They had probably a half a dozen cute dresses that fit the color and scheme I was looking for. Prices were super fair (as expected) and I found a few cute things for my 12 month old daughter as well. Store was clean, line moved quickly, and staff were very friendly. I like their new cash-back rewards program with your phone number and they have coupons and rewards the more you spend. It's budget friendly and isn't the highest quality - but it def. hit the spot this time and I plan to stop here when looking for cute baby and toddler clothes in the future bc they had a ton of options and some great sales.

The store was organized, however had dust bunnies on the floor. No staff went of there way to assist during the 30 minutes plus span we were shopping. They offer a lot of variety at a more affordable price point, I give them that. Checkout was smooth, but the staffer was flat. All in all an above average visit on my daughter finding what she needed. Unfortunately customer service was below average. A 3 seems to suit them.

It's the most recent Once Upon A Child (OUAC) location to open, located on Independence Blvd. in a…read moreshopping center. The store is quite large. Being a new store, I thought the inventory would be low, but I was so wrong. They were fully stocked with clothing and all the baby equipment. The store is nice and clean (as it should be, especially since it's a baby/children's store). The staff was so welcoming, engaging and super friendly. I had recently purged my children's closets, so I had quite the load to bring in. I had another appointment, so I just left it with them. They made me fill out some paperwork and then I left. While I was out and about, they called me back rather quickly and let me know that the quote was ready. When I returned, they gave me something in the ballpark of $90. Not too shabby, I must say! This is a good chance to make some cash and whatever they didn't take, I dropped it off at Goodwill before I went home. Things to note: - if you stay in the store, they will prioritize your baskets vs someone that drops it off (as previously mentioned, I did this, but I dropped it off on a Monday morning and I got called back pretty quickly) - they will pay you CASH or store credit OUAC is definitely a spot I will pass by before I go to Goodwill. I shopped the J Crew Factory store in Pembroke Square a few times over the holiday with huge…read moresavings up to 70% off. Staff were helpful and friendly on each visit. The selection of items were strong and the store organized. The prices were better than the J Crew Outlet in Norfolk. I found a few sweaters for myself, but passed. A sport coat was too good of a deal to pass up. I still may shop them again before the end of the year. If you like J Crew this is the best time of the year to get deep discounts.

I actually don't think that's the case, it was just that bad. We walked in, mess everywhere. Hard to even find sizes!! The two employees yesterday were talking behind the counter and not doing much of anything at all. We finally checked out with two items, not finding what we needed because we couldn't find the sizes we needed in the piles of messed up stuff! I asked about how much some boots were and she told me to use the price scanner... but the boots were so tangled up together with the stings attached to them that I literally would have had to slide a giant box over to the scanner (they were in a box, a lot of things were!) Overall I was disappointed enough that I will honestly not go back. Why? I can get the same stuff elsewhere WITHOUT the mess and with customer service that doesn't treat me like I'm bothering them. Also- they charge .15 if you want a bag. It was just the icing on the cake after stuff that was supposed to be 50% off, was "in the wrong spot". I'm giving 2 stars for some cute items.
