it was sent to another auto body shop. They did a horrible job! We then sent it to Foothill Auto Body. It looks brand new again!! Best place EVER!!!!!! read more

I took my car in here because they had done a good job on it in the past. This work was going to be paid out of pocket - not insurance. I simply needed a few dings and the back hood "wing" part painted because it was getting dull. Well, I got an estimate of about $350. I left my car there with some personal belongings inside the glove compartment, trunk, and back seat floor. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up two days later, it had gotten broken into and F.A.B did NOT want to take responsibility over anything! I was very upset about this and I made a police report on the premises. None of the staff/employees ever apologized or gave me any explanation for what happened. All my personal belongings got stolen....it was like if someone cleaned out the inside of my car! It was an awful feeling and they said and did NOTHING about it. Really? I got a gut feeling that other cars had gotten broken into because F.A.B. told me that their night camera's are broken and anyone can climb their fence at night and steal anything. Really? I will NEVER take my car there again. They were very unprofessional about helping me out or even giving me a simple apology for what had happened to my car on their lot. I asked the rude counter lady if their insurance can cover the incident and she rudely told me "No" and said that's why they have a large sign in front explaining they are not responsible for anything that happens to our car. I will never recommend this business to anyone, as I have in the past. My advice to anyone thinking about going to this auto body shop is BEWARE! Don't leave any personal items in your car. Better yet, go someplace else. It's a competitive business and I'm sure that there's another place better than F.A.B. read more

NoNo way would i go back to this place. There customer service is really bad. I thought i would give it a chance because of the reviews but i ended up going else where. It took time for them (5 to 6 people) to acknowledge that i was there, i asked for an estimate and they said they were all busy that i have to make an appointment and come back. I would have liked to see what their work was like but i wasn't able to get passed the first part. What would of taken them about 5 to 10min to do was done at a place around the corner in less than 5! They lost my business and gained this negative review... read more

Well here we are with car #6 and again a wonderful experience. A poor 16 year old girl hit my husbands parked car and left the bumper a mess. Once again Foothill Auto Body comes through. Excellent as always! read more

Fantastic experience at Foothill Auto Body! Ryan Schaffer made sure we were taken care of, and our Q5 was in good hands. The customer service was tailored to my busy schedule, so I was even recovering text updates and questions regarding the repair which prevented delays. Joana provided the best customer services ever. I got in an accident and I called letting them know I was having my car towed to there shop. Recently my truck was hit...dreaded the whole process as I work in Insurance claims so...I knew the second I was hit...there would be a process. A friend recommended this spot and so did the other person's Insurance carrier...this could not have been any easier. Ryan B was my primary contact and he was a great help. The girls in the office kept me updated and the drop off and pick up were a breeze. Very happy with the work product and the team here! read more

I had a minor fender bender and Foothill Auto Body was recommended by my insurance company. I'm so happy I took my car there. The front office was courteous and very helpful. My car was repaired quickly and looks great. read more

I got rear ended and took my car here to get fixed. In the beginning service was great, picking up on the other hand was a pain. The receptionist called my phone and left a voicemail telling me it was done. I called back on my lunch break and told her I'm at work I'll pick it up tomorrow. She then said that I told her I would pick it up today and that she already notified insurance so after today they wouldn't cover the rental. I told her that I did not tell her that, she left a voicemail, I was at work and spoke to nobody. She agreed to stay 15 min late bc of her mistake so I could pick it up after work. I had a last minute emergency at work to handle but rushed over there and still made it within the 15 min. Except she didn't even stay for me like she said. Fortunately someone was there closing, possibly the manager, so I got my car. I then had to go return my car rental that night. Not exactly what I wanted to do after working on my feet all day. read more
