Though they had 40% off sale sections/racks, I couldn't help but notice prices were still on the high side. Think $50 leggings and $60 sweaters is lofty (see what I did there?). They did have a designated section for 5'4" and under called "Loft Petites." Fair warning, though the sizes decrease, the prices do not! A few fitting rooms are present. My daughter ended up keeping the gift card because she didn't see anything that screamed "but me now!"

I hope that their staff is fully redone because they are ruining the store and if anyone would like better merchandise and better people go to the LOFT at lynhaven! A female sales associate did approach and asked for help and later assisted with the changing room. The price points of items push up with no sales rack that I could see. More reasonable than Anthropologie. Upon browsing I found the trendy items in the small boutique attractively displayed with clothing neatly folded on tables. The open loft space with drop lighting, wood floors and plenty of natural lighting is inviting to shop. The atmosphere to me was a big city feel. The checkout was efficient by a different young lady staff than had approached when walking in. She chatted a bit about the concert my daughter mentioned she was attending. The garment was carefully folded, wrapped then placed in a cool floral cloth bag. My daughter was very pleased with her $55 purchase. I'm sure Dad will find himself here again chauffeuring the teen. I filled out a multiple page questionnaire that covered my size and my fashion needs, liked styles, and fashion concerns. Following that I scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. After the fact I learned this appointment was past the stores normal business hours. When I arrived at the appointment she had a well presented snack and beverage ready for me and my friend. She also had an entire rack of clothes ready for me to try on as per my needs. She was very patient with me trying on clothes, took my opinions and critiques to heart, and came back with different selections based on that input. She was never pushy with me and even made a point to iterate that she did not want me to buy anything that I was not comfortable with. I left with several articles that day. She personally made an appointment for me at The Full Cup at La Promenade - another highly recommended boutique. The clothes that she has are of exceptional quality - something Mary prides herself on. I wear a pair of paints that I bought that day at least 2 or three times a week and they look fantastic. I purchased the pants 4 months ago and they hold up as if they are new. Since my first purchase I regularly receive emails and cards. The correspondence does not always promote the store, sometimes it is just to keep in touch. Mary greatly cares about her business and she does this by genuinely caring for her customers. The return process was simple, no issues with the receipt, and then we browsed the store for a while. Clothes are very trendy and youthful. I pulled into the parking lot of the Golden Hour Boutique. As I was sitting in the parking lot. I saw the girls working rolling out some clothes on a rack. It looked like the clothes were cute, and was like "eh, I guess I can take a look" I walked up to the rack, and quickly loved what I was seeing. After getting a few looks of their clothes..I decided to see what else they had. When I walked in the smell of their store is AMAZING! I thought it was a perfume...but its not! They use some kind of filter to make their store smell the way it does! They had some cute dresses, outfits, accessories...Decent quality. They are kinda pricey though...for example...a dress was around $86...I had asked the girl if they were gonna have any upcoming sales, because by that time I had to leave for the spa...and didn't have any additional time to look any longer. She had told me that the next weekend they were having a pretty decent sale. So I had made not of that! The following weekend...I made it a point to roll through and try to get some dresses for my vacay. I had to bring my one year old...who unfortunately HATES sitting in a stroller. So I knew once I walked in there I had to be fast. When I showed up...I wasn't wrong...my son was throwing a fit...I had just drove an hour to this store...and had no time to really check it out...but saw the dresses that I wanted from the previous week! The associates kindly took my clothes and hung them up in a fitting room and gave me the chance to try them on. I picked out the ones I loved and purchased my items. I saved $300 bucks in sales and spent $300....I can say I will definitely be looking cute on my vacation with the cute dresses I got. They also threw in a free shirt, because I spent over $200. I will definitely be coming back.
