They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% always 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store is always 100% 5 star clean and organized. The staff has very tight control over the the tidiness of the floor, changing area and checkout. Products and quality always 100% 5 star. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this? I was really disappointed and decided to call the HQ in VA Beach. I was put in touch with Jen the director of their surfboard department and my experience was completely turned around. Jen was professional, listened to my plight and went above and beyond to make things right. She put me in touch with Chris the manager in the obx shop and he carried the torch to the finish line. While speaking to Jen I discovered that they try to use American made products and materials as often as possible. That they really care about their employees and have a deep bench of experienced people that have been with them for many years. WRV is a large company and after the email shuffle I was sure that I wasn't important enough for my problems to be addressed. Jen completely proved me wrong and made me feel that not only was I important as a customer but everyone that works for them and the community around our beaches and in the lineup are number one when it comes to their business. The signage is very good, but not necessarily from the road. I had an exchange and Jordan was delighted to assist me. There was a sizing issue at another location I discovered. Jordan went right to work on using their sizing technology for best fit. I had a 3D scan completed with a ln analysis of pressure point on the bottom of my feet. Afterwards Jordan presented this information on an iPad. They were out of the Hoka's color I wanted, but ordered for an I store pickup. After taking care of that I browsed the store. Discount and close out merchandise is in the rear. Several brands of shoes are carried. They also carry high quality inserts and the best brands of socks including Feetures and Wicked Comfort. Garmin watches are also carried. Sign up for Fleet Feet membership free online and get points for purchases for rewards money. It's easy to do. Jordan mentioned they are a franchised store with two locations. The other is in Greenville, NC.
