I have shopped stores from coast to coast. The location is somewhat newer for Virginia Beach Town Center. Parking is free off street or nearby parking garages. The area outside has always been tidy. I have probably shopped with my kids around a dozen times. So I will compile experiences which are similar. The styles and designs are for a younger demographic that is a slimmer weight. They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% always 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store is always 100% 5 star clean and organized. The staff has very tight control over the the tidiness of the floor, changing area and checkout. Products and quality always 100% 5 star. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this? Well I can't name another clothing retailer. My scorecard is a perfect 5 and of course we will continue to shop this clothing chain.

Parking can be a headache in Town Center, but there is a free parking garage conveniently located across the street, so it's an easy walk to the store. The new location is so much bigger and spacious than the previous locations, where the trendy hipster vibe is more upbeat with their nicely arranged display of merchandise. They carry a wide variety of popular streetwear brands like Stussy, Vans, and Carharrt. One nice addition to the store is their matcha bar. I took advantage of this and ordered the strawberry matcha latte which was really good! The staff is always cool and never pushy with sales. Be sure to follow their social media, they're always hosting some fun release events held at local venues.

To my knowledge few exist and I know of no other in Virginia Beach. I was impressed enough to come back. Their location just South of Town Center in Town Center Station is great in most respects. They have a private parking lot, however when lunch, or weekend rush hit it's strained due to nearby Mission BBQ. They do have their own designated spaces. On two visits I found the lot and walk free of debris. The store is spacious and includes both casual, dressy casual and more formal jacket, ties and belts. Even shoes from flip flops to all leather formal. Today I was surprised to even see swim suits. Waist sizes run from 36-66. On my visit today it was a challenge to find the lower end waist size. Almost impossible as a matter of fact. Anything can be ordered. The price point and selection today holds back the 5 stars. They are a full retail, no sales store. They do have a reward system that you can get discounts after a certain amount of points. Ask the clerk. When browsing on a weekday around 11 AM they were not busy. A clerk immediately assisted me and was both friendly and helpful. The same clerk checked me out and the process was smooth. When it comes to quality they have you covered with name brands that I rely on such as Polo RL and Nautica. The store is sectioned off nicely and displays attractive. Changing rooms are in the rear and locked. Staff must assist. I would return to this store and recommend. However, if your cost conscious you can find better deals on the same products in my opinion. A solid 4 stars.
